This was one of the best experiences we have had at any koa/or private camping resort. Clean, well kept, lots of activities, and very nice staff. The area is terrific outside the campground also with very much to do close by I will be back I just hope they get the park open again. (FANTASY ISLAND) which is connected to the grounds!

My son got stung three times by a wasp, we found the nest and told the front desk, but it didn't appear that the sprayed for wasps while we were gone for the day because the nest was still there. The day we were leaving we couldn't fill out water tank because the water was shut off before our check out time. While the front desk answered questions, I wouldn't call them hospitable or friendly.

The campground is very nice and close to so many places to visit, but the cost per night is so much more than other KOA'S we have stayed at.

The campground was pricey. However it was clean, and the staff was friendly, especially Cynthia. I like the in process upgrades to the campground also. We will probably return because the proximity to Niagara Falls was great.

A very short drive to the falls from this large KOA with a nice pool, pond and games for lots of activities on site. We had a pull thru site for a short overnight stay. Like most KOA’s we have used for a one night stop, these sites are pretty tight . The RV next to us had our sewer line within 5 ft of their camper door.- we moved to dump the next day but otherwise a great camp for our visit.

Park was very nice. But was close to a roadway that had very loud motorcycles driving by. We were placed on the right side of the park which I believe was a newer section. Was very short drive to The Falls. We would stay again.

Overall we had a good stay at the Niagara Falls KOA. The pool area was well kept and had lots of activities around it. People abided by the quiet hours which was appreciated. The bathrooms were very outdated and grungy feeling. They could use an update and be better maintained. I had a lot of issues with WiFi being reliable.

Bathrooms need a lot of attention- activities look fun, loved the pet area but bathrooms are very important and those were needing attention.

Little expensive. The bus schedule we were given was wrong but the driver helped us and we got back OK.

The people who are checked us in...the property....the amenities.... the extras...the upkeep....I could not imagine a campground with more. So very much worth the price and yet even the price was amazing!!

We had a great stay in one of the patio sites. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating due to our early arrival. We had a lot of fun in the large heated pool and everything was nice and clean.

I love this campground! The staff is amazing. We started our vacation at another campground about an hour away and had a horrible experience. After 24 hours we decided we needed to leave so I started calling around to the local KOA parks and Samantha answered and was able to find 2 sites available for us and she even apologized for our experience at the other park! We will definitely be back!

Sites weren’t very wide and our fire pit was right next to the sewer line on the next site so we couldn’t even sit by the fire. Also my son was looking forward to the pool on our last morning which opened at 10 when he got down there the man told him he needed to clean it and it would be about an hour?? Seems like that could of been done at 8 or 9.

The campground was great up until the weekend. At 10:00 on Saturday night a group in cabins decided to set off fireworks multiple times. Then I went to the bath house to only find myself interrupting a couple in the middle of their sexual activity.

Nice campsite, but small fees added for many activities. Sites spread out and not very level. Great office staff! Expensive… would’ve been amazing if the theme park attached was open!

The KOA was very nice and they are doing a bunch of upgrades! The new entertainment area with a pool and a ton of yard games looks amazing and is going to be a hot spot this summer when it opens! We stayed in May and it wasn't quite open yet. But kudos to you all! It looks awesome so far!

A wonderful, beautiful, well kept campground. Wonderful activities for children. Sites are large. It is on the pricey side but well worth it to us. We have stayed twice.

Huge Campground, wonderful clean bathrooms, big campsites, plenty of room. Nice fire rings and picnic tables. Friendly staff willing to help in any way. Only 6 miles from Niagara Falls.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
