What a wonderful site. The place is clean with friendly staff and beautiful landscaping. There are tons of activities for your children and a miniature golf course is right next door. The laundry is the best I have ever had anywhere! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay. We arrived late and it was nice to have the paper directing us to our campsite. A young man the next morning was helpful in explaining how we could bike to the Falls. He gave excellent directions and we arrived there without difficulty. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay. My one complaint was cleanliness was lacking in our deluxe cabin. The bed sheets were full of human/dog hair. It was really nasty, but thankfully we brought our own linens. The cabin could have been cleaned/swept better, but overall it was something we easily did ourselves. Others might not be so easy going about it. We did enjoy what KOA offered at this location though!

Love it! Beautiful campground. Very clean. Workers were nice and very helpful. Bathrooms were always clean. Cabins were very clean and adorable. Fishing was wonderful. Caught quite a few fish

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff aswell. Its sad to see Fanisty island gone.. However it is still a awesome camp ground and we will return once every year.

I stayed at your KOA 2 years ago. the cabin I rented two room had air condition and I asked for a refrigerator. This time your cabins had no air conditioning,refrigerators but it didn't say nothing on the website. Update your websites. Very disappointed with stay. The manager on duty offered nothing the lady checked me in was going to try to offer me something but the manager overstepped her.

The rustic cabin I was given had no AC . I have traveled the country coast to coast for 5 years staying in rustic cabins. They all had AC. The info on this cabin did not list no AC. They should have listed it with no AC. Read the listing. Everything else was notated. I will not return.

Sites are close together, practically no green space. We were having breakfast on the picnic table while our neighbor was cleaning out their sewer tanks, 6 feet away. Upon arrival, the lady who checked me in immediately asked if I had the covid vaccine. Asking a person's vaccination status is against the law, it violates HIPAA and FERPA laws.

Wifi terrible down a d19 Cable tv very spotty Bathrooms by pool a couple of toilets jammed at 8am Too close to interstate with trucks engine braking at night. Staff polite with good follow through.

The sites are small and cramped. The cable tv is unpredictable and needs upgrading. The staff however was fantastic!!

The staff was excellent. The campground was as clean as Disney World. We loved the pool. It was very close to Niagara Falls and saved us money to pitch a tent.

Nothing special about the sites no shade for $110 a night it’s just the basics which was extremely surprising. When I made the reservation I was made to believe that I was getting something equivalent to a patio site but without the furniture since I told them I did not need furniture. No views no shade just OK

We had a great time, though were a little bummed that the pool and lawn games area closed at 6 as it was still light out past 9 pm. Our kids loved all of the activities available.

Beautiful campground. Well maintained. If there is one thing I would like to see fixed is a way to increase the water pressure in the shower rooms. We used the showers behind C25. Other than that, keep doing what you are doing.

Site sufficient. Lots of activities. Bathrooms could be cleaner and extended pool hours would be nice. Only open till 6 p.m. How about extending to 8:00 p.m. for those of us visiting the local sites during the day.

When i called for reservations i ask for a sight up front in the yello A area ( no patio ) I was told there was none avalable for my time frame . Are whole 5 days there, I watched these sights as many stayed empty the whole week . The rest rooms, one side was closed , left 3 showers . 1 was clogged leaving me standing in dirty water , 1 the spicket didnt work leaving only 1 shower. Theres mor

Very nice quiet KOA. There are so many places to visit when staying here. Easy access to everything. Make sure ya checkout Blackberry’s restaurant. Best food I have had in a long time with exceptional staff!

Overall the campground is nice, only thing that I would suggest is that housekeeping check the dishes for broken ones and maintenance check for filled propane tanks and working ac units... Our propane tank was empty and the ac unit leaked when it was on other then that our stay was wonderful and my family had lots of fun!!

Our stay at the Niagara Falls KOA was excellent. We had a premium pull through site and we loved the space provided as well as the beautiful patio and furniture. It is located very close to the Falls.

The ladies that were at check in/check out were so friendly and helpful! It was so nice to have great customer service! Also, all of the employees on the yellow golf carts made a point to smile and wave. We truly felt so comfortable there! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back soon!

Wow- I was just so impressed with the campground! My friend and I reserved two spots for 2 adults and 9 children (ages 3-17). They all commented how clean the individual bathrooms were, nice campsite, and nice pool. It was not at all crowded and close to stores if you forgot some things. The staff was very nice upon checkin and they left you alone to enjoy your trip! So so happy with KOA!

It was great! Campground was beyond expectations. Nice, clean private facilities. Great pool, shade shelter, jumping pad, games, etc. Friendly staff. Only downside was that the store and pools closed at 6pm and the arcade wasn't open.

Excellent facilities but we stayed in a tent with a lot of freeway noise. There must have been sites further away from the noise.

Very poorly maintained, roads & sites plus camp guidance is understaffed for guidance to site, filling propane or purchasing wood. Campground is overpriced in everything, from sites to wood & propane). They price gouge due to closeness of Niagara Falls. Office staff was somewhat better but under-trained. I would not recommend or consider this location again.

Woman who was on staff on the weekend we were there was the nicest person we have ever encountered at a campground. We were camping with other family members and wanted to face each other. It didnt work because the Fifth wheel wouldnt fit in site so she called office and moved us both one site down and it worked perfectly. She helped us relocate a turtle back to pond we we worried would get hit

This was my first KOA stay a year ago. I was very impressed with how well the grounds were kept. Well, 3-4 KOA’s later, I’m back to say”KOA in Niagara Falls is my favorite.������

They allow teenagers to rent out Cottages that play music all hours of the night jump on there cars and overall just don’t care intel someone complains about it After the 3rd night of it

Sam and Claudia from the main office were very helpful ..our original rv camp site was tight they were able to move us around to get us in a new site and it made a world of difference..I would recommend this place to everyone we meet ..bathrooms were modern and clean they have made a lot of updates throughout the campground .

Pleasant stay, but quite dusty. We've stayed at other KOA's that were fully paved and level, so that is a nice perk. This KOA was more expensive than most so we could only stay 3 nights. We took the Bedore Tour to the Falls and that was excellent and really nice that they picked up at the campground.

Very nice campground. Not far at all from The Falls. Have alot of activities for kids. Kids loved it! Staff super nice.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
