Overall, okay. Too many "Adults" in the family pool. Why have an adult pool? There shouldn't be alcohol in family pool. Trash not always picked up. Set it out around 1:00 PM and 3 out of 7 days it was still there at night fall. It wouldn't hurt to use a pool net to get the garbage out of the canals. Friendly staff and good food. Typical older KOA, tight for long RV's.

We love this park and have been coming and staying on the same site for many years now. We have many friends there. We like the new improvements that are being made to the park and golf course.

I had reserved a site the prior year and told them I needed 50 amp service. We paid a deposit and went home. When we arrived we didn't get the site we reserved and only had 30 amp service. Couldn't run both ac units and had to shut the 1 off for my wife to dry her hair. About 45 % of the washing machine didn't work. The golf reservation system needs to change. Staff is very friendly great pools.

Vast improvement from my last stay. The grass is cut, the roads have been repaired, the golf course is open, and site escorts are provided. The only critical comment is the cable service was highly unreliable.

The place is in much better condition then when we were there last June. Enjoyed the Shanty being opened but missed the live music you used to have outside by the pool. I did not get the street I asked for when told it was available then tried to give me a spot backed up to the fence by the RV dealer. Move to totally different street but noticed spots open on the original street I asked for.

Nice campground but a little pricey. No wifi. Cable wasn't compatible with our TV. The pool was bathwater hot and wet deck was dirty.

FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED UNTIL THE TIME WE LEFT MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME. THE ST PATRICKS DAY PARTY WAS A TREAT. THE TWO BARTENDERS WE HAD (TERESA -N-CATHY) WERE SO PLEASANT AND THE REMEMBERED WHAT I WAS DRINKING EVERYTIME I WALKED INTO THE SHANTY..EVEN THE MAINTANCE PEOPLE WERE PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL. WE ALREDY BOOKED 4TH OF JULY WEEK WITH TWO OTHER COUPLES ...CANT WAIT TO GET THERE.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, clean campground. Lots of great amenities. They were in the process of updating their Wi-Fi and cable. We were a little disappointed that due to this issue we had no Wi-Fi or cable and didn’t find out until we got there.

This was probably the nicest campground I have ever stayed at. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the whole community had a great vibe. All our neighbors were friendly and the two women at the front desk were so nice and helpful as we had some questions about the surrounding area as a whole. Overall, 10/10. We will definitely be coming back here next year. Thank you!

We called ahead of time to reserve a tent spot. We told the lady we had a truck and a small trailer in which we were hauling motorcycles. When we arrived they didn’t have any actual tent sites available and put us on a very small spot in which we didn’t fit. We did not like our stay at all. It was very cramped to drive through and It is difficult to get our camper through. We also are used to staying next to other campers and this time we were staying next to a cabin. that would be okay except we were so closest was like we were sharing a space. They sat and smoked (more than just cigarettes) and drank and it was in our campsite the whole time.

Well maintained. RV spots a bit too close together for long stay. But we were there during the recent fire and it was handles beautifully by the KOA staff and the fire dept. very impressive and reassuring. Too much info not given in welcome packet….. had to go different areas to find postings of times and activities. It takes a day or two to find your way around this park and that is wasted tim

grill was very dirty took 3 × 2 get it cleaned and then we ran out of propane which should never have happened. All this should have been done prior to us moving in to the site. Need better cleanup. But all in all the camp site was nice

Facilities are great at a price, KOA just changed hands so shortly it won’t be a KOA, beware dangerous protruding culvert by the propane tank, make plans to collect packages 2-4pm ONLY M-F, desk staff are great, Meghan even forwarded a package after we left !!!

Front desk was great, when we arrived to our campsite the fireplace was full of ashes and burnt wood, rhe pad had grass and dirt all over the part where the camper sits.

It was a quick overnight stay. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful! Very clean, well maintained campground. Two thumbs up!! Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our tent campsite and the other campers. Bath facilities were clean and in working order. Kiddie pool gate was not working and the playground equipment is very dated. Golf cart rental should be readily available. There was an explosion during our stay in the middle of the night and it really should've been addressed via email by the campground, to reassure of camper safety.

We had a wonderful time at Okeechobee KOA! The staff was fantastic! The office staff were very caring and polite. The maintenance staff were great and so helpful. We will be back!

No cable/ not level site at all/ electrical box was just a plug in no on/off switch which is very unsafe. I will never stay at this location again. I have never been so disappointed in a KOA location.

We enjoyed our stay very much because we were with family members that have been staying there for over 30 years. They are frustrated with new meetings and policies for the future. The only other real problem we noticed was how many of the laundry washers were out of order. Thank you for protecting everyone during the fire and explosions from two units in back

Started by coming had to renew our yearly subscription and clerk would not give us a any points. 2. We had site 276 which backs up to a apartment building with residents that partied every nite on their porch. We could not sit outside comfortably because of this. We asked to be moved but said they couldn't but some sites had rvs coming ag going. Very disappointing. 2 weeks there disappointing..

It appears other campers have no regard to other campers campsite. We were cooking dinner outside one night and they just used our campsite as a walkthrough. No hello no sorry nothing. It is a nice campground otherwise.

I made reservations over the phone and when I asked about using my points to take some money off, they said I couldn’t do it until I checked in. WHen I checked in I was told I couldn’t use the points on a 1 night stay. The point system has become a pain in the butt, because every KOA seems to have different rules about using the points,, very frustrating.

Nice. Only here for two weeks. Definitely caters to long termers. Well kept. 9 hole golf course. Nice small store. Small spot. Can't fit the camper and the car. Not much to do around camp ground.
