Very nice Paul through full hook up site. The management and the staff work extremely helpful and cooperative. The campground was clean and organized. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Staff was extremely helpful and always available for assistance. The park was immaculate and sites were very easy to access. We spent 6 days traveling Michigan for the first time and this was our favorite campground. Our kids loved the pool and playground. I can not speak highly enough of the staff, and will definitely utilized this campground again on our next trip through Michigan.

The woman who checked us in was not friendly! I expected a warm welcome, but instead I was hit with additional charges when I asked about a second vehicle on our lot. Also, you might want to put up a warning sign by the trampoline that it could be dangerous or limit the number of kids jumping on it at a time. My daughter sprained her ankle while on it the 2nd day we were there.

We had a great stay! Check In was efficient and firewood and ice were available upon check in. Staff Members were professional and very friendly - always waving hello or goodbye. The grounds and facilities were clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!!!

We had at great time at Oscoda/Tawas KOA! There were many activities for the kids to enjoy…swimming pool, jumping pillow, playground, arcade, train-ride. We enjoyed being close to Lake Huron for the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We absolutely love staying at the Oscoda/Tawas KOA. The camp sites are always clean, and very roomy. The staff is amazing, friendly and welcoming!

Very clean campground with nice laundry facilities. A good place for big RVs. The pool is very clean and well taken care of. Very safe environment for kids.

We had a good time, and it is a good koa, that's why we keep coming back. The power outage was a rare thing, no ones fault except consumers power. Hope to see you all next year.

Friendly staff, clean campground, very nicely wooded sites with long pull throughs available. Camp store is nicely stocked. Office staff very helpful every time...thank you! The campground really deserves 5 stars, but it needs more bathroom facilities at the southern end, or at least separate bathrooms by the playground that do not have showers.

It’s a nice property and the staff is very friendly. The grounds are clean as are the facilities. Just a few minutes drive to Oscoda and many sandy beaches. A set of train tracks line one side and trains do come through, some at night. But it’s cool to watch a big locomotive chug by in the dark. Didn’t bother us at all. The pool is kind of small and usually filled with kids. I’d stay here

The kids had a blast with the on site activities. They especially loved the mining activity. The employees were friendly and helpful. The campground is well maintained.

Was clean, all you need for an RV , full hookup, their bathroom/ shower area was maintained well. It was quiet and guests were nice. They have the quiet time rule that is great. I was lucky to find one spot - last minute I wish we could be somewhere in the the back with more tread so I can have my hammock installed. They give us one next to their entrance where all come in and out- slot 66

What a perfect place to stay on our, "Seeing Amerca", adventure. Food for thought, try to avoid putting long 5th wheel trailer in pads that drop down in front, make unhooking and hooking a little more difficult.

Friendly staff. Nice level spot. Everything you expect from a KOA. Please add grab bars to the showers and bathrooms. There weren't even bars in the handicap bath stall!

Friendly and secluded campground - fairly large sites, with trees. Well kept with areas for more quiet camping and other areas of activities for family. Very helpful and friendly staff. Only down side is it's right next to a railway route - but disturbance is minimal. Beaches, historical monuments, river activities nearby.

The camper next to us had 6 dogs always barking and a fence around the whole campsite. Paid for a deluxe site but had a car parked on grass right next to our site rules stated no parking on grass. Would have been great if rules in brochure were followed and enforced. Train came within feet of motor home very loud everything shook comes twice a day 9 30 pm and around 1130 pm Monday through Friday.

A consistently good campground. The only reason it is not "5 Stars" is because of the location next to the train tracks. I have stayed there 5 times now and will be back next year!

Bathrooms where clean, staff was friendly. Wood was wet(not suitable for burning-needed to “dry” out for another few months.

Very clean and well organized. Friendly, helpful people. Very peaceful setting. The only downside was the train that runs so close and blows the whistle at 10 pm and 11:30 pm every night. Nothing that the park can do about that. :-)

Hi I my dad has a seasonal site there 35 or 34 it's a great campground friendly owners great location fun playground and clean pool nice dog park and nice shady site I would come here everyday of the the year Please go to this campground

Fun camp for the family. The mining experience doesn't take long, but our son loved it. Very nice dog park area with some agility equipment. Our only complaint was the wood we purchased for a camp fire didn't burn well due to being too wet.
