Their website said the site I wanted was gravel. It was mud!

Great place to bring the family! Lots of activities - you never need to leave the campground! But, handy to lots of interesting places to go!

My family (Wife, Daughter and Son - whom are both under the age of 5), stayed in one of the "glamping" tents. IT was a great experience. The kids loved the facility - the pool, jump pad, the river, etc. The tent was great as well. It was more like a cabin. Super worth it. Thanks!

The safari cabin was great! Gave us a unique camping experience with our own bathroom and shower. The fan supplied helped with the heat, and it was great to have the little kitchen with plates, cups, utensils and keurig. It’s our first time staying at this type of campground so can’t compare to similar places, but staff and amenities were great.

First time at a KOA, it was very nice the bathroom and showers were clean, well stocked store and friendly staff. Would definitely come back! Jim and Sheri

Too small for our taste. Need more activities. Also, staff needs to answer phone when it rings. I called several times and had to leave a message before and during my stay. Also, need to see staff around the campground more. Only person I saw willing to help with anything was the cleaning man.

Your thoughts are always welcome. Staffing is an issue with all businesses under todays conditions. I do not see in your comments where your concerns, whatever they were, were not taken care of by the staff that was present.

First time camping with my family. Wife and 2 daughters (9 and 6). Great place, plenty of amenities, very kid friendly. Love staying here....especially with the river to fish. Staff were very friendly. Definitely be back.

Very nice campground. Our site was beautifully shaded & separated by trees from our camping neighbors. It was very unlevel because on middle of a hill, but the trees and hearing the creek absolutely made up for it! The hulking trail was fabulous. Used Uber to get to Longwood Garden without problems. Bath houses were clean. Butterfly garden & playground very nice. Pool was overly crowded.

All the amenities are great and the staff is awesome! The sites are the problem. The first site I was in had only enough room to sit at the picnic table. I asked for another site because there was no room and was charged a extra $20 for a upgraded pull thru site. I could literally reach out the window or our camper and touch the camper next to us on one side, the other side of my camper was a hill

Great property with good amenities. Very clean. Camp store is very well stocked with staples, toys, and decor. Friendly staff. It's a windy narrow route to get there, but we managed fine in our 33ft Class A pulling a Jeep.

The first part of our stay was so wonderful that we extended a day. We thought the staff was awesome, the location was great and the area perfect. Unfortunately, we were told only spot 57 was available for us to move to for an extension of another night. We moved to the spot and it was absolutely horrible. We couldn’t level in the tiny location and had the most uncomfortable experience.

We always like to get feedback. Thank you for your beginning comments, however, when the feedback is very low from a choice you made it is not appreciated. We accommodated you with the only site we had for the extra day which you could have refused and you rated your entire stay on that choice.

It was wonderful. Awesome time!!!! Canoeing was awesome although I wanted to go canoeing again with my son later in the day and there was an employee change. I wasn’t a fan of the two of them in the pm. Gave me death stares with attitude and I still don’t know if I could have gone �� or not? We walked out. Back office gossip was obvious. Very nice place and friendly staff only downside is the bathrooms very dirty only clean once a day at noon

We thank you for your comments. The rest rooms are scheduled for a full cleaning during the day, however, we do check them periodically for touch ups. With rainy weather as we had during your stay, it is more difficult to keep the mud out.

We had a strange site with no privacy as the camper next to us faced us. They let tents in the area around the campers and there were over 19 tents set up with a ton of little kids running around.

Thanks for your comments. Your site happened to be a buddy site which sometimes is booked without your buddy being with you. As for the tents, there were maybe 6 tents not 19 and they were families here for a small reunion. In addition, the tents were not anywhere near your campsite.

We decided late to join our daughter & husband for the 4th of July weekend and called for a site. The staff was helpful and polite and we got the very last full hookup site. Unfortunately the site did not suit our unit at all.since it is a rear entry. A huge tree stump and slanted ground made it barely usable. Very clean C/G facilities but awful hilly roads W/ no flow pattern. Nice staff.

Your comments are appreciated. I cannot tell from the reservation whether or not a rear entry was discussed during the reservation process, however, when booking a back-in campsite I can see rear entry being an issue at many campsites.

The sites are not remotely level, the road entering the site area is in poor condition with ruts and holes. They charge campers for an early arrival without a place to keep your RV to wait past the 2:00 PM check in. During our stay we new we had to leave a day early and they still charged us the $25 early arrival fee. Poor customer service.

We appreciate your concerns. We do charge an early arrival fee in order to keep campers from arriving early. We do need time in between departures and arrivals to make sure the site is presentable for the next guest. In addition, as you have said, we do not have a staging area for an RV to wait.

We stayed in one of the safari tents - great alternative - never "glamped" before. The only down side is that the top bunk was not a true twin size (it was quite a bit smaller) my son is only five feet tall and the only way he could sleep somewhat comfortably was by moving the mattress to the floor of the "living room" area. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Campground personnel were gracious.

Nice campground in a nice region. Well taken care of and plenty of shaded sites. Patio sites are awesome with concrete pad, furniture and fire pit with extra chairs. All the furniture is quality stuff, no plastic Walmart chairs here, great! Great location to explore PA Dutch Country

Wonderful always clean and the camp is run very well the employees are polite knowable and helpful the atmosphere is great for all adults and children easy to drive to the camp and the site we will be a loyal customer and will camp here often

Very nice location near the Brandywine, there was some landscaping work being done, so a bit annoying, but altogether a very nice KOA with extra friendly staff.

Thank you for your thoughts. We do spray in the spring for unwanted insects which are always present outdoors and we do mow grass everyday it is not raining. It has been a rainy year for us so far.

We were there for approximately 10 days. Nice quiet place. Very nice people and helpful. The few down falls, the sewer dump on the campsite was up hill of the motor home. It is like that on a lot of your campsites. The bath house only has one stall for men and one for women. There is at least 20 campers around that boathouse. It could be upgraded. Also, OPEN your Lodge. You advertise it is open.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
