The campground was clean and had everything we needed. Claudia and Cynthia were the best and I would go back just because of them. They were extremely helpful throughout our entire stay.

Brought 2 grandsons for a fun time camping, however, the pool was weirdly falling apart in that the lining was bubbling up all over the place. The big playground was cordoned off with caution tape and was not useable. The small playground was down right dangerous for a 2 year old. Could not get out of the blazing sun despite using the awning. Won't be going back.

High ratings are accurate. The staff is friendly. The facilities clean and well maintained. We rented an additional cabin at the last minute and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Location also ideal for our first visit to Niagara Falls. which is a short drive away.

Staff were very friendly. They made sure that they got us firewood and left the keys in room even though we arrived late. New play area for kids. Kids had a lot of fun.

Gorgeous campsite with nice furniture and a lovely patio area. Family bathrooms are really nice, much better than usual campsite facilities. Kids really enjoyed the pool and play ground. Excellent location to enjoy Niagara Falls. Great sunsets!

My girl friends and I rented 3 sites and enjoyed our stay . We thought it was very kid friendly and the staff was great . Super friendly ! We will be back some day .

Very helpful and extremely nice staff. The whole camp is clean and all facilities looked great. So many things to do on site for adults and kids alike. Centrally located between Niagara Falls and Buffalo.

From the beginning the staff was very welcoming and thorough with information about what the KOA had to offer and also about how to visit and enjoy Niagara Falls! It was the best place to stay, the campsite was clean and ready for us to set up. I am so glad I was able to stay here and visit Niagara Falls at night and the following day because it was so easy to access and worth two trips!

Love the activities offered. Grandson had a ball in the paddle boats! Great extra in having tour vans pick campers up for touring Niagara!

Stay was ok. The cabin was not cleaned at all No mopping ,No dusting, and refrigerator was not clean I had to Wipe down and Sanitize everything in the room you can see previous guest fingerprints everywhere. The staff really needs to Clean better especially when there is a pandemic still going in

The cabins are disgusting. I do not believe they even mop. I showered and cleaned the floor with the towel, it looked like the floor has not been mopped for months. I had to clean my own vents and air conditioner filter. Thank god I brought my own towels and cleaning supplies. I actually had to bleach the whole cabin. Very unsanitary.

The bathrooms are old and scruffy The garbage can in the upper dog park was overflowing for days until I told a staff member.

Sean and Claudia were so helpful even though we got THE WORSE #75 SPOT for a 4-night stay. We ended up in a somewhat better spot next to a stored trailer. The park was great until the cabin guests across the street flaunted three Trump flags facing our campsite. Yuck. No five star from us.

Our stay was awesome! The staff there were super nice, concerned and helpful to whatever we needed or just to answer any question we had. They made our stay easy, comfortable and secure. I would definitely go again with no hesitation or doubt.

I've got to say I wasn't expecting much when I booked our stay at the koa in Grand island. But this place was fantastic. The people were extremely friendly. The park was very clean. And they had amenities to please almost anyone. It's centrally located between Buffalo and the falls and close enough to Canada trips to our Northern neighbors are convenient. Great place to stay.

This is a great stop on the way to or from home. It’s clean and friendly. It’s also quiet. I like the Deluxe sites that are pull through with the concrete patio table chairs and “love” seat there are nice fire pits too.

It was an excellent trip. Many if not all previous reviews about issues at the campground have been corrected such as pot holes, trees etc. They have and are continuing to do a great job in upgrading the facility like the new playgrounds, pool etc. We were very satisfied with our location and would recommend anyone wanting to stay use section A it is the quietest and most convenient.

We had a nice stay. The location is close to many attractions, the facilities are well maintained, and the staff was very friendly. However, road noise from the adjacent highway was nearly constant. While the pools were in nice condition, they were small and usually crowded. However, the game options (Bocce, Pickle-ball, cornhole, new jungle gym, etc.) were well thought-out.

Our patio site was large and clean. Staff was very friendly!! Location is very convenient for visiting Niagara Falls and Buffalo. Our biggest complaint was that the back part of the campground was very noisy with highway sounds.

Our cabin was very nice. The campground itself is also great. The main issue is that a lot of things were broken. The net on the basketball hoop was hanging by a thread. The playground was missing the “zip line” style handle, so it couldn’t be used. The heated pool was broken on Thursday. Half of the games in the arcade weren’t working and ate your quarters.

Very nice KOA, kind of pricey, but given proximity to Niagra Falls and amenities, worth the cost. Staff was friendly and excellent.

Cabin was very clean. We had the deluxe cabin and the queen bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds were as comfy as bunk beds can be. The pull out couch should not be counted as somewhere a person could sleep as the mattress was incredibly think and you could feel the bars on the frame. Overall the place was great. Would stay there again.

The check in person and site escort were very friendly, helpful and professional - worthy of a perfect 5 or 10 depending on the scale you’re using. The site however was unacceptable for the $116/night paid. We were sandwiched between 2 highly trafficked noisy roads. The extremely unlevel site was so small our vehicle had to be parked in such a way that only the passenger door was accessible.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
