From I-182: Take EXIT 7 at ROAD 100 & BROADMOOR BLVD, go south 1/4 mile, then turn left on Chapill Hill BLVD for 1 mile, then turn left on Saint Johns street for 1 block. Turn right at stop sign on ST. Thomas Drive and you have arrived at our park.

Water, sewer, cable Wi-Fi and TV are included in that price.
Background checks ARE required for anyone 18 and older that will be living in the park.
The restrooms, showers and laundry room are accessible 24 hours a day.
In the park we have two playgrounds for the kids and two dog parks. We have an indoor swimming pool and hot tub for your enjoyment as well.
We love dogs here, but we do have some breed restrictions as well.
No pick-up campers, School Buses or Conversions Buses allowed for extended stay.

We have many activities in our park, such as a basketball court, playgrounds, RC track (bring your own RC car and we have RC cars for sale in our general store), indoor swimming pool & hot tub, and other various yard games you can check out through the office. There two playgrounds and two dog parks here at our KOA.
Some sites are patio sites that have a propane fire ring, patio set and BBQ
