We were looking for peace and quiet and got just that. We picked a good time to go -- late August / early September. Staff there were very friendly and helpful.

We were only at the Oscoda/Tawas KOA for one night, since we were in the area on business. However, the campground was so pleasant that we are thinking of returning just for the ambiance and the lovely beaches.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Campsite was nice. Bathrooms were clean. My 6 year old son loved riding his bike around and we felt safe. Thank you

Good stay. Park was clean and fun. Trains on Friday night were loud but no trains run on the weekend. Kids enjoyed seeing the first train. Second one came through while they were sleeping. Great location and a short trip to Tawas State Park Beach. Overall we had a great time.

Nice quiet well kept campground. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Kids liked the Train rides, jumping pillow, playground. Staff very friendly.

The deluxe site that we paid for for five (5) days was right across from the dumpsters. The smell on the hot days was deplorable. We had to cut our stay short, due to health reasons. The campground offered to move us, but not to a deluxe site without giving a refund on what we had paid. We had to leave after two days, but were charged for five days.

Stayed for a weekend. Very nice RV park. Well run from check in to check out. The pool looked very nice and there was lots for kids to do.

Lots of pull through sites with lots of trees for shade. Sites were well maintained and staff was very pleasant.

Nice Campground, kind of in the middle of nowhere, Lake Huron is about a 10 minute drive. It has a small pool that the young children seemed to thoroughly enjoy. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We had a great weekend.

Great staff. Nice location and campground. Our pull thru site was great. There is a train that goes through at night a couple times but its slow moving and didn't bother us at all.

Nice sites, full hookup pull through. Nice and quiet during the week except for a train that goes within about 75 feet at 1030 PM &returns about an hour later. We enjoyed our stay until Thursday afternoon, when sites started filling up & many had dogs & were inconsiderate of others, dogs barking till almost midnight, then again about 6:30 AM, several put their dogs out on leash & ignored barking.

We had a wonderful time in Oscoda! The staff was friendly and kind and the grounds were immaculate and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this campground.

Our stay was great! Friendly staff, always very helpful and many workers around for any questions or issues. I like the trash pick up all day long. I like the wood delivered. The pool was soooo warm! When the kids weren’t swimming , the bounce pad was there favorite! The train passing at night was pretty cool too!!

Staff was extremely friendly. The pool, bathrooms and park was very clean. The kids absolutely loved the bikes, train ride and arcade room. Can not wait to come back.

We discovered that we had a bald tire on our RV as we were checking in. The guys were all so helpful. They let us use their jack to remove the tire. And checked in on us throughout our stay. Really friendly and caring staff.

The campground is really nice and clean; the owners are so nice and friendly. It’s conveniently located to area activities as well. There is a lot for the kids (and dogs) to do at the campground itself too.

Beware of hidden fees. Pets are welcome, but cost extra per day ($10/day). Kid attractions are expensive. For example, $7 for half hour ride on the kid incumbent bikes. And one other major thing not brought to attention, campground runs along train tracks and trains go by in night and blows horn very loudly.

Hi I my dad has a seasonal site there 35 or 34 it's a great campground friendly owners great location fun playground and clean pool nice dog park and nice shady site I would come here everyday of the the year Please go to this campground

Fun camp for the family. The mining experience doesn't take long, but our son loved it. Very nice dog park area with some agility equipment. Our only complaint was the wood we purchased for a camp fire didn't burn well due to being too wet.
