The campground was okay. The gentleman who helped me get to my site and back in after dark was very helpful and polite, but there were a lot of what appeared to be permanent trailers there. Not very appealing for a KOA. The biggest problem I had was the Wifi. To get more than a very slow connection, as slow as my dial-up connection from 25 years ago, there was a fee. Not good at a KOA.

Although our system is superior to most campgrounds, we are working on getting more bandwidth to provide more as a free option. There will always be a fee to upgrade, as is standard among campgrounds and hotels

Beautiful location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. They gave us a choice of tent sites which was appreciated. Bathrooms were older but clean. Water was a bit far from the tent sites and there was a lot of late night/early morning car traffic passing by the tent sites. Would definitely return!

What stands out is everything from making the reservation to the smile upon arriving to the escort to our site with assistance to our explanation of amenities available. It was a very positive experience.

I stayed in the KOA for a year while figuring out where I wanted to live. It was a GREAT year!! They are courteous, helpful, friendly and keep a very clean campground. It was sad to say goodbye but I'll never forget my time in the Lebanon KOA!!!

Like this campground, however, this time we were put on one of the old sites with not much room. It was very busy and since we needed an entire week, this was all that was available for the length of time we needed.

Made our reservation on line while we were on the road and had no problem getting in. We arrived early and had no issues. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Only stayed one night. Said they had cable , but they didn’t. A little overpriced.

Thank you for the review. We're sorry to hear there may have been a misunderstanding. We do not offer cable. We offer Wifi options that allow streaming. We also have many sites that get good satellite reception, as well as many over-the-air channels out of Nashville.

This was a nice overnight stay while traveling from Arkansas to Virginia. The grounds were very well maintained and pleasing on the eye. The dog run area was appreciated.

I have stayed at the KOA several times and they are great! I had a nice level spot and was greeted by a friendly staff.

Staff was very good and helpful. Bath houses were nice. That’s where it ends. Had a spot by the dumpster. Constant opening and slamming door. Granted not all sites were like ours. We just got the worst site. More than half of the sites were permanent residents. Lots of traffic coming by our site. Very dusty. WiFi was for only 2 devices. No streaming. You could pay more to upgrade WiFi.

We were in a tent with relatively unobstructed view of the interstate. The noise level was quite high therefore, which was quite disturbing our first night. There are only 2-3 sites with electric hookups so there's not much choice, and no site has on-site water. We stayed there only because all state parks in the area were full. Based on our experience, we would stay there only as a last resort

We lived & worked here for 1 1/2 years and wouldn’t have stayed that long if it wasn’t a great place! This is an AWESOME family owned & worked campground. They were not only employers, but friends. It was bittersweet leaving, but we chose the traveling lifestyle & it was time to move on.

Stayed for a month while working in the area. Wonderful staff, treated me very well! Nice grounds with pool and laundry on location. Only needed to leave for food.

Very courteous staff (thank you Karen and Nathan) and clean facilities. The only issue was traffic noise f re on the highway. But we still got a good night sleep.

Long term stay been here for 3 months The owners and staff are very nice the rest rooms very clean. A nice quiet place to stay. I would definitely come back.
