Love our campsite and the golf course and all of the activities available all winter that are run by the volunteers Very nervous about the hydro capacity after the fire this past winter - hope there are upgrades to keep us safe. The golf course is a very big part of the reason we stay and love all the upgrades that are happening

There use to be more entertainment at the pool weekly. It was missed this year. The electrical problem is getting worse instead of getting repaired. There needs to be someone in the office later for late arrivals. I watched many trailers go in circles in the dark looking for their lots. I still love my home away from home.

pools too warm most of the time. Too many dogs on resort should be limit on number of dogs per site and size limit. Sometimes 4 dogs on a site. Hydro / electricity needs to be upgraded quicker.

I would’ve given a 10 but 1of 3 of my washing machines was broke in the laundry room and full of stinky water, the sites were all unlevel with old concrete and lots of dead grass because guests were allowed to put carpet and sheds on the grass. Park needs a little love. Extremely nice staff!!!

I don’t understand KOA’s that are open all year, plus are considered a holiday, to have stores, restaurants ect... to close by 6, this KOA just wasn’t a very welcoming one, would not go out of my way again to stay.

Very disappointing, the golf course is over priced for the condition it was in, and not being able to book a tee time only 24 hours In advance was totally unacceptable. Electrical supply at the sites are still concerning. The sites being as tight as they are I can't understand why people were allowed to keep their cargo trailers and car trailers on site. Washers and dryers continually out of order

Scheduled to come in on February 23, 2022 for a one month stay. Called on the 24th to see what time I could check was informed they were paving the road could not get to our site till after 6pm so I was not able to get in till the 25th. Laundry facility had 3 washers 2 working, 4 dryers by the time we left 1 working. Had water shut off twice with little to no notice.

Awesome location and great campground. The internet was being upgraded, so no internet service but that was the only issue.

We spent 3 months in a park model, the same one for the past 4 years, reserved it for 2023.. Loved it. Enjoy all the activities that are offered at the Resort. Great

Placed us for 3 months in a 4’ short pad and wouldn’t move us when a larger one opened up.

It’s an old campground with outdated infrastructure but the new owners are making improvements.

We really enjoyed our stay. Wish the bands would be by pool side, not just in the bar. And still do not understand why this KOA will not inform you what site you will staying at

We just spent one month at the resort! Liked it so much we booked two months for 2023! The staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. The pool was beyond perfect. The water temperature was just exceptionally great! We ate at the snack shack near pool. Again the staff was great & food tastey. We realize the place is transitioning to a new ownership situation & we wish them the best of luck.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The amount of things to do makes it very nice for the family! The slide was broken for our entire extended stay, but that is minor. The new roads are nice also.

The park was amazing! I did have an electrical pedestal issue. The repairman was there in minutes after my call to the office. Thank you for that. We are planning another trip in a few weeks. I would love to rent for a month and go back and forth to work since I live in Royal Palm Beach. I'm very concern leaving my RV alone due to the electrical fire the park that just accrued!

Electric & water services in serious need of replacement. In 12 years of coming, we have seen four small fires in electric service pedestals and surges to numerous to count resulting in damage to many campers. This year two campers burnt to the ground reportedly caused by electric service pedestals. Too many trailers and storage canvas garages allowed on the sites. One had washer, dryer hooked up

Have a lot of main issues that need to be addressed asap. I would get my name off the place it's ruining the KOA image. Would never stay there again after 3 years of being there. It's not looking after the safety of their customers.

We had a great time, small inconvenience with bathhouse #2 not having hot water. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay in cabin KL2. It needs a bit more TLC as some of the fence posts had rotted out yet the deck had been repaired but not repainted. Having cabins is great as we don’t yet have an RV.

We had a large pull through site waiting on us for a quick overnight stay. Concrete pad and paved roads. We will stay here again.

Wonderful experience. Really appreciated the help in getting settled into the site by the KOA personnel. We're new to camping in general, and this was our first ever experience with our new travel trailer, so all the assistance was REALLY impactful in making the stay a real joy. We will be back. You guys are terrific.

We didn't know what to expect. We have friends that stay there thru the winter & they invited us down to stay. We were able to rent the "fore" cabin & it was fantastic. We were close enough to our friends' rv's to walk but everyone came to our cabin to visit. The view of the golf course was great & so was the fire pit. The food on site was great. We had a fantastic time

Had great stay. The only thing I would say is a problem with the WIFI. but I understand that is being upgraded. The biggest complaint we have the TV reception is really bad...

All the amenities you could ask for!! Separate adult pool, bar, restaurant, gym, golf course. We booked 2 months next year!

Our winter planned stay with friends was very enjoyable, just one little problem with total number of days on my final bill and future bill was very questionable and took few days to repair, even now isn't perfect!

We have always enjoyed the park but every year we come back hoping to see improvements in TV, internet, laundry facilities, general site repairs to concrete pads and electrical service, customer service. Sadly those things usually disappoint. I will be hopeful again for next year.

Great neighbors! Clean park. Lots to do or not to do depending on your preferences. Love the pickle ball courts pools are great. Will be back next year. Thanks �

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
