Awesome, very nice people, one worker did tell make my child feel bad for being scared of the large chickens/roosters (he is scared of all birds, terrified actually, maybe some thought on what you are saying to children) but most people were super friendly and I love the events especially the coin drops! My kids had a blast! Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear about this interaction with a staff member about the chickens. Although they are cute, we know everyone is different and will share this with the staff. Glad the kids enjoyed the coin drop and their time with us.

We had a great time! The staff was all very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the ice cream social, and making tie-dye shirts. The dishwashing stations at the bath houses were very convenient also. The only thing that wasn't great was the area around the pool. The mini golf is pretty beat, and the playground structure was too small for my kids.

Yes, the pocket park was not able to be completed this year as COVID 90% of it wouldn't be able to be used due to restrictions. We have everything in place and planned to have an amazing pocket park for 2021!

Clean, lots of socially distant activities despite a pandemic, and friendly staff. We discovered this campground while looking in the areas to attend an event and have now returned. It is a great spot.

Smooth check in, really liked our site in the back of the campground up against the woods, love the escort/direct u in to the site. Store had everything we needed. 2nd stay in as many months and we'll be back again.

Campground is in terrible condition buildings in need of maintenance and paint, flower beds overgrown and many trailers in deplorable condition

Not sure you have the right park as other surveys from your time with us do not reflect this same condition as we have spent over 200k this spring in the front of our park alone on infrastructure, restroom, and amenity improvements.

We stayed for 1 night. We arrived after-hours and when we went into the office, 4 staff members ignored me. Finally, 1 person acknowledged me and rudely said "We're closed, you can get your envelope outside." We have a 40-ft RV so thankfully a staff member saw us and took us to our site. The playground was dirty, not enough trash cans and the 4 chairs near the mini golf were broken.

Trash can and chairs in recreational areas are not out due to covid19 for guest safety and sanitation. I will reach out to the staff as if the office was closed they shouldnt be in there and also should kindly direct you to the envelope should they not know how to use the computer system.

We were in a remote quiet location in the campground which we appreciated. Staff was very helpful. In particular, the gentleman that escorted us to the site was extremely helpful. WiFi is excellent and should be marketed as a selling feature. As well, excellent cellular signal was achieved.

It was good for a quick trip. But the bathrooms were quite tight for camping with a small child. The back part of the park looked run down, while the entrance looked like a KOA should

Not sure what restroom you were at as we have 3 sets through the park, and we even are awaiting delivery of a new bathhouse with 4 more family-style restrooms for down front near our smallest bathroom.

Enjoyed staying at this location once again...Friendly staff and clean campground...However, when pulling in, the first thing you see are the dumpsters, not a good first impression...Luckily, the remainder of the campground appears great...Enjoyed staying there, and hope to return in the future...Thanx for having us again...

We hope to see you again soon. We have the dumpsters close to the exit which is useful on check out but yes the downfall is our exit and entrance are next to each other. we try our best to keep it as good looking as a dumpster can be tho by having it skirted on 3 sides.

There was a terrible garbage smell outside the cabin. The futon needs new cushions. Other than that it was great.

Was a lovely campground with kids activities. Safety was clearly a priority during covid19. Overall was very clean, site had a few pieces of garbage from previous person but it was not bad (2-3 pieces). We had a great time. Daughter (8) wanted to reserve another stay when we hadn't even checked out! Bathrooms were sanitized daily.

We stayed in one of the cabins and we were very happy with it. It was perfect for a little escape during Covid times. The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall we had a great time.

Seasonal sites were atrocious!! Road to upper campsites was not well maintained.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I will be sure to check the roads as we try to keep them as smooth as possible as we take the firetruck around the park each day. This weekend was our hillbilly weekend and some of our seasonal campers do get into the spirit as it is their favorite weekend.

