Everything was great, the people who run this campground are very very nice and helpful, and the property was very clean. We will be recommending this KOA to everyone

I have stayed here before and I find the location very convenient when visiting the area near Sydney and Baddeck NS. It is also close to Fortress Louisburg and the ferry to Newfoundland. The location is clean, well maintained and quiet.. I always use the Campers Cabin, which has fire pit and charcoal barbq.

The owners were very pleasant & accomodating. I think it would be great if the cabins had toilets. Also the stairs were not safe.

Jason and Bonnie were exceptional, always the best customer service and so accomading. Love how everything is so clean and the campground is so well kept . Can't wait to return .

Cabin was extremely clean. Had all the basics needed including a charcoal BBQ. Hosts were very helpful and easily accessible for any questions.

Bonnie was exceptionally accommodating to my last minute travel plans and needs. She was a pleasure to talk to and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my stay. Past family and friends have stayed there and were happy to hear I also had a great experience there as well!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. This location is very convenient to the main highway and has a great view of the ocean. Very clean campground with great amenities �

Very nice cabins. The campground is surrounded by a wooded area and has a lovely pond for canoeing. Feedback - Consider providing wash clothes in the cabins. We flew into town so we couldn’t pack linens.

We love how friendly and helpful James and Bonnie were. The view is one of a kind and the location was perfect for our itinerary, we also love the cozy cabins for this time of year as a fall back ( when available) for cooler or wet weather.

Nous étions présent au KOA North Sydney pendant la tempête tropicale Dorian. Malgré les contraintes de la tempête notre sécurité et bien être était leur priorité tout au long de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup pour l'excellent travail que vous faites pour vos clients.

We stayed here during hurricane Dorian & it was scary but Bonnie & Jason took care of everything & made us feel as safe as possible. They were very caring.

kamping cabin for 1 week was great . Clean cabin , clean washrooms and awesome scenery. Great staff!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin...it was adequately equipped and clean. There was a distinct musty smell however. We have stayed at different KOA's and did not feel this would suit families as there was little to occupy children. I did not see any campground events or activities planned. I am not sure if this campground is mostly for long term campers or not. Will look around next time.

We had a kabin which was fantastic - shiny and clean right from the front steps. Lovely new curtains with charming rope and seashell tiebacks. Super clean! Mattresses were very comfortable. Bathrooms were incredibly clean - just redone and sparkle. Thanks to Bonnie & Jason who are delightful!! We highly recommend this KOA. The views are beautiful. Thanks for all your hard work.

Stayed in a Cabin for 1 night. The weather was quite cold that night and they supplied an electric heater! Beautiful location. Would stay again for sure

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was wonderful. Amazing scenery. Jason and Bonnie were wonderful and helped my oldest daughter live her dream of riding a golf cart. Lol.

First time for us in the Kabin, as we have stayed here before in our travel trailer. The Kabin was spotless clean, bright and cheery. So much so,that we are going to book two weeks in the Kabin next spring on our annual pilgrimage to beautiful Cape Breton island! Thank you,Bonnie and Jason.

A beautiful location for a KOA next to the lake, the Seal bridge and the sandstone cliff. Clean and comfortable cabin and washroom facilities and a terrific playground. Good proximity to Louisbourg Fortress (less than 60min drive) and Cabot Trail - Ingonish made this a very convenient location for us.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a cabin. I would have liked a screen on the door so we could have left the door open at night. It got very hot inside. We made do with a fan. The park itself is very open. I'm glad I wasn't tenting. Very little in the way of trees or privacy. Beautiful views though.

We stayed in the "deluxe cabin" and it was really a cottage without a stove. Nice view from the deck. It seems like all the sites had a great view. Owners were accommodating to our late arrival. A good location for visiting the area. Needs a fourth chair for the table though!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. There's clean bathrooms and showers, canoe rentals, a playground and mini put on site. The views are outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind.
