Dinner was told until 7. turned away at 6:45. Cabin's window was broken and we froze all night. The manager said TWICE he would be in touch. i stead left a letter, told nobody about it offering 10 dollars off. Charges will be disputed

We stayed on a deluxe Patio site, everything was great. We did miss the canopy over the picnic table. The cable box needs to be upgraded. Will stay again.

Lots of things to do, 2 pools, golfing, tennis. Nice views of the lake, But....very tight lots. When I opened my slide out, I could basically reach out the window to my neighbor's patio

Great park! Great People! nice place to spend a week! the park playground is NOT Family or child friendly. DO not let your children go play on un-attended. They said updated recently and all i can see that was recently added was yellow caution tape to keep kids OFF the slide. marry-go-round is a trap and insurance claim looking for opportunity. Moved from my initial spot, NonStop barking dog. Just got set up in new spot, when neighbors pulled in with 2 dogs who barked at everything day and night. There no such thing as a bad dog, just bad owners, and Managers.

Not kid friendly at all. Clientele at this campground clearly do not like kids here. A lot of very rude people. Bathrooms were nice and clean.

It was very nice except the playground. We have an almost 2 year old and the playground needs some love and care. Everything is so high to reach (needs new ground), the sandpit has so much wood mixed in, the slide was damaged (thank you for at least blocking it so nobody got hurt) and the merry-go-round is too hard to push. Ants are another problem that would make it nicer if they weren't around b

What a wonderful campground! Tons to do, very clean, has several laundry facilities, a family pool, and separate adult only pool, fitness center, dog wash station, and lots more. All of this and it's very near Lake Okeechobee. We'll definitely be back. The Assistant General Manager, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful. He recommended restaurants, car washes, stores, etc Great rep of your park.

The cabin had no dishes, cutlery or dishpan; even though there was a sign posted to use only brown clothes to clean them. When we asked at the office, we were told there are non provided with our cabin and to remove the sign. The staff are amazing, Elizabeth at the front desk is outstanding as is Cathy in the shanty! Chris the AGM has done an artful job of restoring this property to the excellence we are accustomed too. The maintenance team are professional and friendly. I surely hope that encore corporate has a clear understanding of this and continues to support this team!

Office needs major changes. Placed me on 4 different sites because other sites were already occupied. Then wanted to charge me extra and advised me it was my fault due to booking online, and not with office. Office staff very rude. Stayed many times on prior booked online with no issues. Probably will not return without changes. Never experienced such poor service from office personal & managemen.

Our cabin had no light outside and only one 15 watt fan light inside. Camp is too large and crowded. Not inviting at all. I would never stay there again.

We had a great time and enjoyed many of your amenities. The check in process could be better. We were stuck on the main road for awhile. Also had the same issue leaving. All in all we love it !

2nd time here in a year and same issues with check in and being moved to another site due to staff not verifying our site prior to arrival this has happened both times. No wifi in either visit, office staff rude and told we only had these 3 sites when asked about maybe a different site told chose one of these sites even though we paid for an upgraded site. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK CHOOSE ELSEWHE

We stayed for the month of December and enjoyed the park and activities. The only negative item was too many washers and dryer’s were out of order.

The staff is wonderful and friendly. The grounds are very clean, however there is an ant and fly problem, so be prepared. We did not have working WiFi or cable at our site and the laundry facilities had quite a few broken machines the entire week we were there. You have to pay for a fire pit if it is available and firewood is expensive. I would have expected to pay less per night.

We asked to be put by our son, that didn’t happen…we are new with motor home, needed a little help getting started. Son came in put them on 4 different sites…pt on one lot with a permanent resident…need to have better communication with KOA Was told it was our fault for booking on line…my daughter in law has booked on line before with no problems. Probably won’t be back. We was there

We were placed on a pole with a motor home and they utilized the 50 amp circuit. We were allowed a 30 amp socket and it shut off twice in the first two hours we were there. Fortunately we were able to move to another site. Thank goodness the camper behind us only utilized 30 amp service. I could give ideas to avoid this circumstance in the future. Good pool temp though downhill from there. The power connector was lose so I had to use a zip tie to hold my surge protector in the power receptacle. The water spicket was stripped, way to close to the ground and the sewer connection. The cable connection was also broken to the point that it couldn't be used. Pad was covered in dirt and grass clippings. Playground and mini golf were NOT SAFE.

Clean place. Nice facilities. If you want to golf, bring a cart. We had to wait over an hour after our tee time to get carts because a couple people played a round and held the carts while they ate and then played another round. The staff did attempt to make it right by refunding our cart fees but should’ve instead told the group to give up the carts and them to wait. Overall it all worked out.

Absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back! So much to do, loved the live music at The Shanty on the weekends, really loved that there is an adult only pool! Hosts greeted us at check in were extremely friendly and escorted us to our site while blowing bubbles...too cute!!! Everyone was super friendly and the grounds are extremely clean and well cared for. We stayed busy the whole time!!

THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY NICE. THE PLACE IS A BIT RUN DOWN. THE ROAD HAS HUGH POT HOLES IN IT, THE SITES ARE A LITTLE SHORT FOR BIG RIGS. THE POOL AREA IS GREAT. A BIT OF WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE BUT OVERALL THE RESORT IS VERY NICE.

Advertises Wifi but it does not work. It’s contracted out to a third party so getting any assistance with it is impossible. No one returns calls or does anything about it. Do not recommend if working from home. Otherwise the camp is decent.

We had a very nice stay at the camp ground. Everyone was friendly. We enjoyed the fact that we had an adult pool and the camp ground was family oriented and dog friendly.

There was no free internet provided it was chargeable and the wifi range also very poor. Now in these days everywhere internet is free even in other KOA camps and obliviously in all hotels

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
