The bathrooms were clean. The facilities do need some updating, although I realize that this is difficult when the campground is opened year-round. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at many KOAs across the country, and we found the Needles KOA to be clean, quiet and welcoming. We know that a KOA Journey is not a RV resort, but rather a safe place to stay with hook ups while traveling. The onsite store was well stocked and the front desk staff and escort to our site was friendly. Easy access on and off hwy 40. We enjoyed our pull through spot for one night.

It was an overnight stay while passing through. We were grateful it was a decent park & will definitely stay again! We we’re in a 25’ travel trailer.

Great place to stay. Nice site. You are on a tri-state corner so you can go exploring. The KOA host always has ideas on things to see & do. The Wagon Wheel has awesome food. Enjoy a drive on route 66.

The park was spacious, clean & well staffed with friendly people. While I did not use the pool or other amenities they were available & many to choose from.

KOA was responsive to my request and timely with its confirmation. Personnel were friendly and efficient. Sites are of adequate size for our 25’ Class C RV with an extra-wide slide. We have stayed at the Needles KOA twice overnight while on our way home and and would stay again. If there is any complaint it is the low-level traffic noise from the nearby Interstate highway. Overall, satisfying!

We came in after a hard day of driving in very windy conditions. Our place was clean, quiet and peaceful. Management was friendly and so were the other guests we met.

Turning off the water without notice to those who were already set up was not nice. We ended up going on to our next stop before off loading sewer and gray tanks. Otherwise Jesse was a big help as well as kristen. Thanks for a good stay.

Camping spaces actually had sufficient space to easily park and set up and offer separation from neighboring RV's. Park clean and maintained. Evening Bingo in park clubhouse offered a pleasant get together with other park campers.

Fine as a travel stopover. Not a good “camping” experience. Virtually NO vegetation. A few shrubs and trees, but mainly a Wasteland. Only one set of Bathrooms next to office. Long walk. No porta-potties.

We have stopped here for 7-8 years -on our way and back. Have always found the staff welcoming and pleasant. Rv sites are adequate for the price- walking around the park and desert is good. Only complaint is the dust- when it’s windy! We plan on returning every year-

We had a great time. Loved "Happy Hour" where we met some nice people. Appreciated the nice spot we had which was close to our friend, Pat Barnes. Kudos to Christine who helped us several times with our Wi fi, televison, and our DVD! We elderly don't always understand technology!

Although the park is quite basic, everything was neat and clean and we appreciate that. One small improvement would be to place a small seat or bench in the men's room. After showering, it is quite difficult at my age to put on shoes without sitting down.

Just stayed overnight ... Only bad part was coming in back way in dark. KOA sign could be a little larger at that weird Y-intersection!

The staff are friendly and helpful, the camp store is very nice and well stocked. The access to the desert was perfect for dog walking. We will be sure to stay again when traveling in the RV.

Great environment, friendly staff. Space rent is very reasonable and can be monthly as well. Includes bathrooms showers a rec room and other commodities.
