Everything was great, only problem was Fence around play ground was too close to road, could hardly get camper backed into site. Had to ask multiple neighbor campers to move vehicles.

Great place, staff is AMAZING. The only complain is it is a bit pricey for the campers being so close to 1 another.

staff very courteous and helpful kudos ginny, deedee and corey campers need to be told to respect their fellow campers and walk around sites not thru occupied sites.

We all had a great time! There's even an awesome auto repair place across the street called Grand Island Auto who fixed our car fast, kind, and trustworthy! All our needs were met with friendly faces and everyone at the camp was great. The kids loved swimming, paddle boating, caught tons of fish, and went biking all over. We were so close to Niagara Falls too! We had a great time exploring!

Staff was outstanding and very helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the tent sites with no power or electric, weren't very level and accumulated a good amount of water during a storm. Will definitely return but request different site especially for $50 a night.

Nice campground, a bit expensive for the cabins but bikes and activities were fun. My kids had a blast. The staff was very friendly and facilities were clean. I would stay again, I suggest a coffee cart for the a.m.

One f the pools were closed the bathroom by our cabin was very gross. Our fire pit and grill were never cleaned.

This was our second time camping here. The entire staff are friendly and courteous and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Will hopefully be back next year

Very disappointed by the construction in front of our campsite. They began working at 8am throwing things around, unloading a backhoe etc. this was after a long drive resulting in a very late arrival. Happened two days in a row.

from florida to new york we stayed at 5 koa's, this one was the most expensive and the worst. They Cram people in, filthy showers and restrooms. It was raining and there was no gravel on our site, we were full of mud. We couldnt go outside because of the mud. The park was gross, all you see is rv's and cabins. They dont answer the phone or return calls. Horrible experience, couldnt wait to leave.

The park is nice. My only complaint is the price we paid to stay at this park was $50 a night more than any other KOA we’ve stayed at.

Clean, well kept grounds We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was cozy and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very expensive for the patio site. The furniture was nice but the ‘yard’ around the site was all dirt & weeds. Expect more for $145/night.

Well-maintained, good amenities, clean bathrooms. Easy to catch an Uber to the falls. Would definitely stay again!

Best KOA Campground EVER!!!!! Loved everything, site, employees, store, pools, playground, etc. So clean even the sites. Text alerts were an extra bonus..

Nice site and facilities. Helpful staff. Close to Niagara Falls, and other attractions near by. On the high end of campground fees, but to be expected given location and lack of competition. Bathrooms were clean and updated, and they were building a new playground for kids.

We rented a deluxe cabin not very clean the bathroom washroom gels and shampoo were not filled hair dryer was broken.I asked for propane the second night and never got it .This is the first time that we have had a problem and I’ve been coming there for over 30 years. I was just thinking there wasn’t enough help throughout the grounds

Completely full 4th of July weekend, but you wouldn’t know it in our site. Highly recommend the pull-thrus with patios.

Truly enjoyed the upgraded campsite with patio and chairs. Check in was easy with friendly staff and general store perfect for basic supplies. We felt very secure at this campground with our granddaughter as Niagara Falls has been on her to do list for three years. Easy drive to the falls.

Site was uneven so we couldn't put our rug out for fear of tripping in a grove or utility boxes not level to the ground. Speed limit was NOT enforced as vehicles sped through a stop sign near our site. Didn't use the facilities. Staff were very friendly. Seemed unreasonable to not be able to have visitors at our site causing weeks of planning to need to be changed last minute.

We loved it at your camp ground - we love the new patio sites. I think you need to rethink the sand around that jumping pillow ( not a good choice) and clean those bathrooms more often. they need to have a nicer entry with some fresh paint over all just beef up your maintenance and clean more around those buildings at the pool area. The grass was cut nicely .

I had a tent site with a cute patio. I enjoyed my stay. A nice quiet relaxing weekend was what i needed.. The office Staff as well as the grounds crew were super friendly and helpful. The place is kept up nicely. There was a diverse group of campers and everyone was friendly. I enjoyed it so much I booked another stay in September for one of the cabins. This will definitely be my go to KOA site.

You should have a master plan for planting more shade trees. Climate change is going to make the summer sun more intense and trees will help your campers have a place to stay cooler and safer from the sun.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
