Great place. Friendly hosts. Nice clean campground. Our campsite looked out over the water. We really enjoyed this campground. We stayed there for two days before catching the ferry to Newfoundland and enjoyed it so much we just had to stay one more night when we got back. Thank you so much.

As usual with koa sites are too small and right on a highway-constant traffic noise is hardly relaxing. But also as usual staff is super friendly and helpful. The bonus at this koa is the view!

We have been there three different times and the stays are always amazing. I would recommend this campground to any one.

Enjoyed out stay but would recommend more washrooms by tenting instead of having 2 big ones.

Absolutely wonderful KOA. We’ve stayed in a lot of them and this was one of our favorites. Highly compliment the entire staff. Beautiful view overlooking the bridge & water! Jerry & Jeanne Schumm

We stayed in a tent for one night along the shore of the Bras dOr Lakes. The scenery was beautiful and the manager was warm and welcoming,even in the rain.

Positive was that the site had amazing views! To be fair I am comparing to the other 5 KOAs stayed at this summer. This KOA is rated at number 6 of 6. The other KOAs all had their good and bad points but the good points far outweighed the bad. This KOA had: Issues with staff being rude to guests Very limited programs for kids or adults Store with very limited items for adults or kids

Beautiful views from our site. We had trouble getting our camper level as the site was a bit uneven. The owners (or staff, not sure) were very helpful and nice. The park looked a bit rough around the edges but we had a delightful time.

Greeted by friendly faces in the office, quick check in and they led us to our site. They made sure we were happy with the site, which had a fantastic view of the bridge and water. The sites weren’t very wide for privacy but everyone so nice. The backdrop was pretty impressive with the very high cliffs. Facilities were clean Overall, recommended stop on trip to Nfld ferry and Sydney not far

We arrived in the evening (8:30 pm) after leaving the ferry from NFL. Our site was very pleasant and the check-in went smoothly. We were disappointed that we were unable to connect to the internet since we had specifically chosen this campground for that reason. The manager suggested that we try early in the morning, but that didn't work either. Otherwise it was a nice visit.

We had a kabin which was fantastic - shiny and clean right from the front steps. Lovely new curtains with charming rope and seashell tiebacks. Super clean! Mattresses were very comfortable. Bathrooms were incredibly clean - just redone and sparkle. Thanks to Bonnie & Jason who are delightful!! We highly recommend this KOA. The views are beautiful. Thanks for all your hard work.

We had a great site with views of the lake and bridge. Campground is clean and well maintained. Good location to explore the Cabot Trail and Baddec. And it's close to North Sydney if you need supplies.

Stayed at this park summer 2018 while tenting and had a great experience. As a result, we did not hesitate to book again for our 2019 RV trip. Short trip from the NL-NS ferry makes it an ideal place to stay while traveling to and from NL.

Nice place. Clean and spacious sights. Maybe extending hours earlier in the morning for ice or other amenities campers might need to get on the road. Very friendly managers

We had a flat tire as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon with a full itinerary for the upcoming week. They totally helped us get our trailer to our site and fix the tire up with a plug that lasted us the rest of our trip until we got back to Ontario! While we were there, we used the laundry facilities, the kids enjoyed the playground and mini-putt. Add the location and scenery and it's a winner!

Great stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Even helped with mechanical issue when I couldn’t raise my stabilizer jacks. Fixed us up and got us to the Ferry on time.

Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Très bon service! Camping très bien entretenu et propre. Nous avons apprécié la grandeur du terrain de notre site, mais surtout la vue sur la rivière d'un côté et sur le rocher de l'autre.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. There's clean bathrooms and showers, canoe rentals, a playground and mini put on site. The views are outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind.
