We enjoyed our stay and will be back for future camping. We would like to recommend there be a privacy fence put in at the parking area near cabin 11. This would give privacy and block cars headlights from the campsite. Our only complaint was the constant car headlights beaming into our campsite from cars entering the campground and parking near Cabin 11.

Loved it here! Even though all sites were full, it was quiet. Staff super friendly! Only thing I didn't like, was that we were right across from the second bath house but closed due to covid and didn't want cleaning staff overwhelmed, it was a pain to go all the way to the other end of the camp site for bathroom/bath house.

You campground is lovely, clean, fun activities, and entertainment. Everything was really great except for spot #8. It was so small we couldn’t open our outdoor rug all the way and I was right by our neighbor s sewage hook up- gross. Even with our small Camper, 24 ft, and no car it was too small. It was also very uneven. It would be better to make it one big spot rather than squeeze one more spo

We were very happy with site 82. It was our first time in a KOA Deluxe patio site. We read all of the reviews beforehand and followed the directions to get to the campground. I don't know what classifies a rig as a "Big Rig" but we had no issues getting to and into the campground. F250 and a Grand Design 312BHTS travel trailer. We departed the campground by turning left and had no issues.

The staff where friendly and the area was nice liked all the activities that is available even during the Fall season and Covid 19. Only issue would be lack of multiple restrooms. The first time useing restrooms not knowing the drain was clogged it backed up on me which was not an enjoyable moment. Multiple restrooms could solve that problem.

Staff was to a person very friendly and responsive. We had a problem with our cabin (heater malfunction) and they responded quickly and thoroughly. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable and the campgrounds were well maintained. Proper precautions were in place for COVID and were followed very well.

Very clean and enjoyed the campground. Very disappointed in how unlevel the sites are. We stayed at 51 and it took a lot of effort and moving to get the right spot with where the campfire ring is vs the electric and a big dip in the site. It did work out after many tries and possibly almost a domestic but it worked. Enjoyed how due to Covid they still had the scavenger hunt and Craft. Kids ��

It exceeded our expectations by far! Exactly what I was looking for for a weekend getaway. Posted one picture of the cabin and received so many inquiries. We’ll be back.

staff was very nice in relocating a difficult site to a better location It was extremely appreciated and enjoyed better for me and my furry family. Will plan on visiting again, but this time will ask for certain/specific sites that will be more suitible initially, that I have checked out Thank you again for the change.

We didn’t stay long enough to firm an opinion on the campground. But getting to and from the campground the roads were not suitable for a motorhome.

We loved our cabin and the closeness to the Brandywine Creek if you want to canoe or fish. The ice cream cone bar in the store was amazing!!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well maintained. Very quiet day and at night. Only problem we had was we were parked under a needed light during the night. They tried to accommodate us by making a location change but it was not possible.

Besides the muddy conditions from all the rain, we had a good time. We stayed down by the river where it is hard to find any grass. Loved the scenic river views, but the mud was a bit much. All the people we met were so friendly and willing to help out novices like us. We look forward to returning.

Cabin was VERY clean & exactly as described. We loved that it's a family place- we felt welcomed. Campsites weren't as private or nature-y as we had hoped- all RV spots were just open space w/ no trees/shrubs to give any privacy/sense of being in nature. Also there was a LOT of noise coming from the tent area, luckily we were in a quiet little nook but we would have been upset if we were near them

We had a wonderful stay at KOA Wester Chester this past weekend. I would recommend more cleaning of the bathrooms throughout the day--it was rainy on Saturday and the bathrooms were muddy and gross even on Sunday morning, especially considering we're in the middle of a pandemic I would have expected the bathrooms to be cleaned more often.Otherwise our cabin was great & the playground was awesome!

It just doesn’t come close to any of the other KOA we’ve visited. The location, being that everything is basically on a hill, is a pain. No grills. Very small campground and not much to do. When my daughter took my son, who is only 8, down to the store, she was told “Get a mask on him”. Very rude. I won’t be back.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
