This was a wonderful campground. It was easy to get to and easy to find our site. They even delivered firewood for a wonderful campfire. Our neighbors were very friendly. We truly enjoyed this KOA.

Your staff was very helpful in changing our arrival and departure dates. But the spot we had was terrible. We arrived late at night as we didn’t realize we would not be able to drive through Canada (from Michigan). Therefore our trip took 3 hours longer than expected. We were glad it was super close to the falls as that is why we were stopping in the area on our road trip. However, the park is huge and if you dont pay extra for a deluxe patio you are at the very back of the park. Sadly the back pool and playground were closed during our entire stay! The park over All is very nice, clean, and friendly staff. I would stay here again and recommend.

3 Stars only for where we were parked — The back lot for RVs is way to tight… every camper opened their door to the sewer line of their neighbor absolutely no room. They could lose one spot on each row and give campers some space to relax and enjoy the outdoors without tripping over someone’s sewer hose. The remainder of the KOA grounds are really nice and the staff was super helpful!

We stayed in June 2021, we enjoyed it so we decided to return the end of August 2021. Very nice staff, Clean bathrooms, clean grounds, pests are controlled

Great place to stay while visiting Niagra Falls and Buffalo, NY area. Great staff. Plenty of room. Clean and neat facilities.

This a an excellent KOA. The facilities are very clean and orderly. The sites are large and easily accessed. The amenities are very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The property facilitates organized tours to Niagara Falls. The one we took was excellent. We would definitely stay at this KOA again.

We had a great time, staff was very friendly, I just wish it was tared roads because we had a wheel chair and couldn't take walks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Campsite and surroundings are beautiful. Campground has a lot of activities. Easy access to Niagara Falls. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly, but I think it was too expensive. I wouldn't probably stay there again unless the price was lower.

The escort staff member was super nice and made us feel welcomed. Close to nearby attractions. Only grievance is the narrow pull-through sites at the back of the park that felt even more narrow with neighboring campers that kept walking through our site. Felt very congested if you wanted to relax outside. Thankfully, we were only there for a few days.

Last minute weekend get away the camp ground is clean liked the paved patio. But someone should check the dog play areas more often I took my dog to the play area so he could run but to many piles of dog poop that had not been cleaned up by previous dog owners so we just left.

The people were great and recommended a tour and pizza from next door. Both were great. This is the perfect location when visiting the Niagara Falls area

We brought our daughter up for college and stayed at the KOA. We were previously there in 2016 and had a wonderful time! We brought our neighbors with us and were able to be next to each other. The concrete patios and composite table and chairs were unbelievable! It was too hot to use the fire pit but it was nice that it was stationery and clean. All of the staff that we dealt with were awesome!!

I can’t express how much my family enjoyed the stay, great campground & awesome location. I do have two pain points: 1. We booked reservations at the same time as friends and we were notified by the campground that we were staying next to friends, however we where several lots away :( 2. The pool was extremely dirty not sure if filtration system was working.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t spend much time at the campground as there was so much to do in the area but the areas we used were clean and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Mostly Gravel roads and sites-dusty Very nice landscaping with young trees and flowering bushes. The patio sites are roomy with nice furniture and grill with firepit $$ Need more signage of sites on each road Close to attractions of Niagara Falls Mostly high schoolers work here and not exceptionally friendly except Sean Close to grocery store, hardware store etc. grand island is beautiful

Was very accommodating. Also enjoyed it alot. Our granddaughter had a blast. Had to leave in the middle of the night due to a emergency with our dog.

Nice shady spots. clean. Lot of activities although we didn’t participate in any. Stayed in a patio site so nice table w/chairs, bench and fire pit. Nice Staff in the general store..

Beautiful campground. Excellent customer service. Nice pools, store and laundry facilities. Love that a bus tour will pick you up at the campground. Perfect location. Highly recommended.

Stayed here tent camping. It was a nice place for an overnight stay, the staff was nice, and there is plenty to do for kids. If you plan on tent camping, watch out for random rocks burried in the dirt when putting in your stakes. There wasn't shade trees either so your tent will be in the sun. If you have kids, I recommend going to the family bathrooms, not to the bathrooms by the pool. The family bathroons will give you a bigger space to shower, and room to get ready.