Sites where nice, playground was nice , grounds where clean, staff was friendly, bathrooms need a lot of work I mean ALOT OF WORK, I’ve stayed at plenty of koa and this one had the worst bathhouse I’ve seen yet. I won’t go back because of that, I have a full bathroom in my rv but like to use a full-size shower and toilet if I can and this one was just bad.

I am excited to be able to let you know that our middle & upper bathrooms both received upgrades this spring & we have a new bathhouse for down front & we are waiting for it to be shipped this week from the factory. we also have plans to repaint and redo the flooring in lower restrooms as well!

Nice, but we lost power ALL THE TIME. We were in communication with them often. They were very apologetic, but it got ridiculous. On the weekend the campground was pretty full and we understood there was a lot of draw on the electricity in the heat, BUT it continued to happen even after most people left. We only ran the A/C and refrig. Water heater was on propane when needed. Go when not hot out.

I am sorry this happened as we explained in a heat wave the electric company will reduce the power into the park an in addition to the drop from your surge protector it will keep tripping it off. When ever it was read with the meter from the plug the power was never at a dangerous level.

We were very comfortable. The staff was excellent and friendly. The KOA camp grounds was clean and all guests were very respectful. The only negative was the sewer smell through the night from a camper that was eliminating its waste.

Rate the staff highly ... very helpful. Some negatives: (1) the trash containers at the entrance were always overflowing and piling up on he ground; (2) a lot of golf cart traffic on the roads generates a lot of dust; (3) there appears to be a lack of maintenance overall throughout the campground. Most concerning was the lack of social distancing witnessed in the swimming pool.

I am glad to see the staff was helpful but am sorry about the other issues during your stay. We do have and follow all CDC guidelines posted for the pool along with rules signed at check in. Our limited occupancy in pool allows for 6 ft between swimmers.

Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. Everyone followed social distancing and mask rules.

The place was nice, however, I felt really unwelcome by its habitants. When my 3-year old approached the Christmas decorations displayed next to the RVs across the street (she didn't even touched them), the owners put everything down and made some racist comments. They were laughing at my kid crying because Santa was on the floor. This is not only disrespectful but also passive-aggressive.

The campers did use their personal decorations to do up their sites and I was present once when they asked the kids not to hit them. After the third instance of the kids banging on them they unplugged them so they wouldn't get ruined and let me know why they took them down as it was a themed weekend

We stayed in the Deluxe Pet Site. It was perfect for the pup to have the kennel. It was a quick one night stay for us but there was a lot for the kids to do and enjoy!

This was our second time staying at KOA Northhampton. The staff is lovely and gracious and the campsite - cabin - pool - area extremely clean. It will likely be an annual vacation spot for us.

Not easy to get to from highway, “Very” difficult to maneuver to items with big rig. Nice site for family vacations with smaller rigs

It is very difficult from exit 2 off of 90. We have everywhere communicated to use exit 3 as we are 13 miles from the interstate and it is an easy tow for big rigs. I wish we are able to get GPS to follow those as well but some think it is a couple minutes faster using exit 2.

A wonderful experience for us. We were able to relax and enjoy the area. Our son loved the activities he was able to do (scavenger hunt, coin hunt, fire truck rides, tractor/wagon rides) and made some friends in the pool. Our wooded campsite had great shade to keep us cooler in the heat. We will definitely be coming back.

The bathrooms and pool could have been cleaner especially with Covid. The pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there and there was visible dirt. The bathroom were rough the first day but got better. The staff was friendly and accomdating. I would have probably given it a 4 if it wasn't Covid.

The campground was filled with a lot of trashy seasonal campers and the facilities were adequate but run down. It was fine for one night but not exactly the KOA experience I was hoping for.

The woodsy sites are great, and the huge sites are convenient for those who need them. The water pressure was sad way in the back and the cable TV didn't work (I don't care, but I tried it out). I didn't use any amenities, but they seemed decent and well maintained. The cabins are nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Pool was pretty dirty. Bathrooms weren't bad and a spread out campground wasn't overly loud. Sites were comfortable and easy to navigate with a 30 ft travel trailer.
