I don’t understand KOA’s that are open all year, plus are considered a holiday, to have stores, restaurants ect... to close by 6, this KOA just wasn’t a very welcoming one, would not go out of my way again to stay.

We spent 3 months in a park model, the same one for the past 4 years, reserved it for 2023.. Loved it. Enjoy all the activities that are offered at the Resort. Great

We enjoyed our stay in cabin KL2. It needs a bit more TLC as some of the fence posts had rotted out yet the deck had been repaired but not repainted. Having cabins is great as we don’t yet have an RV.

We didn't know what to expect. We have friends that stay there thru the winter & they invited us down to stay. We were able to rent the "fore" cabin & it was fantastic. We were close enough to our friends' rv's to walk but everyone came to our cabin to visit. The view of the golf course was great & so was the fire pit. The food on site was great. We had a fantastic time

Had a great time. Cabin needs a little updating. Knobs on stove top we’re worn away. Front door needs to be sealed around door frame. The shower for a handicapped person is a poor design.

roads were being repaved entire time we were there. no warning given this would happen, no discount given for inconvenience. cars and rvs full of debris from the repaving. stayed in a cabin, had sugar ants, could not turn on ceiling fan in the M BR as the ants would fall from the ceiling, ceiling fan was filthy, 2 light bulbs in kitchen burned out, the a/c filter in master BR filthy,

The cabins have really run down from past stays. No hairdryer, the refrigerator never cleaned out full of ice. More than half of the windows would not stay up. Rotten boards on the deck, trip hazard. #1 issue it states they have wifi and they do not. Needed to wk and could not. Manager would not return call. Day 5 said he would give KOA discount of 10%. Wish I had a car so I could have left.

Stayed in a cabin for a month. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of activities, very clean bathhouse, nice pool area. Already booked for next year.

Another great stay, we’ll be back. Our cabin, KK1, had an uneven floor, the whole cabin tilted towards the kitchen. It was not a problem but I suspect that will get worse over time if not corrected. Our cooktop did not work but the office gave us a double burner at check-in, you folks are great!

Cabin was ok. Stove didn’t work well. Floors were swept clean but very dirty. When we called for info on what’s included inside the cabin no one really knew. Wifi didn’t work.

Great time as usual!!! Some concerns- 1. Cabins could use a little caulking where there are holes. Cabin #7 needs some type of rubber edging around the door which doesn't shut all the way. 2. Longer chains needed for the ceiling fans. Should not have to climb on the bed to reach them. A+ comments- 1. The front desk staff are one of a kind. Always very kind & helpful. 2. We rented a deluxe cabin and found it to be very comfortable, perfect for a few nights stay. The pool was beautiful and the park overall very quiet. Will definitely return for another visit in the future.

The adult pool and washing machines could use some cleaning. We LOVED playing pickleball here. VERY well maintained and organized. Great showers in the public restroom. Fleetwood Mac concert was fun. We stayed a week ago when the RV caught fire at 2am. VERY SCARY!!!! Glad no one was hurt. Staff and people were very friendly and helpful. You could put a small fridge in the basic cabins. .

Stayed in a cabin infested with bedbugs. Had to move out with no other place on the campground to go. Covered in bites, had to have dr visit and prescription steroids. Got a full refund

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and some of the activities during our short visit. Our timing could have been better as a re-surfacing project was happening, but we worked through it. We would recommend some other updating projects be scheduled also, but with recent new owners, that is probably in the works. The location is good - area has enough to offer for activities, shopping, restaurants.

We rented one of your deluxe cabins for two nights and enjoyed it very much. We were visiting family that stay at KOA for the winter. The cabin was very clean and well taken care off. We didn’t take advantage of the small kitchen, but it is definitely serviceable. Beautiful it’s of the golf course. Only complaint would be I would have appreciated a coffee pot.

Cabins were Nice but was not told which location I would be in until arrival. Heater was broken in the cabin and After notice no one arrived to repair it so it was very cold at night. Extremely clean campground. Great pools, warm for winter. Clean and modern bathrooms. Nice showers with changing room space. Rented a small cabin. Bed was comfortable, nice porch swing, great fire ring/grill combo.

We came to visit friends from PA, Bob and Kathy Cutman. They come for the season and told us about the cabins to rent for short stay. We loved the little rustic cabin and enjoyed the various activities and the Valentines Dance. Great experience all around.

We had a small cabin. It was ok overall. No outside electric, glad i brought a heavy extension cord for my outside cooking and to hang lights. cant hook outsideelectric up to inside as cabin was air tight. Bathroom not far away but the floor was dirty the entire time we were there three days. Other wise ok. No outside water hookup, washing dishes meant carrying bucket of water from dog wash.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful! Very cozy, clean, and the staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed it so much we booked our next stay already.

The only thing I would complain about is the height of the toilet. It needs to be taller for older people that would probably make up most of your guests.

If you don’t mind no heat, no AC, dead bugs galore in lights that need bulbs to see, stove burner that didn’t work, or the ability to get in and out of your cabin with a plastic card rather than a key because there is a wide gap then it’s fine. Blonde lady in the office did NOT CARE when I went up with the list of problems. Never stay here if you want quality!!!

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
