We stayed in Cabin KL7,it was lovely. We cleaned it up ourselves a bit by just disinfecting with wipes, spray and such, just for our own well being. Overall clean, few dead bugs on the bed covers but nothing to worry about brushed them. Lots of Kitchen items for use. Over all it was pleasant not crowded due to Covid, we used all the amenities. Fish cleaning station needs major upgrade but useable.

Ants everywhere on the patio The ac unit was so loud it sounded like a generator inside the room There was still garbage all around our patio area from the previous campers. We are frequent visitors of this koa but we will be looking for a another site to visit. Let people know the shanty is still closed at the adult pool.

The cabin was small but very cute. The campgrounds were nice and the pool was great. Not a lot to do outside the campgrounds, no movie theater or bowling. I wish the lawn mower would have waited until 9 am on Sunday instead of 7:30. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is awesome! If you’re staying in a cabin just pack your clothes and your done. It has everything you’ll need for your stay from shampoo and conditioner to kitchen and bed accessories . It was a great vacation and I will definitely will be coming back!

Bed in cabin was broken. Wood on deck was so rotted, I twisted an ankle. Had to cover the hole in wood with grill. Otherwise, beautiful park. Love the dog washes

Bar by the pool was not open, grass throughout the campground looked like it hadnt been mowed in months. Golf course was closed. We frequent this KOA often and this was the worst condition it has ever been in. So sad.

Booked for five and was told it sleeps 7. Only to realize it sleeps 4. The microwave was cheap and wouldn't work. The fridge didn't keep things cold or frozen and the toilet tank didn't work well. Had to push down on the pipe to get it to flush. Reason for my three stars. In general, it's a beautiful place to stay if you get what you bargained for.

Stayed in a cabin. A/C took a long time to cool down. The common areas and camp sites had not been cared for (mowed, edged, & weed eated) in several months. Basically, this place has gone down hill. Don't blame the "Pandemic" for this non maintenance, saw several workers just riding around in golf carts doing nothing.

The entire park was flooded, the place needs major upkeep. On arrival, we found out that the park had been sold. The bar was closed, the gym closed, none of the amenities were available, the cabin was clean but no fire pit, missing chairs. I left after an hour of being in the pork. KOA should pull the franchise if new owners do not plan to fix the park, I should be refunded my stay.

Price is too high with no working amenities..no bar, rained out golf, no golf carts to rent.. inside cabin is nice and that's about it..tooooo expensive..

Stayed in kabin. - advertised as near restrooms. Due to road flooding nearby RR inaccessible. Poor lighting and poorly maintained paths made walk to open RR treacherous in PM. I understand that that flooding could not be controlled but I saw no mitigation attempts either. We were not advised of problems @ check in and or offered to change stay dates, also Adult pool 21+ not 18+(deceptive)

This has been our favorite place to stay in the past. However, I feel as though it fell short this trip. We stayed in the small cabin near the front. The first problem was the railing and the stairs were covered in layers of bird poo. The bed was made with the top sheet above the blanket. The Shanty, which we were looking forward to, was closed. The Lunchbox was also closed the first weekend.

We had a great time and the cabin was very clean but so many important stuff was missing in it. It supposed to sleep 6 persons so it should have at least 6 of everything... we had only 3 forks! The grass was very long, branches on the floor everywhere, the golf course was horrible, the bar was closed, AC is very loud... not sure if we'll return but we had a great family time.

There was no WIFI access the entire time. in addition, cable TV did not work. According to ED, coaxial cable running from exterior of cabin to wall outlets inside were not receiving signal. There was a Wasp nest on exterior patio ceiling which presented a safety issue to include rotted wood planks leading to entrance. Grounds needs to be landscaped which attracts bugs. First KOA, never again..

I am sorry it was not good this last time. Very dissappointed. shanty not open could not get drinks or food. Water kept being turned off. Grass not maintained etc etc etc.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The pool area was dirty and hasn’t been cleaned all weekend. The pool itself was clean and the perfect temperature. It was our first time staying at a Koa. Cabin was very cute however the cable wasn’t working. We went ahead and paid the $15 for the all weekend internet as the free offer also wasn’t working. After paying the $15 we were still unable to get into wifi. Two hrs after checking in the water was turned off. We called the front desk again to be told it would hopefully be back on in about 2 hours.

This was our second stay here, the first time was tent camping and this time was a little cabin. Both stats were great! We love this KOA, it’s always been clean, the staff always friendly. We will come back again!

Boards on the patio deck unsafe, not nailed down, cabin VERY DIRTY, light without light bulb, broken blinds (no privacy) MOLD ON WALLS , AND SO MUCH MORE

Overcrowded with folks roaming around in golf carts with no common sense (driven by children/teens with no supervision, drunk and loud riders and drivers at all hours, including late at night). Cabins, tent areas with no space between each other-practically one on top of the other. Our first and last. Thanks, but no thanks!

Staff was distant and seem to want to avoid people. AC didn't do anything in the cabin. Pool was nice, but I could have got a hotel for half the price and still had a pool and a private bathroom and not sweating all night or dealing with people driving around blaring music.

We were told there would be bands over the weekend there were none also were told the shanty would be open that didn't happen. Also some of the staff had negative comments about the sale of the camp said it would change names and would be worse with dramatic price increase.

My stay was great, staff nice and helpful, the reason why I did not give them a 5 is because Shanty restaurant was closed and the pool bar was closed.

Very nice. Beautiful pool, great cabin, convenient to be able to get a meal there. What would have made it even better would be if the Shanty was open. That was a tease looking at it while bring at the pool and not being able to get a cocktail.

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
