We enjoyed our stay here at Ludingron KOA despite the rain all weekend. We were able to still enjoy the acticities and the clean pool! We also were very impressed by Lloyd and his outstanding work and service!!! He was a very helpful, personable, and friendly employee!!! Thank you so much!!!

First, let me say that after staying at the Traverse City KOA, which we rated a 5, we were grossly disappointed in this campground. The cost was $30 more a night with less amenities. We had no cable, the staff was less accommodating, and many of the activities cost additional money. In addition, the bugs were horrible. The only bright side was the cinnamon rolls on Saturday and Sunday morning.

Thank you kindly for your suggestions. We have many free activities as well as additional ones you can choose to take part in. We run activities Thur - Sun. 5-10 per day and keep the kidos busy. Our location does not lend to easy access to cabe or other luxuries but we know how to camp!

It would have been nice to have the weed mowed down on the site and across the campground. We understand it has been dry but there were tall weeds everywhere. The pool, pillow, and activities were great for the kids. We attempted to use the Wifi, but it wasn't always available, didn't even come up as a network even though my location didn't change.

We had an OK stay at this KOA. I have to say that we have been to other KOAs that were much better than this one. Ground maintenance was lacking. The dog run area was not mowed and the gate was not closable. We paid extra to have a fenced in dog run on our site. The run was very small and the gate had a very large gap that my small dog could walk right through.

Thank you kindly for your suggestions we are always working on improving and we will take this into consideration. Next time you might enjoy one of our large back in sites that gives you more access to the forest to take your dogs for walks.

Didn’t like double bunk beds. The pool was so wild the entire time. Very rowdy crowd. Wine tasting was nice. Cabin location was nice also. The pizza was so disgusting we couldn’t even eat it. It was the worst frozen pizza and was $14!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay it was fun and relaxing. The atmosphere was great. The kids didn't want to leave. Well who am I kidding my wife nd I didn't want to leave either. All the staff were amazing as well. Can't wait to come out there and enjoy camping there again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay with a great staff!! Clean facilities that are well kept. I really like the text for delivery of firewood and ice. Definitely plan on driving back up to stay again.

Nice park but 30 miles from Ludington. Took advantage of the extra day at half price offer.

Overall our stay was very pleasant! We were really hoping they’d have a volleyball court but they did not have one. The bathrooms were clean but my wife said all but one of the toilets were clogged in the ladies room. The nightly movie system needs to be upgraded because they only had 2 movie choices on their iPad. Overall I thought it was a good stay and I would probably consider staying again.

We loved the pool! Would come again- nice and secluded without being overly packed. We liked that new coming campers were put, when possible, with a space between campers.

We had a great time! The campground was beautiful and clean with the cabins imbedded in nature within the trees. The only complaint I have is that the wi-fi was terrible. I'm sure most people wouldn't complain about that while camping, but it was difficult to make check emails for work and stay in touch.

Wonderful. The grounds were pristine and the people/staff a pleasure. Not to mention, the cinnamon buns are AMAZING. We do a lot of camping & Luddington East is now top of our “must return” list.

Camp ground staff was supper involved with the guests and kids. Had some type of event going on all day. Clean grounds with a nice pool and facilities. KOAs like these are the reason we are loyalty members and choose KOA

Jumping pillow, pool, activities very nice. Rented RV-overpriced given issues we had. Water heater and gas were not turned on (discovered late-thankfully our friend helped us), rented linens incomplete, no bowls, no broom, vacuum was broken (dirt “holder” did not stay closed), pans unusable-Teflon was scratched off, unsafe. Staff very nice. Ok for only 2 nights, we wouldn’t have stayed longe

It was awesome! Staff was amazing and activities were nice. Just think the name is a little deceiving as ludington east. The drive to ludington took 35 minutes.

This is a wonderful secluded campground not far from downtown ludington. They have events throughout the day. You can’t ask for a better camping experience.

This campground is one of the best! We have been here twice and the pool party with the monster beach ball is the best! We took my nephew there for the first time this time and the big beach ball was the thing he was most excited about. After the pool party it’s all he talked about!!

The campground had lots of investment in improvements. People were nice & pool was clean. There were activities and we were texted notifications after they started so we missed them.. The campground being advertised as Ludington East was misleading as it is east of many other small towns & not near Ludington or the Lakeshore. To get there we had to bypass the road closed sign & it was surprising.

Thank you for staying! We are in 1.2 Million acres of the National Forest and you can enjoy many outdoor activities all around us. Hiking, biking, kayaking and much more. We hope you make it back and are able to get out and explore!

A very family friendly RV park! Also holds a handful of tent sites and several cabins. Great place to set up as a "base camp" for people day hiking with many trails within a two hour drive. SHOWERS ARE GREAT. If you don't mind small crowds and lots of happy kids, check it out!

Our family travels to all the KOAs and this one was the best one so far! We had so much fun with kids activities, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, and it was clean and updated. I would recommend to anyone and we will be back!

What an awesome hidden gem so close to Ludington! Dennis was such a great host, very personable and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. The guy working in the camp store was also super friendly and gave awesome local recommendations. Pool party was a blast and our kids can’t wait to go back.

Had a great memorial weekend. Staff was great, clean bathrooms. Spacious sites. Will definitely be baçk. lots of activities for the kids and adults and the cinnamon rolls were delicious.

Was a great time, the camp ground is clean and well maintained. The host and staff were friendly and kind. Everyone went out of there way to make us feel welcome. Already booked sights for next year, looking forward to going there again. The cinnamon rolls were very delicious

This is an awesome little KOA, beautifully maintained and very entertaining for all 4 of our children, (which isn't easy with two 6 and two 14 year olds lol). Staff was super friendly and helpful, we even met the owner Joel, who stopped to compliment our campsite and made us feel even more welcome! You can tell he loves what he does, and his passion shows in his park, definitely worth the drive!!

We had a great time at this well run KOA. The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive, and the campground has a lot to offer for guests. We were looking for nature and isolation and enjoyed the upper part of the campground with a site that bordered the national forest. We could go hiking directly from our site. In the middle we're some nice amenities like sites with patios, swings, and fire pits. Then the lower part of the campground was very well set for families with playground equipment, the pool, a jump pad, games, and even an outdoor screen where they did movie night with a bonfire. There was also a nice dog park where our pup could stretch her legs. Overall we enjoyed the variety offered at the campground, and the welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

We love camping here. We drive almost 4 hours to make it here, it is definitely worth every single penny spent. They are very affordable and attentive to your needs.
