My friend and I came in for race weekend and the staff was outstanding! Ever employee we interacted with was friendly & helpful. The campground was well maintained & the other campers were all the nice and respectful! Our site, which was appropriately nicknamed “the island” had a great mix of sun and shade. Definitely would visit stay again.

Came for the NASCAR race. Staff was very pleasant. I was somewhat surprised that they were not aware of the race weekend.

good customer service and very helpful when looking for something to do in the area that did not involve shopping. Nice clean sites, swimming pool and laundry area.

I made our reservation on 01/01. On 04/01 they raised our rate stating it was a "Holiday". The nearby Nascar race constituted a "Holiday" to them. They "had the right to adjust the rates at will". Our rate was increased and there was nothing we could do. We asked for 50 amp and got 30 amp. The pool water was VERY cloudy&green. Black mold on the walls of the all toilets. Just a BAD experience :(

Hi, you originally booked a 30Amp site, and then requested a 50Amp 2 weeks before the big race weekend. We had been sold out for months. The sponge-pattern paint in our cleaned-daily bathrooms is not black mold. Our pool is cleaned daily and the chemicals balanced. We're sorry you had a bad weekend.

Horrible site - I was five feet from edge of RV to fence of Basketball court. No room - No view - No firepit - No picnic table -

We're very sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. You did book a site in our overflow section, which is basically a parking space on blacktop. The details of these sites are thoroughly described when booking them, so that guests are fully aware they are not booking a standard camp site.

We stayed at this same koa going and coming back from Colorado. Nice landscaping and pool. Lots are ample for our 30 foot towing. They were somewhat unlevel but fixable with blocks. We will for sure stay there again if traveling that way.

The people were awesome made great recommendations for Restaurants. Definitely will go back to the TimberLoft bbq restaurant. Close to the craziness of Nashville.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice and clean facilities. Great pool! Only issue is getting to and from the freeway. Other then that, would definitely stay there again.

This was only a one night stay. The facility was very well kept. It was quite and shady. We really enjoyed all of the fireflies.

I don't recommend the camping for tents .to close to the road and parking lot . I felt like a vehicle was going to run over me in my tent at night and car headlights all night shining in my tent ,plus the main parking lot car just right on top of you and no shad from the sun in tent area.

The staff was friendly, and the property well kept; but the freeway noise made our stay really awful. Our site was in front of the office and right by the freeway. Two nights was two too long unfortunately. Had we been located further back inside the property, it would have been a much better stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They acted like they were glad to see us. They helped us back into and setup our campsite. There was a playground and a pool. The area was clean and well kept. Just a little crowded.

Wow this place is a sad place to stay. We did not get a key so I could not leave once I got there unless I wanted to take all my stuff. The cabin was nice and clean. Had nice cold ac and a tv. But you have to pay for internet. I've stayed at a bunch of koa's all over the country this was by far my most disappointing stay.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. We do issue keys upon check-in, or if there is a request to leave them in the cabin after hours. We have a free internet option, as well as low-cost upgrade options for more bandwidth.

I got the last spot in the over flow area - it perfectly suited my needs. The staff were very kind and helpful in getting my new trailer on to the spot!!! Above and beyond what I expected! Oh, and the facilities were neat and clean!

Long term stay been here for 3 months The owners and staff are very nice the rest rooms very clean. A nice quiet place to stay. I would definitely come back.
