The park was very nice though there was quite a bit of noise at night (opening & shutting doors repeatedly, drag racing on the road outside and loud stereo). Other than that it was great. �

Was a very good experience, we stayed in the deluxe cabin, everything was clean and comfortable. our grill did not work well, and it was replaced. very good costumer service!

A group of 6-10 big rigs meets here every year. No again. We love to play golf,butthe golf course is now a pasture. Use to be $23 a day. Now $21 for 18 holes on a pasture, more weeds than grass. The staff is NOT customer service friendly. They are rude in the mail room especially. Gives a bad name to KOA. Roads are broken concrete and powerful electrical lines lying around, very dangerous.

We have stayed here many times over the years. We are very unhappy with the condition of the park is now. Trying to call the office was quite a hassle and getting my exact site reserved. Upon arriving in setting up we discovered we had no cable TV. I am bored in the office and they told me they would call me the next day and they never did. Very unhappy with the conditions of the roads .

Check In Time 12:00 we arrived at 1:30pm to check in but found a note on the window saying will be back at 2 waited in the hot sun for someone to come and check us in for over a hour.... When employee finally showed up NEVER got any sort of apology for being late..

campground is clean and quiet.If you have a boat or hire a guide it is a great place for fishing.The worst thing for us was 3 days there we were never able to get on wifi.It is a private company but could never log in.

Check in staff was disorganized. Gave me card with one site(415) on it and a map with another (67). #67 was a back in site and I paid for a pull through. Returned to office and it took a lengthy time to get a corrected site (84).

It has changed changed a lot. Part of the attraction to Okeechobee KOA was the shanty and live music by poolside and at night time for entertainment! The roads are in dire need of repair!! Most of the staff was still very friendly and helpful ��� Unfortunately we were looking forward to nighttime entertainment and poolside music . It was a great stay. Loved the site next to the golf course. Lots of shade and fishing was excellent. Also, Liked all the other recreational activities available. Something for everyone. We would have liked to return next year but, unfortunately the site we wanted wasn't available for the timeframe we wanted. We hope to return someday.

Good value. Clean restrooms. Utilities need upgrading but everything worked. Nice pool and golf course. Very friendly residents.

Sold the park out from under us and it was a dump when we left. Paid a lot of money for no services. New management didnt fulfill promises made

It was great for the past 10 years. The transfer of ownership changed everything from a10 to a 3. Nothing is the same. Everything went downhill from the golf courses to the mail delivery.

The WIFI was not working when we stayed. The golf course was overgrown and in bad condition.

This KOA has changed sooo much. You are letting people smoke in the pool, yes I said there was smoking in the pool. Also young children were driving the gulf carts!! Please get your stuff together.

Wanted to reserve a site with 50 amp service next year for 4 months but would not guarantee 50 amp. Before new owners,they picked up trash regularly and was asking if you need help. Shanty bar opened and golf course good. Now no bar, golf course in bad shape and campers riding around trying to find their site without someone guiding them. Ended meeting over change while people still had questions

We visited this campground last Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. We just stayed over the Easter weekend and were not told the KOA was under new management. This stay was not very nice. The Shanty (Lounge) was not open but still advertised as it was. There were no activities for my grandchildren or adults. No one told us prior to checking in. I was extremely disappointed.

Only complaint will be that the facilities needs to be updated. The mini golf is really dirty and needs paint. The cabins also need to be remodeled. Otherwise very friendly people, great place to build memories

Fun! Camp site was great. Easy to get into and out of. Close to everything you need. Lot's of friendly campers.

Very small site for our 36 ft fifth wheel and truck. Loud neighbors with 4 dogs running free. Golf course is a joke! Terrible conditions. We paid $46 for two for 9 holes for a bad course. It’s worth about $10 per person not $23. The advertised bar is closed. I’ll never be back.

Had a wonderful stay - liked our site and all the amenities. Only wished Shanty’s could have been open but COVID is still here.

Get a staff that knows what there doing.first week we were there no food at lunch box. Entertainment posted but never showed up. Everybody given a different story about rates and lots for next year. No shanny even thought it is still listed on your web sight. No one escorting campers to their lots. Office not open because they didn't want to deal with the complaints from the guest. Very bad year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a lot of activities to do with the kids. The pool was very clean and warm. When we arrived the fire pit was dirty but we asked to have it clean and it was cleaned right away. We had a great relaxing experience.

Okeechobee KOA, difinitivamente volveremos a venir muy limpio, organizado y con muchas actividades para hacer con los niños, excelente. We definitely coming back, Love it . Lots activities to do with kids, all the residents very friendly. Excellent.

I sure hope that the group who is now running this KOA improves on their communication and customer service skills. The office is locked and will only allow entrance if you have an appointment to see someone. There was no communication as to the new hours either. Nobody knew if or when the grass would be mowed. I hope things improve with this transition. I like this KOA and have made many friends

Well since the border was closed we were NOT there but paid for our lot for 3 months. Now no lot as ELS took over and have not returned my email from Mar 4. So disgusted after 30 years of loving KOA as our winter home and it has come to this. Blatant disregard for the concern of customers by the new owners is absolutely disgraceful.

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
