We enjoyed our first stay at this KOA and enjoyed our time extremely. The campground was clean, quite and hosts were extremely accommodating.

Very nice campground in the woods owners are in the in the process of putting more full hookup sites in . This place is a gem no highway noise new pool and young owners that are working hard to update and improve your camping experience. Thanks for the nice campground.

This is a beautiful park. We only stayed two nights, but it’s very impressive. It’s incredible clean and well taken care of. We were greeted by Joel, who took my us directly to our site and made sure everything was good. The staff we were able to meet were friendly and helpful. There is something to enjoy here for everyone. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The park is very well maintained and clean. And wow! What a location, in the midst of a National Forest. This was the perfect four day getaway with my wife. Thank you!

Small, quiet campground with lots to do. We stayed in one of the rental RVs. It was clean and well appointed. The host family is wonderful. They were fun, friendly, and very helpful.

The campground was very nice. The pool was clean and warm. The camp-store and staff were very helpful and friendly. We are used to a quiet time between 10pm and 8am in the KOA's that we have stayed in before. Since the weather was cool for sleeping we had our trailer windows open and were kept awake from the 'movie' showing at the pavilion which started late at 9:45 and went to almost midnight.

We really liked the Owners, Joel & Lydia, they were accommodating, warm and friendly, the campground is very beautiful! Lots of activities fir kids and adults!

Wonderful! Joel and Lydia do a great job - loved all of the activities - movies at night, ice cream social, great pool, wine tasting! This is also a beautiful part of the state - campground is located in Manistee National Forest - gorgeous - and Ludington State Park, which is close by, is also gorgeous - great hiking trails and water activities for summer. Loved it here, will definitely go again.

really enjoy the rustic atmosphere but yet still having the full hookup. we have stayed multiple times at this facility. the staff is always very pleasant and helpful. the events for both children and adults are great fun! look forward to visiting again.

We stayed this past week, we were there 3 nights. Campground is really nice, but the best part was the hospitality. Joel helped my husband with his hitch and getting the perfect set up for our camper. We had a great stay. Pool was nice. We would definitely return here for another stay!

This KOA has the place to be. It’s beautiful. The owners are very helpful with anything and everything. We decided to stay at the campground one day and not go exploring and we had so much fun. There was constantly something to do!

The hospitality at this KOA was the best we have ever had. From before we arrived until after we left we were kept informed and warmly greeted throughout our stay. I wish all of the KOA had hospitality like this one. Great place to stay tucked in a beautiful part of Michigan.

It was really nice, clean restrooms staff is really friendly and helpful this place is a gem most all KOA campers should spend some time there it is gourgous place to camp.

We had a wonderful. Campground is perfectly located to be quiet and off the beaten path, but it is also a stone's throw from some of the beautiful state/national parks and towns of western Michigan. The hosts were also wonderful. Great stay.

What they charge for camping cable should be included not everyone has a smarttvin there TV And it was a little hard to get to the campground needs to have better signing

Cabin had very thin wall so noisey neighbors were huge issue and whenever we needed anything I couldn't find anyone to help. We had an emergency and had to leave so I called and texted both numbers posted on the office and no one answered. Also the hot tub was disgusting and looked like it had never been washed. First bad KOA experience, will not be back

We absolutely love this KOA! The owners are out there working hard every day, and interacting with the customers. We were going to be seasonal at another KOA next year but we love this one and talking with the owners so much we are considering seasonal camping here. We love that it’s off the beaten path in the woods surrounded by trees and nature. There is so much to do on and off the campground

It was a rainy day so we stayed in one of your cabins. The cabin looked like it was brand new because it did not have any hooks to hang clothes or even a mirror to comb my hair. We have stayed in cabins before and they all had these items. Other cabins also had a refrigerator which is helpful for camping. Lastly, the bathrooms are a distance from the cabins. I highly recommend this KOA! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were very clean, and the cabin I rented was great. It was rustic enough to feel like I was camping, but it was also close enough to the bathroom. Thanks for making the weekend restful and enjoyable!

We had a great time at this well run KOA. The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive, and the campground has a lot to offer for guests. We were looking for nature and isolation and enjoyed the upper part of the campground with a site that bordered the national forest. We could go hiking directly from our site. In the middle we're some nice amenities like sites with patios, swings, and fire pits. Then the lower part of the campground was very well set for families with playground equipment, the pool, a jump pad, games, and even an outdoor screen where they did movie night with a bonfire. There was also a nice dog park where our pup could stretch her legs. Overall we enjoyed the variety offered at the campground, and the welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

We love camping here. We drive almost 4 hours to make it here, it is definitely worth every single penny spent. They are very affordable and attentive to your needs.
