Told we had cable no cable when asked front desk they just past the buck. Very close sites… No Wi-Fi we were just really disappointed for the price that you pay.. The G M was supposed to get back to us but never did.Also very poor washer and dryer situation could hardly find one to work.. should be offered a discount until they figure this property out…

As improvements are made the park will be much better. I never had to share 30/50amp in a $95 a night park, let alone have to share a sewer that didn’t even have a 2nd screw in Rv hose pvc end attachment. It’s a $5 part at Home Depot. At a minimum you should immediately ensure all sewer connections can have rv hoses secured with this part now. +more 50amp that is not shared

We have a great time there, everyone is very nice. The pool was amazing and water was warmed just right. We met alot of nice people there, for sure we will be back. Thank you, Roberto and Estela

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful! Very cozy, clean, and the staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed it so much we booked our next stay already.

Loved that the Shanty Lounge and the Shanty Food Shack were right on the property �. Great service and a friendly staff�. Also two very nice pools!!

Reserved a full hookup backin site but was given a very small site in the tent section, sharing a power pole with the tent people. KOA guy, Mike, hollered at me, without a mask on, saying this is how it is here!

Stayed at your campground for three nights on our way to Key West in Pine Island. Very nice campground.

The only thing I would complain about is the height of the toilet. It needs to be taller for older people that would probably make up most of your guests.

Always find friendly staff to make us feel welcome. "Squirrel" was great in getting us on our site. The park is beautiful and well maintained. Visiting the Shanty Pub is an extra plus.

This is a large campground with many facilities and activities. There was a multi-page, two-sided list of rules that we were asked to initial (each individual rule required an initial) and sign. We’ve never encountered anything so detailed and anal at any other campground. On the way to our campsite, we were led down a road with HUGE potholes. Sewer too far to reach.

Wi-Fi supplied is limited, hard to connect to, and additional service is expensive. Staff is polite and helpful in the bar and general store. Front gate staff slow as molasses, but nice. Might be overwhelmed by phone calls and work. Very clean facilities and made for older folks. Very crowded, but we had a nice golf course back-in lot. Overall, good and worth the trip. The Wifi was useless. The cable TV was not working. There was a pothole in front of my RV which was a tripping hazard. There was no picnic table on the patio, but you did bring one when I requested it. The streets are very narrow and cannot accommodate two vehicles meeting one another. The rates were extremely expensive.

We are a 13 foot Scamp trailer and almost all the RVs were much larger. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The vathroom weren't the newest but they were very clean. If I golfed, I'd have given a 10.

If you don’t mind no heat, no AC, dead bugs galore in lights that need bulbs to see, stove burner that didn’t work, or the ability to get in and out of your cabin with a plastic card rather than a key because there is a wide gap then it’s fine. Blonde lady in the office did NOT CARE when I went up with the list of problems. Never stay here if you want quality!!!

We appreciated our stay but had some things we did not appreviate. First is that it was supposed to be Wi-Fi on the site but we did never had access. It wad impossible to log on Wi-Fi. Second is that we chose this camping because there was a spa but it was not working during all our 15 days stay... The swimming pools are amazing. There is unfortunately no shower close to the pool. Only a restroom.

Want to much money for what you get. Hook ups all need work no fittings for sewage hook up gave me a big rock to hold it down so would no run out on ground. Most water hook ups had no knobs have to use pliers. WiFi no most don't have it. No fire rings only big dollar sites won't be back to that koa sorry plus heard prices going up next year 35 % not worth it

Our maiden voyage with our 37 foot motor home. What a pleasant experience, everyone helpful and the grounds were meticulous. I would return.

The maintenance workers were friendly and very quick to provide service. The sharing of electrical hookups was very annoying, especially since we were not informed in advance of the situation. We required a 50amp hookup, as was noted on our reservation. However, when we arrived only the 30amp was left at our site.

I wasn’t pleased with the cleanliness of the women’s restroom near #233. There were only 2 out of 4 showers that worked. One was missing a shower head and the other only dribbled out. The floor was dirty because the dog bath outside the bathroom had a leak in the drain which made the sidewalk muddy. I did report this to office and the shower head was installed but the leak wasn’t fixed.

Nice campground. Really a good place for fishermen and golfers. The pool was really warm, which was ice on a January day.

My cabin, K5 smelled like urine. The mini golf was not kept well. The pool gate at the kid pool was broken. The place is jammed packed no need for things to be deteriorating if you have so much business.

They need to learn how to tend a golf course. Especially in a “hot” climate. (i.e. grass should be watered AT NIGHT). The whole golf course was dead and/or dying. In addition, “EVERY” laundromat had machines out of order. The one by us had one washer available at first, then none! The entire laundromat was then “out of order”. Talk about inconvenient. The express check in was awkward. I loved the escort to the sight. Navigating is always a concern. I used the pool, bathroom and showers. All clean and working.

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
