Enjoyed my stay which included using a pea-stone tent pad for the first time. It's much better than pitching a tent directly on the ground. The new rest room was great.

LOTS OF FUN. My kids had a great time doing the mining sluice, tie dye, mini-golf and swimming in the pool. The staff were incredibly attentive and kept the place REALLY clean. We will be back!

Left home late-had to get second C-19 test (they forgot to label my vial) :( Missed Chicopee church service-took exit 3-was confused about how to get back on T Pike. Had headache, stomachache, eyeache. Asked directions 2X; 2 nice people helped me + a lovely couple at camp directed me to site; slept well. :) Bathrooms clean-I Will pray for lady who fell and hurt her leg. Thanks-hope to return s

Our average ratings are no reflection on the crew, they were friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were clean and working. But the daily fire truck blasting of horns, the tiny, messy mini golf course & pool, the incredible number of campers crammed into compacted sites, and the little go carts that went rushing by in both directions on one way roads made it feel like we were camping in the city.

Glad you enjoyed the service and sorry about the other issues. We beep the horn once to alert guests the fire truck is moving. Our mini golf is a 9 hole coarse and is free. The pool is 24' by 48' and feel that it is quite large for a pool, plus, we have a small wading pool for the little swimmers.

The older heavy set woman in office during the day hours needs an attuide check...she is not good with customer service...

First time visiting a KOA and I enjoyed myself very much!! The place is nice and very well kept. The people were nice and welcoming, our neighbor came over the first night to help with our fire and the next day his wife brought over fried dough!!! It was so close to home I’m sure we will be back and I’m currently looking to visit another KOA very soon!!! Thanks!!!!

Thanks to the staff for making our weekend at KOA a great stay. I enjoyed the friendly staff, events, and activities for me and my family. Being a first time visitor I was a little worried on what to expect at a new campground but, KOA exceeded my expectations! I will most certainly recommend to friends we plan on returning next summer! FYI- Zoom Bingo was such a fun experience!!

Friendly staff. Jerry was so helpful! Our site (#62) was perfect. It was quiet and the people who stay for the summer were kind to our kids. We loved the parade. We would return if it meant staying in the same area. I’m not sure I’d want a site where my brother stayed (#109), as it was much louder. The bathrooms were SO clean! We had a great experience.

We enjoyed the campgrounds, restrooms were clean, campers were nice and respectful. Most of staff is not customer friendly, very strict about following the rules expect if you are one of their family mbr or friend-and other campers said the same, but the area is nice so they overlook this.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do enforce our rules evenly especially with our golf cart rentals. You clearly signed the rental form stating only approved drivers, 4 people on a cart and must stay on roads. We gave multiple warnings an should have taken the cart after trying to have 6 adults jammed on the cart.

Clean, lots of socially distant activities despite a pandemic, and friendly staff. We discovered this campground while looking in the areas to attend an event and have now returned. It is a great spot.

There was a terrible garbage smell outside the cabin. The futon needs new cushions. Other than that it was great.

Was a lovely campground with kids activities. Safety was clearly a priority during covid19. Overall was very clean, site had a few pieces of garbage from previous person but it was not bad (2-3 pieces). We had a great time. Daughter (8) wanted to reserve another stay when we hadn't even checked out! Bathrooms were sanitized daily.

The place was nice, however, I felt really unwelcome by its habitants. When my 3-year old approached the Christmas decorations displayed next to the RVs across the street (she didn't even touched them), the owners put everything down and made some racist comments. They were laughing at my kid crying because Santa was on the floor. This is not only disrespectful but also passive-aggressive.

The campers did use their personal decorations to do up their sites and I was present once when they asked the kids not to hit them. After the third instance of the kids banging on them they unplugged them so they wouldn't get ruined and let me know why they took them down as it was a themed weekend

A wonderful experience for us. We were able to relax and enjoy the area. Our son loved the activities he was able to do (scavenger hunt, coin hunt, fire truck rides, tractor/wagon rides) and made some friends in the pool. Our wooded campsite had great shade to keep us cooler in the heat. We will definitely be coming back.

The bathrooms and pool could have been cleaner especially with Covid. The pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there and there was visible dirt. The bathroom were rough the first day but got better. The staff was friendly and accomdating. I would have probably given it a 4 if it wasn't Covid.

It was a wonderful time. We stayed for 2 nights, and really enjoyed the quiet, and the community. I wish we could have stayed longer! With COVID, it’s hard to feel “normal,” and aside from the rules needed to keep people safe (one person in the bathroom at a time, distance in the pool) and people keeping their distance, we did feel “normal.” Staff was easy going and helpful. The camp ground was nice and clean. They followed the guidelines due to Covid 19 and still kept up with some of the activities like virtual bingo and the firetruck rides. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

I stayed at KOA Westhampton once before, for two nights, just what I needed (primitive site for "self-contained" tent/van camping). Clearly, though, the site can manage long-term stays for RVs. This time around, late afternoon arrival/early morning departure. As expected, everything went smoothly. Courteous staff, clean facilities, quiet after 10p.

Site had trash on the ground and in the fire pit. Way too many seasonal campers with overloaded garish sites who left lights on all night. Whole campground had a trashy run down look. When we checked in at 1pm we informed staff that the light on our site was not working and had to go back and ask again at 8pm to get it fixed.

small campground that didn't seem well kept. our site was near this stagnate pool of water that smelled like raw sewage the whole time we were there all we do was smell it. pool was dirty and slimy. also was told we were getting a gravel tent site and when we got to our site it was all roots and rocks, made it very difficult to set a tent up and stake it in

The woodsy sites are great, and the huge sites are convenient for those who need them. The water pressure was sad way in the back and the cable TV didn't work (I don't care, but I tried it out). I didn't use any amenities, but they seemed decent and well maintained. The cabins are nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Pool was pretty dirty. Bathrooms weren't bad and a spread out campground wasn't overly loud. Sites were comfortable and easy to navigate with a 30 ft travel trailer.
