My stay was fair - Stayed deluxe cabin in the back which weren’t to pleased in beginning with seasonal RV’s.I have to say the seasonal RV’er’s where very pleasant and much quieter than up front.The deluxe cabin needs a lot of TLC better cleaning job !! We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the cabin. Food spatter in the microwave, spilt milk or something spilt in the fridge, cobwebs in the cabinets, chairs were dirty and so was the floor. There was also a fly problem. We cleaned other peoples dirt and left it cleaner than we found it. Other than that we had a good time and might return again.

I am sorry to hear about this. We do clean all our cabins throughly and have them inspected by a manager. The cabin you were in also has a light inside to catch bugs due to the big sliding door and use being outdoors.

I loved my Glamping tent ����. However the front door did not zip thus, very chilly at night. Front office extremely under staffed, door did not get fixed.

We are glad you enjoyed the glamping tent. We have checked the tent, and the screen door zipper and canvas door zipper are working fine and not difficult to get all the way zipped shut. We are looking into adding a heated mattress pad as we get into the chillier nights.

very nice. The showers, however are sleazy. Sinks and toilets were clean. We stayed in the glamping tent which was just fine, clean, well equipped. There is a tree stump just beyond the porch, which has a pointed surface. A suggestion: even off the top of the stump so it can be used to set a tray on, or a coffee mug, or whatever -

This was the first time at KOA. The glamping tent was beautiful inside and out! I really want one of these! The amenities in this tent make a very comfortable stay, yet still continue to enjoy the camping experience tent style. Staff friendly, accommodating. Bathroom/showers where clean. Fellow campers friendly. Area places for walking/hiking not to far from the campground.

Checking into a campground during a hurricane is always going to be challenging! But camp management did a good job of keeping us safe and kept things running. Our complaints were minor. We didn’t like the microfiber duvet on the bed in the Deluxe Kabin. They trap body heat and make for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. However, hygienically, the duvet system is great. They do not enforce quiet hours, the facilities did not feel clean, our cabin was definitely not clean. The only upside were the staff - they are very nice.

We do enforce quiet hours and have security on property to do patrols. The cabins are throughly cleaned and inspected prior to check in as mentioned in other comments. Im sorry we weren't able to allow you to add adults to cabin and exceed the occupancy.

Awesome, very nice people, one worker did tell make my child feel bad for being scared of the large chickens/roosters (he is scared of all birds, terrified actually, maybe some thought on what you are saying to children) but most people were super friendly and I love the events especially the coin drops! My kids had a blast! Thank you!

We stayed in one of the cabins and we were very happy with it. It was perfect for a little escape during Covid times. The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall we had a great time.

We were very comfortable. The staff was excellent and friendly. The KOA camp grounds was clean and all guests were very respectful. The only negative was the sewer smell through the night from a camper that was eliminating its waste.

This was our second time staying at KOA Northhampton. The staff is lovely and gracious and the campsite - cabin - pool - area extremely clean. It will likely be an annual vacation spot for us.

ALWAYS a pleasure at the Northampton/Springfield KOA. There were a bunch of new additions this year. So proud of how far they've come. We stayed in the Glamping tent and it was such an amazing weekend. Thank you.

We have enjoyed coming here for many years in a row. While we enjoyed our time once again I do have to say we were extremely disappointed in the changes to the KL campsite. Taking down the tree left us no shade. We hardly even had a patch of grass to set up on. A new location In the same area with some privacy, shade and a natural feeling would improve this. Dusty was a great host to us as usual.

The koa itself was a very nice and clean place, but I will never recommend my family or friends to stay, the Koa staff was the most rudest and judgmental staff I have ever encountered. New staff is needed!

Renting the cabin was great. We are tent campers so sleeping in a bed and taking a hot shower was awesome. Cabin was very clean, some of the window blinds need replacing. Not our type of campground but it's still a nice place.

we've stayed at several KOA kabins over the years - this was the best yet - well stocked kitchen - comfortable bed - plus the friendly and capable customer service from all of the staff that we had the pleasure of talking to - thanks very much for a comfortable and relaxing vacation

The woodsy sites are great, and the huge sites are convenient for those who need them. The water pressure was sad way in the back and the cable TV didn't work (I don't care, but I tried it out). I didn't use any amenities, but they seemed decent and well maintained. The cabins are nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Pool was pretty dirty. Bathrooms weren't bad and a spread out campground wasn't overly loud. Sites were comfortable and easy to navigate with a 30 ft travel trailer.
