Our stay was good other than receiving a phone call after we had been gone for over an hour, telling us that we were late checking out. Didn't appreciate that.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The deluxe cabin poolside was the best. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We’ll be going back next summer!

Loved everything about our stay. Staff was nice, the grounds were clean and well kept! Bathrooms, in particular the showers could use a little extra love but everything else was amazing!

Beautiful campground, very close to the falls and attractions. Went on 4th of July weekend and it was extremely busy. However enjoyed myself with my family. Would come again!

This was one of the best experiences we have had at any koa/or private camping resort. Clean, well kept, lots of activities, and very nice staff. The area is terrific outside the campground also with very much to do close by I will be back I just hope they get the park open again. (FANTASY ISLAND) which is connected to the grounds!

First time here and will be back. The staff is very friendly. Cabin 19 was the perfect side with an amazing patio. I wouldn't camp wuth a tent here but the cabins are awesome!

My son got stung three times by a wasp, we found the nest and told the front desk, but it didn't appear that the sprayed for wasps while we were gone for the day because the nest was still there. The day we were leaving we couldn't fill out water tank because the water was shut off before our check out time. While the front desk answered questions, I wouldn't call them hospitable or friendly.

The campground is very nice and close to so many places to visit, but the cost per night is so much more than other KOA'S we have stayed at.

The campground was pricey. However it was clean, and the staff was friendly, especially Cynthia. I like the in process upgrades to the campground also. We will probably return because the proximity to Niagara Falls was great.

Was clean, ready early and had amazing staff that directed us to an experience at Niagara Falls we would have not know about without their recommendation! Thanks and had a wonderful experience

Pool was not heated, people were loud at night and using sparklers etc - no one was around to enforce the rules. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Deluxe cabin had the bare minimum for cooking but we made it work.

A very short drive to the falls from this large KOA with a nice pool, pond and games for lots of activities on site. We had a pull thru site for a short overnight stay. Like most KOA’s we have used for a one night stop, these sites are pretty tight . The RV next to us had our sewer line within 5 ft of their camper door.- we moved to dump the next day but otherwise a great camp for our visit.

Overall, one of the best KOA's out there. There were so many activities and games for the kids to play. They did an awesome job. Highly recommend the Niagara tour that they offer that picks you up directly from the camp. Consider putting up some hooks to hang stuff in the cabins, as space can be scarce. The bathrooms/showers near the pool needed to be vented better to get out the moisture.

Park was very nice. But was close to a roadway that had very loud motorcycles driving by. We were placed on the right side of the park which I believe was a newer section. Was very short drive to The Falls. We would stay again.

Overall we had a good stay at the Niagara Falls KOA. The pool area was well kept and had lots of activities around it. People abided by the quiet hours which was appreciated. The bathrooms were very outdated and grungy feeling. They could use an update and be better maintained. I had a lot of issues with WiFi being reliable.

Little expensive. The bus schedule we were given was wrong but the driver helped us and we got back OK.

The people who are checked us in...the property....the amenities.... the extras...the upkeep....I could not imagine a campground with more. So very much worth the price and yet even the price was amazing!!

We had a great stay in one of the patio sites. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating due to our early arrival. We had a lot of fun in the large heated pool and everything was nice and clean.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
