We stayed in October, so the heat wasn't an issue. The staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay atthis location.

I love this KOA. It is a perfect stop between Phoenix and Bakersfield. It’s always clean and well kept. The spaces are large so I don’t have to unhook unless I want to. The only complaint is they have no cable TV but good reception with an antenna.

Needles KOA is very clean and well kept. The employees were very friendly. It’s close to the highway so there is some road noise but it wasn’t bad. We stayed one night.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am giving a 4 because in two stays I found the men's shower stall did not provide hot water; even after waiting many minutes and wasting precious gallons of water. The men's restroom needs an upgrade. Stall doors are not square and do not close and sink fixtures do not match. Still a bargain but upgrades are needed in the bathrooms.

Poorly designed showers with stalls that spill water into adjacent areas. Gotcha wifi that charges an extra $9.95 for a better connection, then delivers abysmally slow internet after you pay extra.

Everything was fine, we just like it better in cooler places, but was a welcome rest from the bumpy, bumpy roads.

Dusty, dusty and more dust. Yes, it’s in the desert, but that doesn’t mean it has to be “unkept”. Laundry was dirty. Window was left open during a windy day and no one cleaned the next day. Sand everywhere. Buildings are in dire need of repair and paint. Lots of broken branches and dead plants everywhere. Didn’t seem like anyone did maintenance or upkeep. Cigarette butts everywhere.

Leveling was easy, even on a gravel site. Nice wide site, easy access to full hookups and a picnic table. Staff very friendly.

We frequently stay overnight at this KOA on our way to or from our home in the Central Valley of Califonia. This is one of the best, if not the best, KOA we have visited.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and LOVE this campground. It’s quiet, clean, has all the amenities and the people are absolutely stellar. Twice we had issues after we left and had to return. We were treated so well I get emotional thinking about it.

Nice stop from the CA west coast. Close enough to ride into Nevada and also Lake Havasu AZ. Clean, spacious sites.

We weren’t expecting much as we were just driving through and needed a place to spend the night. We were impressed, the grounds were well maintained, the store stocked, and the staff friendly. We would definitely stay there again if our travels came through this way again.

I arrived after 7:00 p.m. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. I was given a receipt, keys, and map the staff gave me directions to my cabin. When I arrived to my cabin I had difficulties opening the door. I returned to the front desk and staff was helpful. All I had to do was pull on string that's on the door. It lifts the hatch to open door.

Very pleasant campground. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Staff was great, very helpful. Site was gravel but level, flowering bushes between sites, although still growing. It is out of the way, but it was quiet. Pool was nice and refreshing.

Just stayed overnight. Didn't use any of the facilities. Site was pretty level, good wifi, clean park. The lady inside was very friendly. The campground was quiet and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

Clean RV parking, restrooms, showers, and laundry facility. Great store with almost everything you would need. Employees were very friendly and helpful!

Great environment, friendly staff. Space rent is very reasonable and can be monthly as well. Includes bathrooms showers a rec room and other commodities.
