Located in a beautiful area and close to restaurants and Longwood Gardens. The Camp is well maintained. The Staff is efficient & friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Very nice and clean campground. Sites are very tight. Plan to return and camp down on the riverfront area next time. Only complaint was the bathroom in the main camping area was closed but understandable with current COVID restrictions.

We had a very nice stay. The campground is great for small children. The playground equipment looked brand new, there was mini golf, gem mining and ice cream at the store. We also enjoyed the little nature trail. Our cabin was cozy, clean and had everything we needed (except creamer/sugar to go with provided k-cups). We’ll be back soon!

The campground was almost empty when we arrived, the spot they put us in was terrible. I have called weeks in advance for a reservation.The spot was not wide enough for us to even put our awning out and the steps were up against a wall. During our stay the water was turned off because of a leak in the campsite above us, we were never given notice. Would not recommend!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We appreciate your comments, however, we were already working on the water when you arrived and the water leak was fixed within and hours timeframe. In addition, you chose the campsite with an internet reservation and we did offer other options which you declined.

When we drove up to Philadelphia/West Chester KOA we knew immediately this would be an awesome stay. Festively decorated for the season, colors were abundant. The office is inviting and we were greeted by Matt who was most accommodating to our every need. Matt made sure that everything was comfortable for us and after exploring the beautiful grounds before we settled for the evening.

Our first time here, we really enjoyed the weekend stay starting 10/16 Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially the staff. We did not know it was Halloween Weekend or we would have brought Halloween candy to give to the tricker treaters! We would definitely come back again!

This was our fourth consecutive October camping weekend at the Philadelphia/West Chester KOA. The owners and staff have yet to disappoint. We especially liked how the concert, usually help indoors at night, was moved outdoors during the afternoon. It gave the kids a great activity before trick or treating. Keep up the excellent job!

We have come almost every year for over ten years and love it every time. And, while I know you moved the concert to the afternoon for COVID reasons, our group all agreed that we preferred the loved the outside, afternoon concert! It made the whole thing more relaxing and allowed the time to enjoy another campfire following trick or treating on Saturday night. We vote to keep it that way:)

It was a wonderful fall weekend there! The activities were well run and the new playground was approved by the kids.

We stayed at this KOA on three different occasions this season. The campground and all its facilities are incredibly clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

The campground is gorgeous but most of the sites are uneven. We had to use leveling blocks on our picnic table to be able to cook without spilling everywhere. We weren't told the rules for long term stay and were pretty embarrassed when (after being there three weeks) we were told that we weren't allowed to have our patio furniture there. Watch out for the staff on golf carts, they go fast.

Cabin matress was worn out or nearly. Also cabin had odor al weekend. Sites too close together. Nice staff & we would stay again as it's a good proximity to Wesrchester.

We loved the campground. The only issue were with the campers next to us. They continually smoked marijuana. I am not joking when we say they did this every 30-60 minutes. Some of the smaller kids were crying because of the smell and many of us were getting headaches. We complained to the office but nothing changed. In my opinion, they should have been kicked out.

Lovely tent spot along Brandywine Creek. Appreciated the electricity and water. Absolutely no enforcement of quiet hours. Thought there would be more bathroom and shower stalls, considering the number of sites.

We stayed in the Glamping Safari Tents. They were incredible and being able to book both of them with friends made for the perfect getaway. They were located in a private wooded area which was great.

Shower did not work. Something was broken in the rain head and it sprayed water all over the rest of the tent. Had to use the hand sprayer which worked but not ideal. The dogs that were near by were allowed to bark uncontrollably beginning at 6:30am. Very inconsiderate of the other campers and no one applied the same noise rules in the morning that they do at night. Wouldn’t come back bc th

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
