Great spot to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. Really good value if you're tent camping. The bathrooms and shower on-sit were clean and well maintained. The cabins looked really nice and if we visit the area again I will definitely try one.

We stayed in the Felix cabin C43. It was super clean and fit my large family and pets. The campground itself was beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and go to great lengths to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We will definitely be going back!!!!

The staff was helpful and courteous. The grounds and bathrooms were well maintained. Great location in proximity to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay.

Great place to camp! Been there few times before and after the pandemic. Employed and volunteers are friendly and helpful. I for sure be back again.

Filthy bathrooms Nicest sites way in the back by the pool the rest of the campground is run down Gravel roads full of potholes

I love this campground! The staff is amazing. We started our vacation at another campground about an hour away and had a horrible experience. After 24 hours we decided we needed to leave so I started calling around to the local KOA parks and Samantha answered and was able to find 2 sites available for us and she even apologized for our experience at the other park! We will definitely be back!

Sites weren’t very wide and our fire pit was right next to the sewer line on the next site so we couldn’t even sit by the fire. Also my son was looking forward to the pool on our last morning which opened at 10 when he got down there the man told him he needed to clean it and it would be about an hour?? Seems like that could of been done at 8 or 9.

KOAs aren't my first choice - I don't use the extra amenities. That said, usually I am happy enough with what I get. This KOA was terrible -- the tent sites didn't have the standard nice flat KOA tent pad and the only level spot put you inches from the road. Bathrooms (main and family cabins) were not busy but also not clean at all. Expected at least average KOA niceness for $50/night - far short.

The campground was great up until the weekend. At 10:00 on Saturday night a group in cabins decided to set off fireworks multiple times. Then I went to the bath house to only find myself interrupting a couple in the middle of their sexual activity.

Overpriced and buildings very close together. Too many people. Will not return to a KOA. Glad the staff was wearing masks.

Nice campsite, but small fees added for many activities. Sites spread out and not very level. Great office staff! Expensive… would’ve been amazing if the theme park attached was open!

We were very pleased. Close to so many things to do. We had a new puppy with us and she enjoyed the other dogs. The dog park was great.

The KOA was very nice and they are doing a bunch of upgrades! The new entertainment area with a pool and a ton of yard games looks amazing and is going to be a hot spot this summer when it opens! We stayed in May and it wasn't quite open yet. But kudos to you all! It looks awesome so far!

I prefer the owner occupied KOAs over corporate owned because there is a sense of pride in the maintenance of the areas. The layout is below par because there is no direct path from the campsites to the bathrooms. The staff was friendly, but one bathroom didn’t have soap the entire stay and then one had no paper towels. I can’t complain about the condition of the bathrooms b/c that was a campe

A wonderful, beautiful, well kept campground. Wonderful activities for children. Sites are large. It is on the pricey side but well worth it to us. We have stayed twice.

Huge Campground, wonderful clean bathrooms, big campsites, plenty of room. Nice fire rings and picnic tables. Friendly staff willing to help in any way. Only 6 miles from Niagara Falls.

Staff was friendly. Grounds was well maintained. Clean bathrooms. Helpful crew in golf carts. Great amenities. Pools were wonderful! Sites were as described. Perfect location. A little pricey but understandable with all this in mind!

Great location for seeing the Falls. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly. I will stay here again if back in the area.

Great visit. This Holiday KOA was nicer than the Resort KOA that we stayed at previously. The patio area was great to entertain. The only negative was the floor was wet in the men’s bathhouse for our entire visit (4 days).

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
