Unfortunately we wish the pool could’ve been open along with the jump pad. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice campground. We only stayed one night and didn't use any of the amenities. For some reason the cable tv reception was awful fuzzy. The only other thing i thought could have been done better was cleaning the restrooms and showers after checkout time.

I am sure that the tent sites that are along the river are much nicer, but I was in site 5, behind the pool and it was the least relaxing experience ever. It was on a hill, the size of a postage stamp, and directly next to the sites on either side. The site next to us was also extremely loud and disruptive till 3am. Camp staff didn't do anything about it.

Campground is clean, staff was pleasant & polite. However- thankful we had a patio site, so our tenting friends had a nice, level, away from neighbors place to be. We also felt that the quiet hours of 11-8 (or 7 as posted in some areas) are late.

By far the best KOA I've stayed at to date. Rebecca at the front desk, and Bill from Maintenance are both outstanding employees, their happiness was truly contagious and made our stay wonderful. I will be back again because of them as well as all you have to offer at your incredible site. Thank you!

Our stay was great. Pool and playground were great for the kids. We stayed in a Kabin and there was plenty of space to sleep and store food and other necessities. Door creaked a lot which woke the kids a few times, but otherwise, no problems.

Had a great time at West Chester KOA! The camp ground is well maintained and all the facilities were clean and up-to-date. Would love to come back again to trying canoeing (they were all unfortunately rented out when we tried to go). Had a great view of Brandywine Creek, as our tent site was situated right along the water. Would definitely come back!

This campground is great. BUT, our last stay was this weekend 7/30 to 8/1, was not the greatest. Our neighbors in the lot beside us, were fighting all weekend and being loud about it. When I stated my displeasure about them and I wasn't happy with our stay, they just apologized and didn't offer a discount or refund. Wasnt to happy with the customer service satisfaction.

I stayed there for a weekend with my group. Even though my cabin rental was cancelled due to some plumbing issues, they provided me a complimentary free tent site next to my group. We loved our stay there. The place is amazing and it has so many amenities that we did not have to go out during our stay. The kayaking in the creek was the best part. Great friendly staff. I would definitely stay again

Great campground. Peaceful, quiet, friendly staff, and a lot of amenities. Loved text communication on what was happening/events at the campground. One suggestion would be to send directions to campers on the best way to get there as it is a bit off the beaten track and the roads/bridge (162) over the West Branch Brandywine Creek east of the campground are definitely not trailer/big rig friendly.

Wasn't there much, it was clean and roomy The bathroom and showers were also clean friendly people that are knowledgeable about the area

Outstanding ! After traveling from Nevada to Pennsylvania and staying at several campsites, we were happy to have stayed at this site. Friendly, clean and well maintained. We plan on returning frequently and have recommended this site already to family and friends. One of the nicest places we have visited.

The KOA was very nice and the staff were friendly. Thank you Rebecca. Rick is their tour director and he gave us wonderful help with tour, parking, and driving to and from Philadelphia historical areas. The laundry was great and clean.

We had an amazing time. Our students loved the outdoor experiences and some even learned to swim. We will definitely be back!

Rebecca was very helpful to us. Rick was outstanding in giving us guides, maps, and information on Philadelphia ( historic sites, parking, eating. Thank you Rick ). Laundry was excellent.

Very nice KOA. While the campsites are closed together, they still have some privacy. Probably the nicest pool of any KOA we've been to. We would definitely stay there again.

Roads a bit tricky to get into the campground. Some sites were close together. Sites at the back area didn’t have much in the way of shade. Cable wasn’t great. Really nice store and pool looked nice. Pretty hilly campground. WiFi was okay - we weren’t able to stream our tv service. They had kayaks for rent that looked really nice.

The staff was some of the best I have ever dealt with, very friendly. The negatives I have I know are really out of your control. The roads coming to the campground are terribly inadequate for campers. The campground itself is on a hill which really does not make it enjoyable to get around and the backin sites are extremely close together.

My only complaint was that the place is extremely hilly. The back in site I had was on a hill that had no room on either side to walk around the camper.

Well I loved the campground however getting there is a nightmare. Neither road in is appropriate for a large RV. The campground was nice but the roads inside the campground were also narrow and rutted. We enjoyed the music on Saturday night and the campground staff was friendly and helpful. The playground was very nice and very clean.

It was fun. Tents next to the water great touch. Stocking the creek once with 20 northern snakeheads would make for awesome fishing. A outhouse near the tent area would be helpful for late night bathroom runs

Very brief stay, only one night passing through, but it was clean and had a lot of nice amenities. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them!

We had a great stay! The bathrooms were kept clean, the pool was nice, and the grounds were beautiful.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
