My cabin, K5 smelled like urine. The mini golf was not kept well. The pool gate at the kid pool was broken. The place is jammed packed no need for things to be deteriorating if you have so much business.

Friendly staff except for the evening gate attendant who was cranky about lifting the gate for us to enter. Clean, hot showers were so nice. Fellow campers were very friendly except for campers across the street who were drunk and loud until after 1:30 am. We stayed in rustic cabin because all other cabins were occupied.

Great place, great people and well-maintained facility. I rented a cabin for 16 days. It would have been nice to have a cleaning weekly. I was told I could have clean linens, but no cleaning was to be done because it was a cabin. Other than that, a great place

Cabin was great. Loved they had their own linens and clean. Met friendly neighbors. Highly recommend. We will be back. Safe place too

We rented a cabin and it was not clean, the blinds were broken the floors were dirty. No housekeeping for the whole 9 days we were there. Had to call and ask for fresh towels. Bedding was not changed Our bbq didn't work properly. Our ac was broken, they came and fixed it but then we had no heat. We had friends so they helped us with heaters for cold nights. The park has deteriorated from when we stayed there in past seasons. We rented a cabin and we awoke to no water. We were with another couple and all of us needed to use the shower but were unable to. I called and asked for a manager to call me and was told they would be in on Monday. I received no call. Very disappointed in the service and lack of response by management!

This was my second stay at Okeechobee KOA. First and foremost, I love that pets are welcome in the deluxe cabins. In many KOAs, only the rustic cabins are pet friendly. That is why I chose this one even through it was a little out of the way. Worth it! It was convenient I could get something for dinner there instead of having to bring my own or go off the property. The pool and bar are pluses!!

Easy to find, well labeled; we stayed in a camper cabin that was all we needed as we were traveling through. The cabin was dated but very clean and comfortable and quiet. We walked about 5 minutes to the bathroom, also very clean as I don't think too many people use it. The resort people at check in and in the park were super friendly. Windows and door in cabin need some attention.

Excellent stay. I rented cabin K2 while staying in Okeechobee for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing at Lake Okeechobee. The cabin was very clean as were the restrooms. The park is very busy but we had no issues and the grounds were very clean and well kept.

Dinner was told until 7. turned away at 6:45. Cabin's window was broken and we froze all night. The manager said TWICE he would be in touch. i stead left a letter, told nobody about it offering 10 dollars off. Charges will be disputed

The cabin had no dishes, cutlery or dishpan; even though there was a sign posted to use only brown clothes to clean them. When we asked at the office, we were told there are non provided with our cabin and to remove the sign. Our cabin had no light outside and only one 15 watt fan light inside. Camp is too large and crowded. Not inviting at all. I would never stay there again.

There was no free internet provided it was chargeable and the wifi range also very poor. Now in these days everywhere internet is free even in other KOA camps and obliviously in all hotels

As compared to other KOAs, the staff didn’t seem as attentive or friendly. There was a ton of mold growing inside our grill and it was out of propane upon our arrival. It was like pulling gator teeth to get the situation resolved. Grill was not changed out. Was cleaned with a cleaning chemical and still moldy when done. Told us to ‘burn it off’. We used foil on the grate so that we eat.

Always a pleasure. The cabin was clean and the campground well organized. Only hiccups was missing a frying Pan in the cabin and despite calling the office, one never was brought to us. Minor issue though. Everyone friendly and welcoming

floor was filthy with dirt and hair. when i went to get into bed the bottom of my feet were black! tv remote did not work, along with the lights above the bathroom sink not working. motion detector light outside did not work which was not good since we arrived after dark and i tripped over the cover for the grill. also the air conditioning unit/filter was disgusting (really wth covid?)

Came in after hours, and found the cabin easily. everything was nice and clean. The campground offered lots of amenities, there was music by the pool and things to do that I didn't even expect. The gas grill and fire ring on the patio were nice extras. It was a great time.

We had a great stay and everyone in the office was very friendly! We were happier to see the inside of the cabin a lot cleaner then last time. The outside windows facing the pond were green with mildew, we noticed black ants coming from under the door by the fire extinguisher side. We have stayed many times and never had a issue with ants and I’m sure this was a isolated issue. We will return.

I booked reservation month in advance AND called 3 days before to confirm details of reservation…did not get the reservation I confirmed….had to make other sleeping arrangements!!!!! Some of our party was not able to attend because of the mixup!

perfect location for the cabin, gave city folk a real secluded feeling. The wrap about deck excellent space, most enjoyed, however the deck needs further repair. The staff was excellent, polite, helpful, all seeming to enjoy their jobs.

Loved everything about it. Only one negative comment. If we wanted to go into the onsite establishment (Shanty's) we needed a $5 membership per person for one day due to liquor laws. Fine, get it. KOA should include the membership in the fee, reduce to a $1 or add it into the rate and present it as "included". It was alienating quite frankly. We went across the street to Lunkers and loved it

Love this KOA been coming every year ! Disappointed the shanty and golf course was closed because I assume of plandemic ! Getting decussated with knee jerk reactions to this ! Hope next time is better an everything is open.

Was only able to stay one night but found everything to be very nice especially the people who worked there. We are looking forward to another trip there hopefully for a longer stay.

I know the rain can’t be controlled but the drainage issue was very out of control. We had rented an offsite golf cart but we were scared to use it will all the flooded roads. Won’t consider coming back during rainy season. Staff was friendly and accommodating as they could be

I have always loved this KOA. This past trip, though, underwhelmed me and my family. Shanty Lounge closed. Bake sale was tiny. Campground was probably at 30% occupancy which is strange. Tons and tons of flooding from the rain. Seems it's on its way downhill, which is a real shame.

Our 3rd KOA and so far our favorite one! My family and I had a great overall experience. The staff was great! Chris the GM was great help with our golf cart trailer issue! Pool, drinks, friendly staff, amazing and friendly guest, and my daughter’s favorite, the nightly golf cart parade. Looking forward to returning.

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
