It was a stop over on our way back home. Park personnel were very friendly and helpful. Park was clean and well maintained as far as we could tell.

Only stayed for one night. Staff was friendly. They gave us a different site that had some shade. Pool area was nice as was the game room. The bathrooms were clean. Would return if ever in the area again.

We were on our way home from Arizona and the winds were so bad we had to stop. We were able to find a site at Needles KOA and we were very comfortable for the night. Clean campground and very friendly staff!

The assigned site (68) was level and utilities worked well. The wifi was was slow even though there were very few other campers most of the time. The OTA TV was terrible 3 of 24 channels would be viewable sometimes. The staff was pleasant but not especially friendly. It looks like the park was once pretty nice but for various reasons has been allowed to degrade to a poor example for KOA.

Good place to stay for a visit to Needles area or as an overnight stop. Very helpful and friendly staff, well stocked store and clean sites. Near to Oatman, an old mining town with wild burros gun fights and memorabilia (but don’t take your dog - burros think dogs are chayotes and will attack/kick them!).

Although it was quiet, the park looks terribly neglected. Tree stumps, oleanders dying, broken wooden 2 x 4s in the ground with electrical covers. I remember when it looked really nice.

We just stayed overnight but found the host to be very friendly and kind, the pool was very nice, bathrooms and grounds were clean and kept up

Need to let the oleanders grow more so that they will shade the spaces. Otherwise, it was fine.

Had 2 hose bibs, very nice store, and there was a sewer dump on-site. Pool was very well kept and staff were very friendly.

Just an overnight as I was traveling home to AZ. The dog park had no shade, was all dusty dirt, and the poop bag station was empty. I carry my own poop bags so was able to pick up after my dog, but I was a few poop piles that had been left behind. Needles is WAY TOO HOT and I will do my best not to have to stop in that area again. I expect the winter months are OK as far as the heat is concerned.

The stay was fine. The customer service was very good. The park looks like it has been abandoned except for the swimming pool which was very well maintained.

Someone parked in our assigned site so I had to return to the office to figure out where to park. The WiFi did not work well.

The staff was very helpful and understanding when our plans changed at the last minute. We were only there for one night, so we didn't have a chance to make use of most of the facilities. We did have some problems accessing the Wi-Fi, but it was after hours so we couldn't ask for help. That was a bit frustrating, but all in all it was a good experience.

This was our first time to stay at Needles KOA. The campsites are set up very well. Large Oleander bushes are on either side. Very private. Restrooms and showers clean. Beautiful pool, which is open. It was hot of course, this tome of year, but we were comfy, wandering out in late afternoon to walk around park. Dog park and several places to walk pet. We will be back.

Whole place needs an update. 88 sites and there are only 10 with 50 amps. With the majority of RVers that travel today needing 50 amp to operate both a/c's and other appliances, electrical update needed. At my site the sewer hookup was broken so I couldn't screw in the the threaded dump-station connection. Worst KOA, I have stayed at in 20+ years. I know now why no other big rigs were there

Great environment, friendly staff. Space rent is very reasonable and can be monthly as well. Includes bathrooms showers a rec room and other commodities.
