Please remember that many guests are just traveling through and would like a good nights sleep. No radio or TV is to be on outside during these hours. No voices or other noises to be heard beyond your site. Anything considered a nuisance to the peace and solitude of others will not be tolerated. No generators allowed at any time. Children must be in their site as well during this time.

Check-in time for Cabins begins at 3:00 pm
Check-in time for RV sites and Tent sites begins at 1:00 pm
Check-Out time for all is 11:00 am

After Hours: If you arrive after hours with a reservation at KOA Niagara, there will be a site map in the Night Registration box with your name and site/cabin number. Please come into the office before 10:00 am to physically register.
If you arrive after hours without a reservation there will be a list of available sites/rates at the Night Registration to choose from (please only select from this list as others may be reserved-take a site map without a name on it). Fill out the envelope and deposit it in the box. Also, please come into the office before 10:00 am to physically register.

Did you know you can request a specific site number, site location or camp right next to family and friends? You can with our Site Guarantee Charge. A $25 site lock fee will be applied to your reservation.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 

• At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  
• A limit of 4, 6 or 8 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced.  That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors.  If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.
  
• RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
  
• Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and other Lodging are limited to 4-6 people with exception of the Deluxe Cabins which sleep 8, these are limited to 8 people. 
  

If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your visitors are welcome for $15 per additional adult. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk. Visitors will need to park in the Overflow area. All vehicles must display a visible car pass. Visitors will not be allowed during holidays or sold out periods.

There is a maximum stay of 14 days in all Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins.

Tents are permitted at tent & some RV sites only (tents are not permitted at cabins). There is a maximum of a one week stay in tent sites.

There must be a responsible person 21 years of age or older register your site and there must be a responsible person over the age of 21 staying on the site for the entire stay.

Note: While we all enjoy a great bonfire at our Grand Island campground, please remember to only use approved firewood.  Firewood with the Ash bug have infested our trees destroying over 300 this past few years.  Please don't Move Firewood - you could be transporting the bugs.

You CANNOT bring loose firewood into the campground.  Fire can only be burned in the approved fire ring and the flame cannot be taller than 3 ft. Please remember to extinguish any fire before you retire for the evening and never leave fires unattended.

Outdoor Pool (Unheated) Open May 24th - September 7th.

Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash, and cooking supplies. For the health of the wildlife, please refrain from feeding the animals. Your safety and the future of our wildlife depend on you.

Paddle boats, canoes, and banana bikes are available for rent. Stop by our registration office for details.

Propane tanks can be filled 7 days a week during our store hours.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:
 RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival. 
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. 

Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Traveling with your furry friend? We have several Kamp K9s for our four-legged friends to stretch their legs. Pets must be on a leash outside of the dog park, and we ask owners to do their duty and clean up after their pets. Pets don't like to be left alone, so please don't leave them unattended. Due to health and safety regulations, pets are not allowed in any buildings, pool area, and other signed locations. *Certified service animals excluded. There is a $25 fee per pet per stay for Deluxe cabins and a $10 fee per pet per stay for Camping cabins.

Virginia Rader, General Manager of the Niagara Falls / Grand Island KOA Holiday, has been part of the KOA family for over 20 years. An avid camper herself, Virginia loves starting her day with a cup of coffee by the front pond, watching the colorful water fountain and the fish as they jump and splash. “I love the wildlife, the seasons, and the people here,” says Virginia.One of her favorite sounds is the laughter of young campers as they ride their bikes through the campground, explore the playgrounds, and bounce on the jumping pillow.
