It was awesome. There was always an employee on a golf cart driving around the park. We watched them do everything from taking a gentleman's trash to the dumpster to putting trainng wheels on a little girls bike. They always asked if we needed anything. You could get cinnamon rolls delivered to your campsite in the mornings. It was just a really nice experience. Also, best shower head EVER!

We had a wonderful time camping at the Ludington East Pere Marquette KOA. Joel and Lydia where kind, friendly, and very helpful on making our camping experience there the best possible. And this showed up in everyone who was on staff during our stay. Kim and Steve along with others working there have a gift of hospitality. Beautiful facilities and extremely family centered campsite. Thanks !!

The stay was amazing, the kids had an amazing time, plenty of things to keep them busy. Very clean amenities and a very kind staff. Will be booking again!

The kids love the playground and jump pillow. We were disappointed that there were so many campers crowded around our site this year that we had absolutely no privacy. (site 029). We used to love this spot because it's close to all amenities. But now that there were so many packed in there I don't know if I would camp in that section again. We have a billing problem and no one ever answered us.

Next time you come give our extra large back in sites a try. There is lots of extra room with fun options of Deluxe Sites with swings or back up to the vast national forest. You will love them

The campground staff were outstanding. Everyone asked if we needed anything, if there was anything they could do for us. The restrooms and showers were very clean, The entire campground was well maintained. We had a peaceful stay.

This is a very nice KOA deep in the woods. Nice and quiet. Very sandy, but that is the norm for the area. Steve was very helpful, even loaning us a hose for water hook-up.

The campground was clean and quiet. Information about the detour would have been useful so we could have avoided 15 miles of dirt road. They appear to be making upgrades throughout the property to allow for more/improved camping. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We came to deliver and assemble some futons, then stayed through the week end. We enjoyed our time there very much, just nice to get a bit of time away! Thank- you for the opportunity.

Beautiful park tucked away in the forest. Store nicely stocked and the service was awesome. I should have gotten the guy working the counter name. He was so welcoming and helpful. The park is clean and nice size lots. Only downside, absolutely no TV & only one talk radio station. Bring plenty of CD’s & DVD’s or enjoy their nice fire pits!

Although they just opened for the season 2 weeks ago the campground show little maintenance or cleanup from 2020. The grassy areas at our sites were unmowed 6-8 high weeds/grass. The dog run was left a mess and had a broken section the dog could jump thru and leaves piled from last year. Like going to a restaurant at opening & seated at dirty tables and carpet from yesterday. Disappointed.

Thank you kindly for your comments and we will be working hard to get the grounds ready earlier. Many of our sites like yours back into the Vast National Forest and embrace the wilderness around. Come on back and try one of our landscaped pull throughs as this may be more what you are looking for.

Pulled in around noon after a week on the road wandering. Decided I wanted some comfort so I chose the Sanibel fifth wheel threw in 4 bundles of wood �� and rested for 2 days. Camp was nice can't wait until May 14th & 15th Reservation already made. Meet me there

Thanks for the free upgrade. The stamped concrete pad, tables and Adirondack chairs were a very nice touch. Great place for access to ORV trails.

It is clear that the owner/manager of this KOA takes great pride and energy to maintain and improve this KOA. We loved the rustic cabin which we rented to have our thanksgiving in a socially distanced way. Our son rented the rustic cabin next to us. We brought a microwave to heat out leftover thanksgiving meal that we have prepared the sunday before our stay on thanksgiving day!

Very nice cabins and layout in the woods. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only rough spot were bathrooms are cold in November ... but hey, it’s Michigan.

The whole weekend was great! It was very relaxing and quiet, but still with plenty of fun things for the kids to do. We went after the local season had ended, yet everyone was still accommodating and made the weekend so nice. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time! The owners were very friendly and laid back. Our propane ran out during our stay and they very promptly helped us with getting it refilled. We will return again.

We LOVE camping here! It's the only place we've camped in the last 3 or 4 years. The staff are so friendly and accommodating it feels alot like family.

We have a great time every time we’re there. The campground always has a lot to do and kept very clean. The staff and owners are always very friendly and attentive, check it out you won’t regret it!

We had a great time at this well run KOA. The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive, and the campground has a lot to offer for guests. We were looking for nature and isolation and enjoyed the upper part of the campground with a site that bordered the national forest. We could go hiking directly from our site. In the middle we're some nice amenities like sites with patios, swings, and fire pits. Then the lower part of the campground was very well set for families with playground equipment, the pool, a jump pad, games, and even an outdoor screen where they did movie night with a bonfire. There was also a nice dog park where our pup could stretch her legs. Overall we enjoyed the variety offered at the campground, and the welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

We love camping here. We drive almost 4 hours to make it here, it is definitely worth every single penny spent. They are very affordable and attentive to your needs.
