The camp ground was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will not stay there again until the bridge on route 162 is repaired. It is just too much of a inconvenience on the back roads. Most of all when towing a trailer.

I could see huge amounts of upgrades since 2019-so great job! The bathrooms were the disappointing part. Out of paper towels, toilets not functioning correctly, long lines at the girls bathroom due to only 3 stalls, air drier hard to get to turn on and tricky automation sinks. But the paving and such was nice!

This would get 5 star if not for two major things, We stayed at a deluxe cabin and the toilet seat broke early on our second day which we mentioned shortly after and it wasn’t addressed. My wife was pretty uncomfortable with the state of the ladies restroom in the main area. There was a hole in the wall filled with paper and was just generally unkept. We’ve stayed a few times without issues

This is our third time at Holiday KOA and they are consistently great. Grounds are in excellent condition, especially considering we stay in the fall, towards the end of their season, staff is wonderful, and the cabins are always well equipped and immaculate. Thanks.

I really enjoyed the Phila/West Chester KOA for the Smores and Meeples event. The camping cabins were basic but clean and well-built with more than adequate mattresses for "roughing it". The bathroom sinks were the only small issue. They operate on a sensor and were pretty tricky and sometimes had pretty low flow/pressure. Otherwise, a great place to stay that I would definitely return to.

Great visit, great facility. Main bathrooms could use a refresh, but otherwise, we had an excellent visit as part of Smores and Meeples.

We only stayed for a single night and were out early in the morning, but the staff was very friendly and helpful! Great experience!

We stayed on #82 patio premium campsite. Very nice! The only negative comment would be regarding the few permanent sites as soon as you enter the campgrounds. They are not very neatly kept or appealing.

Very neat and clean facility. Spots were good, ours was not level, but we made it work. People were nice, a d this spot is remote and peaceful.

Quiet clean campground. The Brandywine creek on the grounds is beautiful. We took a walk along the nature trail with our pups, and had such a nice stay overall. Not far from towns with fun things to do and see. We'll be back.

Great place to get away from the city but not too far if you want to get back. I like the river in the back throw a line and let the day go bye

It was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was attractive, comfortable, and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and there were fun activities available. If I were to be really picky there would be a couple of things I would like to see added like a screen door and some hooks in the bedroom and bathroom but that's it. Thank you very much to everyone there!

My family and I had a great time. The place was very clean. The activities were great and living in nature was refreshing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This trip was well worth the money. We will return next year for several of our outings.

We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of each and every staff member we came across! The amenities were very nice and we had a great weekend tent camping trip with our cousins! Thanks KOA!

We used this KOA as a staging point to spend 4 days in Philadelphia. Each day we would catch the train into town, and come back in the evening. Really enjoyed the campground and the people who work there. The drive to get there was a little tougher than usual because flooding from hurricane Ida washed out a bridge on the normal route. But the KOA provided good instructions to get us there.

When we arrived close to closing time, the staff were very kind and attentive. The gentleman even spent another 20 minutes explaining directions on how to get 2 our destination the following day. Not once did he act if he were being inconvenienced.

everything was great except when I got there, someone had removed me from the site I chose over a month ago (site 121) The 2 nice ladies at the desk could see I was booked for 121 but then someone went in and allowed other campers onto that site forcing me to move

The site we used was water/sewer. All of those in a row were mostly dirt, or mud when wet. Some gravel and sod would greatly improve the camping experience there.

Bought my first camper and wanted to go somewhere close to home on first trip so we chose KOA which is about 20 minutes from our house. Couldn't have been any happier with the way it turned out. It was clean and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back

Great park it’s just really far from everything. Also has some major misquote issues due to the Hurricane Ida rains and flooding.

I thought the scenery was beautiful. Just the spot we were given was super muddy, in an awkward spot on a hill, and really close to other pop up campers. There was really no place to sit outside at our site because of the hill we were on. I think for our 30ft motorhome, we should have been placed somewhere else. I think the spot was for smaller campers. Additionally, the mosquitos were terrible.

Beautiful area. Very nice pool and lodge. Hosts are friendly. We had a patio site which was very nice and clean, other sites are very close together. My reason for giving 3 stars is the bathrooms/showers were filthy.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
