Upon arrival, I was told no internet and no hot water (for my entire stay of 3 days.....so how would you feel ? No discount

Lots of changes-poor internet, terrible ant problem, decrease activities from previous years-poor selection in the store...finally fixed hot tub... hopefully by next year the improvements will be complete.

You can normally count on KOA for friendly staff, clean facilities, which held true. But, making our reservations months in advance I was called the morning of check in and told because of paving I would not be allowed to my site until after 6pm! Then once i got there was told WIFI is nonexistence? But still charge me $100.00 a night? We will not be back! KOA is now on our "do not stay" list

Very disappointed. Upon our arrival we were notified roads were being paved during our entire stay. We did not receive a phone call or e-mail prior to our arrival. We were offered a refund however, the ability to make reservation on such short notice was next to impossible. WiFi access info on check-in sheet did not work. Called office, told NO WiFi available. Was charged twice for propane.

We had a great time -played pétanque, used the pool every day-the family pool- however the pool water was way too hot!!! Also the paving of roads was an inconvenience , but obviously needed to be done

We loved staying at this KOA! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the ladies in the store, the ladies in the office, to the drivers on the carts! We enjoyed the Shanty, the pool, the lunchbox, our location, our neighbors. It was just great! Hope to stay longer next year!

Many washers and dryers were not working and the picnic table needed to be replaced. Other than these two things we enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely come back

Koa is nice. Sites are a little tight. Pool area nice food stand not open alot. Office personnel very helpful. Not alot of activities compared to other campgrounds. Not much to do in area is biggest downfall.

Great park. A little more crowded than we expected. But it’s a golf resort, so it’s alright. The pool area is amazing. Loved the covered roof and rocking chairs in the dog park.

An action packed adventure. The sites, while fairly close together have grass, trees and we’ll maintained landscaping. The amenities are amazing, pickleball, tennis, two pools, shuffleboard, pétanque, game rooms, conference center, general store and much more. Friendly, helpful staff made our stay one we’ll remember.

Stayed in a cabin infested with bedbugs. Had to move out with no other place on the campground to go. Covered in bites, had to have dr visit and prescription steroids. Got a full refund

Won't be back. For over $100, we had no cable, no WiFi and no hot water for a shower. We would have been better off dry camping!!

The stay was excellent the facilities were kept very nicely. The activities were plentiful and fill of fun people. However, you must do something about the family that lives there towards the back that drive a beat up van With the parents present and in the water at the pool the kids take over the pool. They will jump on senior swimmers. This is a very dangerous situation that must be stopped.

The pools are great. Large, warm and large enough to swim laps when they are not busy. Staff is nice. The campground is large enough to walk around. One time around is a mile. Close to grocery stores and a few restaurants with out the hectic business of the coast. One hour away from nice beaches on the Atlantic. We are coming back and can’t wait.

Very nice, clean RV park. Staff and guests were very friendly. The only problem I can say was that two out of three washing machines were broken at the area that was near our RV.

For our 1 month stay we very much enjoyed: the bike trail, golf course, both pools, laundry facilities, friendliness of staff and other campers. Suggestions for improvement: better Wi-Fi coverage. We’ve already made reservations for next year!

Okochobee KOA was a wonderful place! Everyone was very friendly and there were many activities. We really didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back again!

Pool was very warm and there were cracks in the tennis court. They also decided to repave all the roads when the campground was totally full, which I assume is not the case year round so a curious decision on there side considering all the dust and inconvenience to the guests

I love your RV resort however was very disappointed with the way the paving project was handled. Should not have been done during peak season.

Loved the campground but the office staff left a lot to be desired. They were unorganized, nobody knew what was going on what sites were available. We tried to extend our stay and they told us they didn’t have any sites available but when we went on the KOA website it showed that they did. They move people all around when it was not Necessary. They need to get it together at the office

Spot had hookups in the wrong side. Then they changed us spots and found out there is no Wi-Fi in the park at all. Worker told us to go over to Walmart to get Wi-Fi. I know you have a lot of likes on this park and that’s because it is a click park. So call it what it is. A residential rv park and not a vacation. No one should be aloud to stay longer then 30 days in a KOA campground.

We picked this place because of the golf course and bringing teens. Golfing was nice but I don't think there was much for the teens to do. Things seemed a bit run down. We were right on top of our neighbor (such small sites). Pool cafe was not open was it was supposed to be so left us struggling for a meal. That being said, guests and employees were very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and some of the activities during our short visit. Our timing could have been better as a re-surfacing project was happening, but we worked through it. We would recommend some other updating projects be scheduled also, but with recent new owners, that is probably in the works. The location is good - area has enough to offer for activities, shopping, restaurants.

Nice campsites. Flyer stated that we could rent bicycles, but this koa does not rent bicycles. The laundry site closest to us had one working washer and 2 working dryers. Other laundry sites also had nonworking machines…created a struggle to get clothes washed timely. Pool area was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, I would have liked to have been told the road they put us on was being milled and paved.. I may not have stayed there if I was told. Daily price seemed a bit high considering what was offered in the area. VERY busy, (but normal for Florida time of year) small sites but clean and functional. We live in Florida and probably will not pick this campground again

Staff was friendly and garbage pickup at site was efficient. The park was crowded and roadways tight. The laundromats were numerous but the LG washers and Dryers were often down. Our cable box had been destroyed before our arrival. During our stay February) the decided to grind and re-pave the camp roads!? The pool was in good condition but food was limited. Nearby restaurants were just OK.

This was our first-time camping, so everything was new to us. Checking in was fast and the ladies were friendly and helpful. Our lot was close to a restroom/shower facility, and we were amazed on how clean the restrooms are...A+ in our book! To be honest the whole park was clean and quiet. Everyone was helpful! Would definitely return and it made our camping experience a great one!

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
