Our family of five and our puppy spent the weekend at the Northhampton KOA and had such a great experience! The kids loved the pool and the dodge ball game! Our puppy loved the dog park lots of grass to roll around in and shade! The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The staff running the activities for the children were just awesome! We had so much fun and we can't wait to come back!

The staff were pretty amazing. We are a large family (8 of us) traveling with a large group, many of us on our first camping trip. The staff were accommodating, kind, personable, kid-friendly, and on point. We could not have asked to have been treated better. Our children even commented on how nice and caring everyone was. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put in!

We tried to have a good time but rain every day. Did get to pool twice. Kids took firetruck rides and hayrides shen not raining. Tenting in pooring rain not good. Evefything came home soaked. Tent flooded. Bsby . Got sick from everything getting wet. Did get to bingo.

we stayed in the Deluxe cabin. we loved that it was so close to mini golf, the pool and the playground. our kids played tons of mini golf and really enjoyed the playground. the pool was great for kids: 3 feet on one end for the smaller kids and 5 feet on the other end for the bigger kids to jump. We loved the fire truck rides as well. the staff were very friendly

Thank you to Dusty for making sure everything was working in the cabin I rented. I was not impressed when i was in the store and a older gentleman came in to report he and his wife were coming for a 2 hr visit to see his grandchildren and was told he had to pay $20.00 . This older gentleman was so upset he left. KOA should be ashamed to charge seniors!!!

Nice sites. Lots to do for all ages! Grandkids enjoyed the firetruck & wagon rides in addition to the pool & miniature golf.

Wow, very bad water flow, sometimes barely a trickle. Really terrific things for the kids, fire truck rides, hay rides, nice pool, really fun mini golf. Nice gravel pull through sites. Close to Springfield for Basketball Hall of Fame

We stayed in the orchard. Many permanent sites. Most were decent looking, but a few were not well kept. The road up to the orchard was dirty and full of potholes. The bathrooms were small & clean; but they had a screen door! It wasn't the best of weather for July with highs in the 60s during the day & cold at night making showering very cold! Staff was friendly. It needs sprucing up for that price

Rudest, most insensitive escort experience ever! I’ve visited 45 states, 240 campground stays in the past 2 yrs When an escort takes me to a site, I explain that I’ve had 3 strokes & need to back into the site myself. Someone shouting directions simply confuses me. I told the escort 4 times, 4 different ways to please stop talking. He ignored me! Persons w disabilities should be shown more res

Very friendly staff! Cable didn't work right and if we had known about the mat on grass policy we would have picked a different type of site (aka gravel under trees). Otherwise it was a great stay despite the weather and the kids enjoyed the coin for candy activity.

Words can not describe how happy and satisfied we are with your camp site and the people working and camping at KOA. KOA is the type of camp my husband and I have been looking for a few years to take our boys. We all made so many wonderful friends from different States and cultures. We will definitely return next year. A Big Thank you to all the Staff for making it safe and extra special.

A gentleman (koa worker) by the name of Matt assisted us with a problem. His professionalism and "Can Do" attitude are a plus for Northampton KOA. Will tell all my family and friends about the pleasant workers and crew. See ya soon.

Our Orchard site was at least 5 inches out of level. The dump station wasn't level. There was no hookup for cable tv (as advertised). The camp road was narrow. It didn't seem to measure up to other KOA campgrounds we have used. On the plus side, though small, the bathroom facility was clean and the girl at the front desk was friendly.

I am sorry for any confusion all orchard sites are strictly water and electric. Any site that has cable states it under the amenities for the site. We did have Full hookup pull thru available for your night it was just a higher cost.

Everything was great other than the office closing before the actual posted closing time and not able to get what we needed. Dusty is always the greatest to assist with issues or to entertain the kids.

Everything was great except the septic smell that was prevalent throughout the campgrounds . It would come and go for the few days we stayed.

Staff was super pleasant and accommodating. I had a site with electric and water… electric was out. Staff dealt with it proactively and in a satisfactory manner.Grounds were well kept.

The setting, the staff and the cabin were all very good, but the smell from the septic tank under the cabin was very strong. Admittedly, during the pandemic this did cause us some discomfort in wondering about the cleanliness of the facilities. For the cost of the cabin we were disappointed in that detail. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The staff were very nice and it was convenient to get around camp and access the resources and services offered. The pools were extremely neat and clean. The restroom was also pretty clean. I wish there were other bathrooms a little closer, for example a many campgrounds have portapottys at various areas.

Family friendly! “Family” sized bathroom with tub and shower for littles in addition to traditional bath houses. Activities for kids (color run the weekend we stayed). Spacious shaded sites.

The people were very nice and our actual site was nice. The campground itself is a little run down and could use some work.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was very friendly and responsive, and helpful. They help you back into your spot if it's not a pull through, which makes it quicker and less stress. We loved having the dog kennel available. It was nice and quiet at night and very busy during the day.

Had a great stay. I was wondering if there was a weekend that sites 8-10-96 are available? We would like to go to KOA for our annual camping trip with friends. Also for another trip we are looking at site #97 and the cabin right next to it OR site 96 and the cabin across the road from it? This would be to bring our daughter and her family to KOA. So as you can see we will be back :) Thankyou

The staff was very professional and helpful. The front desk people helped us out alot. I do wish they had escorts to show a person to their site.

The site was very small. Upon making the reservation they were told we have a 29 ft camper. They site was dirty. Requested to be moved & was told they had no other availability. Throughout the weekend there were 5 sites empty. They have multiple sites that look abandoned. Very dirty. One part of the campground had multiple unused junk campers & cars. I believed KOA were resort campground.

As I mentioned when you wanted to move we had no full hook sites for the weekend as we were sold out. We wont kick someone already on the site off for you to have it like you wanted. The empty sites were water and electric & offered to you but didn't want them. All sites had reservations for them.

The woodsy sites are great, and the huge sites are convenient for those who need them. The water pressure was sad way in the back and the cable TV didn't work (I don't care, but I tried it out). I didn't use any amenities, but they seemed decent and well maintained. The cabins are nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Pool was pretty dirty. Bathrooms weren't bad and a spread out campground wasn't overly loud. Sites were comfortable and easy to navigate with a 30 ft travel trailer.
