Lots are not level nor nearly big enough for 3 slides and parking a car next to your RV. The worry and emphasis placed on “not parking” on the grass seems mute, when we have to, to park near out RVs. Just eliminate the grass and level out the sites more.

I arrived late, having recieved a phone call from the office telling me where I'd find the info about my site. All worked very well. The grounds are beautiful and everyone was helpful and friendly. My little dog and I were very happy. I will return again.

No sewer hookup. Bathroom clean but tiny; a group bathroom, like a kids camp. Really hilly so we couldn’t hook the toad up until we were at the dump station. Polite check-in. Looked like most people there lived there. Site was NOT level. To call it a patio site is doing the word patio a misjustice. I’m beginning to think KOA journey means I want to hurry and leave.

We're sorry to hear you weren't fully satisfied with your stay. We do have full hookup sites, though you chose a water/electric only site when you booked online. Also, we do not have any patio sites yet, and do not advertise such. We hope to add some soon though!

Stayed overnight, Staff was friendly. Some highway noise. We were not far back in the campground. If you have a big rig don’t use exit 236. Narrow road with lots of curves

Great friendly staff goes out of their way, we walked to the store and it was closed, a nice young man drove by on his cart, and asked if her could help us. He opened the store so we could get ice cream, super nice young man, thank you!!! Nice friendly, clean place. Thank you!!!

Great for an overnight. Good for adults. Staff was friendly. Lots of long term residents. No network TV channels. WiFi, like most RV parks, slow to useless. Used Verizon hotspot.

NO vacancies anywhere n area. KOA worked us in as a literal ‘sandwich filling’ between two larger RV’s on overflow. Two guys helped direct hubby to park so That was both helpful & necessary. No sewer hookup which was a bit of a problem. Very pricey. Very crowded. Nice staff. Beautiful setting. Would love to see part of dog area turned into more campsites.

Beautiful campground! We arrived late and left early so had no interaction with anyone but check in process was super easy. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place with Courteous and helpful staff. The showers in the bathrooms are clean and sanitized which is important with the Covid outbreak.

Check in was fast. The people were very friendly and guided me to my spot. Since I was alone they even helped me line up my trailer. The campground was very clean, quiet. Nice office/store. Enjoyed my stay very much. Bathhouse facilities were clean. Will be coming back. Easy access to the Nashville area.

Easy in and out, host took us the our site, large sites with tables. Friendly staff full stocked camp store. Would def stay again.

We stayed here while visiting family nearby. This is a busy campground, but it is very efficient and well run. Although there is a lot of noise from the interstate, we couldn't hear it with our AC on.

Great stay at KOA Lebanon Nashville. Very friendly staff and always willing to help to make my stay very comfortable. Very clean grounds, bath house and laundry room. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Was nice to ask for a pull through that was actually long enough for our coach and toad. Very helpful in putting us in the right place. Very clean and the setup was extremely nice.

Recieved a friendly call from campground about our upcoming reservation and late night registration. Campground was beautiful but didn't explore since we just stopped for the night. Love the cabin, very modern and clean. We will definitely come back!!!

Long term stay been here for 3 months The owners and staff are very nice the rest rooms very clean. A nice quiet place to stay. I would definitely come back.
