Always an amazing experience. Lots to do on site and off, grounds and accomodations are beautiful and well maintained. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful at all times. We come every year and will continue that tradition

There was constant construction on site during our stay. It was loud and constant. For the price we paid, that was not the experience we expected. Advance notice would have been much appreciated, and we were not given it.

1st time renting a "Glamping Tent". Heat is listed Under AMENITIES. So, when it says there is heat, I don't bring extra blankets, space heaters, etc. Turns out that "Heat" meant 2 space heaters. At $215/day! It was cold and very windy and I was unprepared for what was actually "no heat". Left after 1 night. Listing Heat in this case is misleading and I will request at least a partial refund

We were able to book a cabin even though it was a last minute weekend get away, staff was very friendly on the phone as well as in person. The campgrounds were very clean as well as the bathrooms. I love that there were organized activities for the children, it made their stay extra exciting! Our family had a wonderful time, it was hard to leave

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful deluxe cabin. I had a great time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot water ran out very quickly & wasn’t enough for a shower but besides that I really enjoyed my stay! Will be back for sure !

My husband and I stayed in a Deluxe Cabin for two nights. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Kudos to Doreen, who helped when we locked ourselves out of the cabin early Sat. morning, before the store was opening. She was coming in early when I saw her, while standing in my pajamas. I pulled the door shut and everything was inside. The mattress was the best one we ever had.

The people were racist ... and yes we are a black family ! It wasn’t nothing to do at all and the beds were very hard I had a headache every morning it’s was just a terrible experience I will not be coming back and especially after they screamed at my kids when they came to the store wow

Your comments are always welcome, however, when urine is found in a waste basket we feel violated. I am not sure where racism falls in that senario. You are always welcome back as we expect the same respect.

Always a good time here. We typically come during an event/activity-filled weekend but really enjoyed just getting away and enjoying nature and the grounds. And the staff is always amazing!

Wonderful time. The cabin we stayed in was very clean & had many amenities. We had friends we met there who brought their RV & dog. They visited us at our cabin with their dog & we only stayed outside. A worker told us we couldn't have dogs by the cabin & to take care of it immediately. He was somewhat rude about it. We understood that no pets allowed in the cabin, but our friends just stopped by.

Staffs are kind. Facilities are clean. But I booked camping cabin was so cold. I was supposed stay 2night, due to cold, I had decided to forfeit 1night.

We had a wonderful time! The staff was extremely friendly. Our cabin was clean and cozy. There were enough activities for us. We especially enjoyed building fires and cooking over the flame. We needed an instructor for canoeing, but enjoyed our slightly scary attempt.

This was our third stay at the West Chester KOA. The first time we camped in a tent. The last two times, we stayed in a cabin. The campground is clean, well maintained, and welcoming. We will definitely be staying many more times.

I was part of the board gaming group. Everything was great as times before. Even with the Covid restrictions everything was good. All the staff wore masks. Plenty of hand sanitizer around.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving day stay in a deluxe cabin. The accommodations were all we hoped for-our first time in a cabin vs. tent camping. The office staff was helpful and friendly. It's a lovely setting.

A neighbor went to this KOA a few months ago, and showed us pictures. We made reservations immediately, and we have been there five times since. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that after being in our home for about eight months during the pandemic, finding this campground has saved my sanity, put a smile back on my son's face, and rejuvenated my family. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Beautiful location and just minutes from Longwood Gardens. We loved our deluxe cabin. We will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this KOA. We tent camped previously and this time we had deluxe cabin C1. The sites are clean, the cabin was clean and completely stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We are already looking at dates to book the cabin again when it opens in the spring. Fantastic experience.

In general KOA, including this KOA is a safe bet. I love this KOA because of the stream close by for kayaking. It was a first at renting one of their cabins. I don't think we'll be doing a cabin at this KOA again. Unfortunately, they are located very close to one another and don't have any privacy.

The location is great for various activities, hiking, biking, history, as well as the campground being scenic with a setting along the Brandywine Creek; a well stocked store along with gift items; and well kept facilities. Staff that I interacted with were always pleasant and helpful (and I interact a lot).This was my second visit to this KOA campground, and I will return there when in the area.

We had an amazing time and we will be back in a few weeks. Mat was awesome and was there to assist me and my family while we were there. The staff was awesome and provided great customer service. However for our entire stay the WiFi didn’t work and we were unable to get internet access due to that minor thing.

We love this campgrounds. Just had some mice in the kitchen,... but to be expected with Fall. Middle of summer the cabin was much cleaner than end of Fall.

My 18 Yr. Old son, His Friend & I Had a Wonderful Wknd. at KOA. Staff is Super Friendly & We Enjoy The Halloween Festivities Very Much. The Boys Enjoyed Canoeing & Mini Golf & We ordered Pizza. it was Delivered right To our cabin. Also, The Scenery is Beautiful.

We stayed here in October. The campground was well kept and peaceful. The sites were lovely with pretty views. We plan to return soon.

Excellent place to camp or bring your RV in the outskirts of Philly. About an hour from the city. Wooded area. Swimmimg pool, activities for kids, overall good place. The management was also excellet and accomodating.
