Beach area hard to get to. Having some kind of large scale drainage problem. After the rain it was like a swamp in the campsite.

We had a very quiet stay at the campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t get over the clean washrooms and a bathtub! We will be back next year

Just about all of the KOA’s we have stayed in are nice, but this is one of the very special ones. Great site and extremely nice staff. This is the second time we have visited and hope to do so again.

Wasn’t as family oriented as I thought it would be. Very friendly staff, very welcoming. Enjoy that they accompany you to your site. Very small and no scheduled events. Nice campground, just not what I was expecting from a KOA.

It would be helpful if you would put stairs in the banks between rows. Without them it makes for a very long walk either to the each or to do laundry. Although there is nothing you can do about it, the noise from the highway is very disturbing at night. Had I not had ear plugs, I would not have been able to sleep!

Very kind, helpful guests. Park is very clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are extremely comfortable and spotless. Only negative experience we had was an RV that arrived when we were away and parked 12’ from us, on an angle and shed water from their Ac units and a water leak from water supply. They also had some kind of sewage issue as we were well aware when they flushed. Best view I’ve h

Beautiful views, easy in and out, and I cannot say enough about the staff. They go way out of the way to be helpful. If I am ever back in Nova Scotia and nearby I will stay here. And if I'm not rv'ing while there, I'll stop in to say hello! Putting it all together, location, views, sites, staff, I believe this equals the best KOA we have stayed at.

Fantastic client service! From the moment I arrived (I was running behind my estimated arrival time) to moment I left, KOA hosts were gracious, welcoming and fabulously open in communication. The site facilities were the best I've seen (I drove across the country 6000 km and have camped at many campgrounds). The showers and washrooms were immaculate! Campsite was beautiful. Thank you!

Needs more bathrooms. Was unable to shower or use bathroom. Only 2 closed door single style bathrooms and they occupied all the time because so many sites rented.

The only bad thing was the site we were at #13 on the hill was not anywhere close to level. We worked on it for 30 min and settled for what we could get. Other sites near us where having the same problem. Everything at the facility was clean and at the standards of all the KOA we have stayed at.

We give this a 4but don't let that keep you away. It has location, location, location on Cape Breton Island with great sites having commanding views high above the river where Rt 105 crosses the Bras d'Or on a magnificent bridge. Impressive to say the least. Management is excellent. 15 minutes from North Sydney Ferry to Newfoundland and just moments from the North entrance to the Cabot Trail.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. There's clean bathrooms and showers, canoe rentals, a playground and mini put on site. The views are outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind.
