I am never disappointed with any Koa that I stay at. They take pride in their facility and they always look beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful. Quite time was right on and trail was clean and neat.

The KOA is wonderful and very clean. We had one of the beautiful patio sites. Our only concern that is not controlled by the KOA is the extremely narrow roads leading to the campground and all around that area. I think those are horse trails and not roads.

great campground, very well maintained. Staff was very helpful. But The directions for big rigs, (and 5th wheels) is not helpful. The road we came in on was very narrow, especially where the stone bridge is. A separate big rig direction and alert would be helpful. You have the information of who is driving or towing when the reservations are made

When arriving and being shown to our campsite the picnic table was overturned and in the middle of our parking spot. The workers response after we got out to move the table oh do you want me to help as she drove away. Roads are really narrow should be one way. When we left we had to back up the road because they were showing some else to their camp spot.

Stayed at the "glamping" safari tent and it was truly excellent. Optimal setup, comfortable, well isolated, clean and organized...luxury in the wilderness. Staff at the KOA were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Camp store was really well stocked and amenities were great.

Nice friendly staff. For $70 a night we expected more than a muddy grass site. Having a pool and kids activities doesn't justify the cost. Liked the easy access to Longwood Gardens but not the narrow lanes getting to and from the campground.

6 night stay at this beautiful, peaceful campground. Rainy week with severe thunderstorms so wasn’t able to take advantage of all camp amenities. Staff friendly and helpful, fully equipped camp store. Drive to campground wasn’t an issue if camp directions were followed. Our 32’6” motor home pulling a toad had no problems. Internet spotty during the weekend. Large clean pool. Enjoy

Been staying there for years, great place everything is awesome. I miss the awesome coffee station that used to be there. A family restroom would be awesome if you could build one. Other than that we will see ya in August. Lol, and I brought my neighbors up and you got 3 new families hooked of how awesome your place is!

It was an average spot to park the rv while we visited the area. The location is great. A bit hard to get to but very nice part of philly. Nice amenities at the park

Overall a nice place despite rain on Friday the 11th. The men’s bathroom and shower by the office was not particularly clean with toilet paper on the floor and mud in one of showers which is more a reflection of disrespect by certain campers. Close to home so makes it easy for a quick trip. Some staff were not as friendly as they have been in the past. Prices seem to have increased so that was a little annoying but what can you do in these times. Roads have ruts due to the rain which has always been an issue. They should pave the roads.

One of our favorite KOA's in PA, very clean, staff always pleasant & helpful, sites are a nice distance apart for privacy in your space. Although this past weekend the very large group that was there the children were disrespectful & the life guard had a hard time keeping them at bay, which made pool area not so pleasant.

This review is for big rigs (our rig is a Prevost): the way in to this KOA as outlined on their website is Dangerous! We lost our antena & sustained other damage from trees. The last bridge & s curve before the KOA, we were side swiped by a car. (all of this using their directions which stated "do not use GPS directions"). Poor grading moved Rig 5x in site to get somewhat level. Staff very nice.

Best Koa we have ever stayed in. Registration staff friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Matt went out of his way to accommodate us . We loved it so much we extended our stay. We will be back!!!!!

Great campground with lots to do! Unfortunately, our neighbors were noisy both at night and in the early morning which made our stay less enjoyable.

Awesome customer service. I love how they escort you to your site. The Pool is clean and the lifeguard is very friendly and she was very attentive and walked around the pool frequently to ensure the children were safe in and around the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and we booked 2 more trips this summer.

Stayed in the deluxe site right behind the office. Everything was great. Signs up about wearing a mask. Not really sure what the point of wearing ones is when you walk in and get yelled at for not wearing a mask when everyone behind the desk wasn’t wearing a mask. Hopefully the next time I come back the masks won’t be so relevant

This was our second visit to your location. Everything went well and was a great experience, just like the first time. The only negatives we have found are the restrooms. The women's room, the water hardly comes out of the faucets. Closing the bathroom for an entire hour was frustrating. It could be maintained throughout the day. Also, the pool should be open for adults at certain hours like 6-8

Beautiful campground with great facilities! Everyone was very friendly. WiFi was a bit weak...need some boosters or upgrade the data plan. The bathhouse and showers were great as well (nice water pressure). We'll be back next time were in Chester County!

Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Restrooms / bathhouse are clean and nicely tiled. The site was level enough with convenient hookups. My onlyssuggestion for improvement would be to level out the drive right after the end of the pavement. It really ROCKED our coach.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
