We had a great time in the deluxe cabin for the weekend. The kids called it the cabin castle and really enjoyed the loft space. Thank you for a great family vacation!

We stayed from 7/23-7/25 everything was great!! This was our first time here and will be back for sure. The only suggestion I have would be to have the roads repaired.

I was hesitant in booking a site at this KOA earlier in the summer based on reviews, but after recent positive reviews, I took a chance. I was fortunate to have Site 54, a new drive through deluxe site with an awesome view. This KOA was really nice - there are some sites that are not as nice as others, but I think that is the case with many campgrounds. Personnel were nice, pretty pool.

Very peaceful, this KOA is tucked away in the countryside but close enough to the city. The steam in the back of the property offers a good spot to drop a line and drink a beer or something for the kids to swim in on a hot summer day. The park is clean and well maintained. I will return when I am coming thru again.

Great team, excellent facilities, a bit of a challenge on narrow roads getting in. But we saw a handful of large Class A diesel pushers that made it in. Loved the pool. Wonderful office staff really went above and beyond to help straighten out our reservation on a crowded weekend. Now if I could just remember where I put that fresh water hose…

Nice and clean, fast WI-FI, pet friendly. The most expensive KOA I have been to, its fine to keep out the Rif-Raf. Great staff, Rebecca very professional for a kid.

The staff was excellent, the pool was pristine, the nature trail was lovely, the price was a bit on the high side. My biggest suggestion would be to have more sites that are level and grass covered. There were many sites that had a lot of dirt and mud that you couldn't avoid coming in and out of your RV.

Everyone was so friendly. First time staying here and will definitely be back! The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our family. Very clean all around. The playground and jump pad were so much fun for our 4 year old. She was so sad we had to leave. We loved everything about our stay!

Site was beautiful, but neighbors were noisy. Pool was lovely. Ladies room light turns off after 1 min. Don’t shower @ night or you’ll b doing it in the dark. Loved camping by the creek, but not even an outhouse down there. Have 2 hike up a steep hill every time u need 2 use the facilities.

Thank you for your comments. We sometimes do not realize when things are not working properly (light sensor). Camping by the creek is great, however, KOA standards do not allow for Porta Potties so the uphill trek to the facilities is necessary.

For $70 a night, you should be put in a decent campsite - NOT a downhill runoff site that really shouldn't be a site at all. This was the most terrible camping experience we have ever had. It has us reconsidering staying in a KOA again and certainly never this one. The site was a narrow hill with a trough made by the runoff going through the site. We will warn others on other review sites!

Pleasantly surprised how nice our cabin was and how relaxing the weekend was. Wish I could check in earlier and leave a little later. Would love to have extra time to play mini golf and fish a little!

I was a bit disappointed that our tent camping site was little more than an open spot on a lawn. There were no trees for shade, no nearby water, and we were surrounded by RVs. I would recommend making it clear that sites 100-103 are not particularly prime spots for tent camping. That being said the facilities and employees were top notch.

We love this campground that is close to home. All of the staff we encounter are very friendly and helpful. The site was in excellent shape and everything worked without incident. Love going down to the Brandywine and sitting by the water. It is just getting harder to walk back up that hill. PHEW !

Campground was clean, had some fun amenities for all ages. Workers were not very pleasant though. Campsites we’re small!

Thank you for your comments. We will use them to continue to improve. Your campsite may have seemed smaller than it actually was given the 3 vehicles plus the camper that you brought to the campsite. Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot for extra vehicles.

The pool, and jumping pad closed at 8 on a Friday and Saturday? That is absurd. It would be nice if you rented golf carts. We have never had to be told about quiet time before, but we did there. It seems like a campground for older people. We wouldn’t come back. However, it was very clean

Your comments are always welcome. We do strive to be a family oriented campground with quiet hours for kids as well as adults. Closing times are set for safety and maintenance reasons.

The staff and facilities were exceptional, very pretty area, however the sites need attention. Our site #56 was basically a hillside and trying to level our travel trailer was very challenging and with nothing but a little grass and mostly dirt, it rained so it was quite muddy. Other than the poor site it was great.

Sites are a little too close to what we are used to. Not really conducive to bike riding. Pool was a welcome sight because of the extreme heat but was rather dirty. Store was clean and well stocked but $3.50 per dip of ice cream was extreme.

Every thing to do with this KOA was a 6 on a scale of 5. We called on the day of needing a place and were not only accommodated with a very nice campsite but told of a buy 2 nights get the third free. The laundromat was clean and big enough for no wait in getting machines. But best of all Matt helped my husband figure out and solve an rv problem.

Everyone was incredibly polite and it was a pleasure dealing with the entire staff. I don’t think I have EVER been to a campground managed by nicer people. Well maintained grounds and sites. Super happy with this place and the staff. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
