We had a fabulous stay at one of the very nice concrete patio sites! The staff was very welcoming and spent time giving us recommendations for things to do around Niagara. Our kids were definitely not bored! They rented banana bikes, but then it started raining. The staff was so nice and allowed them to take the banana bikes out again for their full time (plus more)! Highly recommend this KOA!!!

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and all the amenities! Lots to do right there! And, so close and convenient to Niagara Falls and Buffalo….loved it!!

Awesome campground. The patio sites around the back pond are fantastic. A short walk to the pool and other amenities. Tons of KOA staff always out and about making sure the campground is running smoothly. When I arrived there were around 6 rigs waiting to check in and I expected a long wait. Not so ! They had everyone checked and parked in no time.

Although our stay was only 1 night. Staff was efficient at checkin. pool area was beautiful and the fishing ponds were great. Grandkids were a little sad about the playground not being open, and I'd love to see a small laundry down towards the back of the campground where we had stayed. But we would not hesitate to frequent this KOA again. It was so comfy.

It was awesome, just problems with the bathrooms. They were clean, but water was either cold or luke warm, and one of the showers was broken. I will recommend this to people I know as it was super quiet and the staff was extremely friendly, great job!!

Everything was good, this was my first KOA experience, I was a bit crowded for me, but I think it may have been due to it being a weekend, I will definitely add KOA to my travel searches in the future. it was a clean and pleasant place to stay.

Lovely campground. Spacious level sites with full hookups. Lots of things for the kids to do.

This was our 4th stay in this campground. Understandably, they had some problems after the pandemic. But there is no excuse for staff members to be unpleasant and sometimes rude. The everyday maintenance is overall poor, and the deluxe patio we ordered was not in its best shape. It could be a wonderful park, if the staff put more effort.

Loved the campground, staff is friendly and helpful. Campground is clean with lots of activities and things to do for kids. Only negative comment about the site is that the roads are not all paved and some were very loose gravel and bumpy. Conducive for bikes but not scooters.

Stay was good. Very close to falls. They had experienced heavy rains so it was understandable it was muddy. Grounds were kept nice. Construction going on at the playground. Looked like they were installing new equipment. The roads in the campground need work. Many large potholes at the front.

Great campground with great access to Niagara Falls and Buffalo, NY. I do hope they reopen Fantasy Island.

I absolutely loved this park. We have never stayed at one before but was by far thrilled with the cleanliness of the location, the people working, the items at the general store, and all of the extras including the pool, boats, bikes. I understand that You may not be affiliated with Niagara Falls but it would’ve been awesome to have a direct shuttle from your location to downtown.

Our site 17a was really nice. I would NOT want to have a site by the highway. Patio sites are awesome. We will request one of these next time.

A great campground. Super friendly, adequate bathroom showers, clean laundry. Lots of activities such as swimming and games. The only downside was not your fault. People driving way too fast where kids were on bikes. Would stay again.

Very clean, quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed being far enough from the city, but close enough to go a sight see. Our spot was very clean and the staff was incredibly nice.

Only issue we had was the way the septic was installed on our site. The pipe was higher than our camper outlet which is not ideal to say the least. I noticed this on several sites in our area. Not sure why they were not cut off closer to the ground like the sites up front.

Maybe it was the site, but we were placed in C2. Mind you we made this reservation in Jan. I cant imagine that in Jan this was the best site available. It was noisy. Every person that walked or drive in was basically in our campsite. We tried eating dinner outside to have gravel dirt flying into our mouths. Good location for Niagara. Clean sites and tables. Staff was nice. Disappointed

Only stayed on night while checking out the falls. Campground was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Both pools were down for maintenance however it seemed to have nice amenities for kids. Would recommend staying here

This is a great KOA. Quite large with spacious sites. Staff is friendly and can tell you lots about the area. The pool and activity areas are really nice. Could use a few more trees here and there, but would highly recommend.

We stayed for four days and wish it was four more! Great patio sites. The campground was packed, but it was so well laid out that you never felt crowded or right on top of the neighbors. The staff were very helpful and very friendly.

Great campsite with several facilities and activities. Gave it 3 star rating since a playground was being built right across from our site with constant digging , noise and several workers - dampened overall experience. This should have been done off season.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
