General Campground Information

Visitor Policy

All visitors, regardless of their duration of stay, must register at the office upon arrival and must present a valid car pass.

Check-in / Check-out Times

  • RV and Tent Sites: Check-in 12:00pm | Check-out 11:00am
  • Rustic Cabins: Check-in 1:00pm | Check-out 11:00am
  • Deluxe Cabins: Check-in 3:00pm | Check-out 11:00am

After-Hours Check-In

Reservations:
Our after-hours registration board is located just to the right of the office front door. You'll find a map with your name on it—simply follow the directions to your site.No Reservation:
Available sites are listed on the right side of the same board. Please complete a late-night registration envelope and place it in the drop slot in the front door.

Quiet Hours

Our quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Store Hours

  • SUN-THURS 9:00AM - 6:00PM
  • FRI-SAT 9:00AM - 7:00PM

Propane Fill

Propane is available for purchase during camp store hours.

Honeywagon

For our guests who are not on a sewage site and need their tanks dumped, we offer a honey wagon service on Tuesdays and Fridays for $25. Please sign up in the office at least one day before your scheduled dump.

Firewood Policy

Our firewood can be purchased in the camp store and delivered directly to your site. All fires must be concealed inside the fire pit at your site. No exceptions. Bundles cost $8 and we also sell bulk wood, which is the equivalent of six bundles, for $32. If you bring firewood from an outside source, it is Tennessee state law that all firewood must come from within Wilson County.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations and reservation adjustments, please call our office by the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Office Number: 615-449-5527
  • RV & Tent Sites: Requires 7 days notice. Call our office by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Cabins & Accommodations: Requires 14 days notice. Call our office by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Extended Stay deposits are non-refundable 

Pool Hours

Our pool is typically open from Memorial weekend until the end of September. Dates will vary depending on weather. Call the office for a more accurate date. Pool hours are 10 AM until dusk.

Pet Policy

We love our pets! For everyone's enjoyment and safety, please note:
  • Short, small-area pet fencing is permitted at campsites at management's discretion. 
  • Stakes are NOT allowed in the ground.
  • Pets must remain on a leash at all times.
  • Pets may not be left unattended.
  • Pets are not allowed inside buildings, playground area or swimming pool area.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets.

We also have a dog park where your pups can run and play freely. Thank you for helping us keep our park clean and enjoyable for all!
