There was no concern for Covid 19. The young girl in the office was not wearing a mask, and she told my husband that she had been told that she didn’t need to wear one. Our campsite looked okay at first glance, but I ended up picking up 100s of small bits of trash. My granddaughter was thrown off her bike when she caught a light cord left behind while riding her bike. Bloody mouth and sore jaw

We had a great stay! Our girls had the best time with all the activities available throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

We had changed our camping plans at the last minute to stay at Ludington East, we were very pleased with our decision. We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying 2 nights. The camp was well taken care of (Newly open as of 7/4/20) and in great condition. I met the owner Joel and along with his staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Great camping and will be back!

Check in was easy, didn’t even have to go Into the office. I wished there had been some type of cable TV or if the over-the-air channels would have been better to at least watch some news. Pool was nice and wasn’t too busy.

This was the first time we stayed at a KOA. We very much enjoyed our stay and our site. When we originally booked, we couldn’t get a site next to our other family members who we would be camping with. On our way there the KOA called and asked if we would want to be together and have sites awning to awning. It was great and couldn’t have worked out better. I wished more activities during the we

Kids absolutely loved the pool party and bubble activity. Just a nice family sized park tucked away in the woods. Hosts were absolutely awesome, both attentive and personal. Large sites in their new expansion area. Greatly enjoyed our visi!

We enjoyed our stay! We would stay again and recommend it!!! There were a lot of fun things going on, it was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful!!!! The things I didn’t like were that staff did not wear masks, and guests were not required to. This was not a big deal for us however, it just meant that we distanced, avoided people and we didn’t participate in any of the activities.

camp ground has some great updates to it and very clean. Owners are very personable and dedicated to insuring your time spent is well worth it. Great staff! We will be back for sure!

10 stars all the way. From check-in to check-out KOA staff went above and beyond, to stopping by to see how we were doing, delivering wood to us, just all around great hospitality. So many activities for the kids and adults all day long. Something for everyone. Will stay here again and several times over.

This was our second time at this KOA and just like the first time, it was awesome! The only difference is this time we had a group of 5 families that came with us. The owners are great. Starting with our escort to our site, to delivering fire wood to the easy contactless check in. Loved the pool party and movie night! All the kids had a blast! By the way, Mouse and Bob were big hits!

We liked this KOA very much. The sites are nice and long, but rather narrow. Upon arrival, we did not receive any literature about the campground We also had to remind the clerk to bring our firewood as she was delivering to our neighbors (who arrived a day after we arrived).

Staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful site. The night sky was so beautiful, the Milky Way was so bright. Two things that were disappointments: (1) the site was not a clean as I would have wished; (2) the firewood was impossible to get lit and stay burning. I used two packages of fire sticks the first night and two nice fire starters the second night. The wood refused to hold a fire.

Our first family camping trip was a blast. Between the little kid friendly pool, and the jumping blob my kids had the best time.

Camp ground is great, however, it is WAY overpriced!

Great vacation spot. Wish social distancing policies were practiced at the campground but we were able to manage ourselves.

Great place for kids!!! Tons of activities, everyone was friendly. The bounce tramp was awesome! Pools beautiful. Our only complaint was flexibility bc we needed to change dates and we not allowed so we lost $85.00

Nice campground with lots of activities for the kids. Some sites small and out site #110, was super small and I was not happy with it at all. Could not get more than 4 people around the fire pit without being in the road or next campsites parking spot. Would have to pick a different spot if we go again. Also, need better Wi-Fi.

Beautiful Campground! The owners and staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The restrooms were cleaned regularly, the store nicely stocked. I would highly recommend this KOA.

Positives were the friendly staff, texting by staff as to activities, and the site size was nice. Negatives were the location (not really Ludington), no WiFi available in our section and the bathrooms need updating and modernization.

We had a great stay. Very friendly owners/hosts. Joel took great care of us and made sure we could connect our trailer to power and sewer. Loved that they had so many family friendly activities. We didn’t participate this time because the kids weren’t with us but we will next time we come.

The owners are very helpful and friendly, however, the cost for our full hook-up site was way too high for what it was. We have stayed in campgrounds before and since that have beautiful, level sites with cement pads and cable TV for less than we paid nightly at this campground. Our site was not at all level, mostly sharp rocks and sand. There were some nicer spots there, but ours was new.

Our rates include activities, use of our jump pad and pool (some KOA's charge for armbands, etc) Our new sites are still a work in progress as stated in the description. We enjoyed the campground and the staff was friendly and helpful. Two things to improve: 1) We booked this site partially because of the advertised WiFi connection, which we needed periodically for work. It was a bad connection. 2) Staff did not wear masks despite the state requirement, even in enclosed areas.

We are continuously working on finding a new internet provider which proves difficult out in the middle of the forest. We also offer a text to check-in service and also texting for anything for purchase in our camp store; therefore, campers are not required to come into the camp store. Thank you!

We had a great time at this well run KOA. The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive, and the campground has a lot to offer for guests. We were looking for nature and isolation and enjoyed the upper part of the campground with a site that bordered the national forest. We could go hiking directly from our site. In the middle we're some nice amenities like sites with patios, swings, and fire pits. Then the lower part of the campground was very well set for families with playground equipment, the pool, a jump pad, games, and even an outdoor screen where they did movie night with a bonfire. There was also a nice dog park where our pup could stretch her legs. Overall we enjoyed the variety offered at the campground, and the welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

We love camping here. We drive almost 4 hours to make it here, it is definitely worth every single penny spent. They are very affordable and attentive to your needs.
