This park met our basic needs with a pull through site that included full hookups. The checkin process was quick and easy. The lady working the checkin was friendly and efficient.

Carla and Bill, the owners, are so helpful and so accommodating! They really want your stay to be a great experience. Also, the KOA store is super-cool, containing all kinds of souvenirs, in addition to food and drinks and necessities.

As usual we had a great relaxing stay. Carla was great checking us in and we greatly appreciated her finding us a suitable site as they were very busy. Great KOA.

This is our go to spot when traveling south to the Phoenix area in the winter and on the way home in spring. I do wish the pool was heated and washer/dryer times posted. Otherwise no complaints.

The Needles KOA isn't as nice as other KOA's we have stayed at. But the store was nice and stocked with lots of necessities and the owner was very nice as well. We only stayed 1 night during our travels and it was an easy check in process and the location worked well for us. The bathrooms were clean as well.

Boring, visually unappealing, we only stayed because of the location. Directions messed up, missed the sign, not well indicated. The host was very nice though.

We booked very last minute and fortunate they could squeeze us in. Carla and Fred were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. This is our first RV and it was our first trip across country. Fred gave us some good tips and was a pleasure to talk to. Carla made checking in and out a breeze. It was conveniently right off the highway. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you.

We had 2 nights there in hot windy weather. We had a slight problem with the RV, which the owner was helpful with. We would stay there again for short stays.

The bathrooms were clean. The facilities do need some updating, although I realize that this is difficult when the campground is opened year-round. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at many KOAs across the country, and we found the Needles KOA to be clean, quiet and welcoming. We know that a KOA Journey is not a RV resort, but rather a safe place to stay with hook ups while traveling. The onsite store was well stocked and the front desk staff and escort to our site was friendly. Easy access on and off hwy 40. We enjoyed our pull through spot for one night.

Great environment, friendly staff. Space rent is very reasonable and can be monthly as well. Includes bathrooms showers a rec room and other commodities.
