The camp was great and as expected. The location was just ok since we could hear the highway noise the entire time. But on the flip side it was easy to get to. This is the second KOA we have stayed at and they were both nice.

Notable Items from my stay: - Staff are amazing!! Everyone went above and beyond throughout my stay. Rachel at the front desk even called and asked how I was doing during the major snow/ice storm recently. Dennis was always there to help out, even with a smile!. Ryan did a great job managing the property. - Everything was well maintained - Would prefer concrete pads, in lieu of stone.

Our stay was during the Winter Storm 2/2021. We are from Florida and weren't prepared for this storm at all. We actually left our TT for an extra week while we drove back to Florida. All of the people in the office were so helpful and friendly. Ryan one of the guys there actually kept check on our TT for the week we weren't there. Definitely would stay again. Thanks to all of you! Great KOA!!!

Please change the signage as you exit the campground....the only way to I-40 should be to the left,,,no matter which direction you wish to travel on I-40 !!!!

The campground overall was nice. The site was fairly level and plenty long enough for our extra vehicle to park within the site. However, our one complaint would be the internet. Would I have known prior to arriving that you have to pay a daily fee for WiFi in order for it to even open a webpage I probably wouldn’t have been quite as perturbed as it was arriving after hours and finding out.

Thank you for staying with us! There is a small fee to upgrade Wifi speed if the basic free internet isn't enough for what you're working on. This is starting to become more and more common at campgrounds, as it ensures that the guests who really need extra bandwidth will get it.

Park is very nice, quiet and safe. Bath/shower rooms are modern and spotless. Grounds are clean and well maintained with nice seasonal decorations. Staff is always out and about the park if there are any concerns, they will address quickly. Office staff very efficient. I was there for a few months for work/school.

We stayed one night on our way to see our newborn Grandson in Charlotte, NC. Because Covid is so contagious we requested contactless check in. Nashville East KOA honored our request & were just awesome! We appreciated it so much...Thank You Nashville East.

We stayed for 2 months while we relocated to the area. Wonderful staff, very nice and helpful. Bathrooms / shower/ laundry were always very clean and well kept. Staff was very understanding when our move out date was changing and ultimately unknown until the last minute. Fellow campers were quiet and extremely nice. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived in a snowstorm well after office hours and were met by a ataff member who took us to our site and waited to make sure we could set up. His above and beyond service was greatly appreciated. The campground is clean and well maintained We will visit again

The staff was very helpful and courteous! Couldn’t have asked for better service! My main concern is that we had full hookup but were not able to refill our fresh water tank before we left because the water was not on. We did leave very early though...not sure if that is why.

We were uncomfortable with the lack of masks on all staff. The front desk lady made sure to put hers on when we were in-store, which was good, but no one else did, which defeats the point. The attached home to the office definitely made us doubt how welcomed we were during our stay. The front porch of the home was the exact opposite of the office side porch, which was cute and organized.

Everything was great except we spent $6 on drinks from the vending machine and they were all expired!

Very nice campground- clean and loved the store front porch looking out towards the mountains. We were greeted by staff, escorted to our site and welcomed. Thank you!

Only stayed 1 night, but it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful in answering our questions. They were well equipped for freezing temperatures and the sites were well kept.

Stayed over Christmas Day, and couldn’t be more grateful for the quick call from Barb the day before giving us a heads up about the office being closed. Also, super grateful for the flexibility on check out, since we had a few mechanical issues we needed to run errands on before we could leave. Definitely felt like honored guests at this KOA!!

Came in late and left very early, it was still dark. So really could not see the property. When we arrived, Dennis was there and was very helpful getting us to our site and receiving instructions on how to leave in the morning in the dark. Appreciated that very much.

Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff especially the young woman from my home state of Maine. This is a busy full campground with many seasonal campers. Sites are tight but our pull through was nicely terraced and landscaped with a retaining wall. Very clean. Disappointed that mask wearing by staff was inconsistent.

The campground itself is well maintained, clean and the shower rooms are warm, inviting and very clean. Our only issue (becasue I didn't reasearch it enough) is that the property is quite near I-40 which you hear. Not a deal breaker, though. The staff members are pleasant and helpful and were willing to work with us when we took the wrong camsite upon a later arrival Thanksgiving Day.

Once again a super stay at the KOA Lebanon! DW and I stay here every time we are in the Nashville, Mt. Juliet and Lebanon area. The team of Ryan, Barb, Stacy and Dennis (aka Cowboy) are the most friendly and helpful staff you will meet. DW and I full time RV and appreciate the well run RV Parks. Don’t stay in the expensive crowded busy RV parks in Nashville. 20 mins East you can be in the countr

Rear place to stay! Very clean! Convenient highway access. We were able to check in over the phone, and even buy firewood that way. Super friendly staff, too. Very warm and helpful. We’ll be back!

Site was level and we had a wonderful view of valley. Restrooms and laundry were clean. Office people were very helpful and accommodating. Sites were a mix of full timers and holiday travelers.

Very pricey compared to other areas where we have stayed. Almost impossible to get a space reserved. Lots of space could & should b opened up for additional sites. Staff exceptionally nice & helpful.

Long term stay been here for 3 months The owners and staff are very nice the rest rooms very clean. A nice quiet place to stay. I would definitely come back.
