Wished the General store was open earlier than 9a. Thought the slips were assigned to groups too close together. There were many open tenting slips on the other side with no one in them, which made it cramped. Put directional arrows on the campsite number signs to point guest to the exact spot they need to setup. Two parties around us got confused by the numbering and setup in the wrong slip

Our campsite was cozy and covered by trees. Very private which we love. It was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were able to book a cabin even though it was a last minute weekend get away, staff was very friendly on the phone as well as in person. The campgrounds were very clean as well as the bathrooms. I love that there were organized activities for the children, it made their stay extra exciting! Our family had a wonderful time, it was hard to leave

The campground itself was pretty. The staff was very nice. The roads leading to the campground are very dark, curvy, and narrow. The GPS directions are not right. The entrance to the campground needs to be labeled better or you could possibly turn onto the railroad tracks. My RV spot was terrible, up on a hill and basically all dirt... No gravel. They had propane so that was a plus! Bit disappoint

We initially had an issue with the outlet pedestal at the campsite, it would trip anytime we used more than our AC unit. We called the front desk and they sent someone to replace the breaker switch. Within 30min, everything worked perfectly! The only other issue we had was that our site was very unlevel. Our picnic table/fire ring were on a hill. Wouldn’t want that site the next time.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful deluxe cabin. I had a great time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot water ran out very quickly & wasn’t enough for a shower but besides that I really enjoyed my stay! Will be back for sure !

Small clean campground. Pull thru site not very level. Construction next to my site all week starting at 7:30 in morning. Campers next to me had barking dog hours at a time. They had a tiny camper with a large tent enclosure in a pull thru site??

My husband and I stayed in a Deluxe Cabin for two nights. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Kudos to Doreen, who helped when we locked ourselves out of the cabin early Sat. morning, before the store was opening. She was coming in early when I saw her, while standing in my pajamas. I pulled the door shut and everything was inside. The mattress was the best one we ever had.

Your campground is always very nice. My wife and I took notice to all the improvements. It is one of our favorite campgrounds to stay.

The staff was very helpfull. More staff than I have ever see at any other camp ground. Alee very friendly. The site were nice . play ground was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay staff very friendly and helpful. Campground close to downtown Philadelphia. The sites were nice and clean . My husband went fishing caught a few fish. Only negative about the campground is the drive to get there , roads were to small very hilly just a little scary at some of the curves.

This was our first time out with our travel trailer.....it was good...we are learning all the in's and out's . The campsite was great,very clean,nice employees...we will be returning.

Friendly staff. Our back in site was pretty private and decently leveled. We enjoyed the fenced dog area and the short little hike down the stream. While it is an hour away from Philly. It's still a good location to visit the Hagley Museum, Winterthur, the Longwood gardens, and even Lancaster.

Owners, staff and administrative people were very friendly, prompt in responding and serving the needs and interests that I presented. The neighborhood was very pleasant, surprising and delightful.

The owners were very nice. The restrooms and the whole campsite was clean and the workers were on top on everything. Would go back again and again. Can’t wait for our next trip back. Our site number 30 was very level. See you all soon

The staff could not have been more welcoming. The site was clean, level and had a beautiful view of the Brandywine river and the pastures beyond. It was only a one night rest stop on our way home, but would definitely come back.

Our stay was fine. It was our first KOA stay. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The campground was convenient for our visit to Longwood Gardens.

This was my, and my vehicles, maiden voyage - so much to learn. My "neighbors" and staff taught me a lot about the do's/don'ts on what I need to know about KOA life...it was great. I would state that your no day guests policy in Covid needs to be called out in larger print, as I may have broken that rule. My friends wanted to come and check out the RV in its natural habitat - my apologies!

Wonderful weekend getaway with the kids at Philadelphia/West Chester KOA. Our reservation from April 2020 was cancelled due to COVID but we were able to book a fantastic site for this past weekend. While most of the amenities were still closed, we still had a very enjoyable stay. Probably a 5-star stay when all of the various amenities are available.

The people were racist ... and yes we are a black family ! It wasn’t nothing to do at all and the beds were very hard I had a headache every morning it’s was just a terrible experience I will not be coming back and especially after they screamed at my kids when they came to the store wow

Your comments are always welcome, however, when urine is found in a waste basket we feel violated. I am not sure where racism falls in that senario. You are always welcome back as we expect the same respect.

We enjoyed visiting the various DuPont estates and our stay at the West Chester KOA. We would have liked a site with a bit more space/privacy. I would be interested in a section in which campers didn’t leave their outside lights on all night. Over all our stay was good. The owners (or staff) were friendly and helpful. The intake person showed us where our site was and that was it. We had to find where the showers and the laundry were located. One of the other campers told us about the trash. We left it on our lot and it was picked up daily. There was dog poop in the dog park. Had six dryers in the laundry room and only two worked.

Thank you for your comments. We strive to please, however, when other campers are not respectful (dog poop not picked up) we are not always able to notice and clean things up quickly.

This was our first visit to this KOA. We enjoyed our trip here and we will probably return later in the summer since we live close by. We did not pick our site when we registered this time but now that we know the layout of the campground, we will pick our site the next time that we come to this KOA.

Tiny sites. Not level at all. Decent WiFi. I am at a loss why KOA states on the sites that’s said facility has amenities that they do not have. There was no jump pad for the kids. This is one thing we look for when we park. Keeps the family active. The plus side is that they have an amazing playground.

We apologize for the jump pad. We have experienced a very hard time recruiting employees this year and we have been striving to get everything complete and open, however, we are not perfect. We hope to see you again.

Great front desk reception. Help with directions a real plus! Sites are level and kept clean and neat. Bathroom clean and beautiful landscaping!

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
